Oliver’s Harbor is a family-owned business located right in the bustling heart of Gloucester that strives to give anyone who walks in the door the best dining experience possible. Oliver’s Harbor sits among historic sites, gorgeous beaches, and lively parks. We pride ourselves on a style that is open, relaxed, friendly and inclusive.
Our food is a distinct blend between French, Brazilian, and Italian cuisine. However we’re always trying to come up with our own twists for otherwise classic dishes. Don’t take our word for it though, stop by and experience it for yourself!

The food, service and ambiance at this restaurant are very good. Great location, but no on-site parking lot, just street parking.

I was excited to try this place out! I’m not sure if they are having staffing problems, but service was terrible. I had to ask the host for us to get waited on. Someone that clearly wasn’t a waiter came to our table. Their tap system was down, we weren’t offered any bread until a real waiter noticed we didn’t have any, the food was just ok at best.

The service was good, but the food was bland , no flavor, eatable ,but that's all. Would I return, No. Would I recommend this restaurant , NO! I am sorry for the family owners seemed so nice.

Great eclectic food choices food and friendly wait staff. Parking is a bit tricky. Only 3 spots so you have to find street parking. We got lucky and found one across the street. The band inside was nice but quite loud so we were happy to be seated outside. Would definitely be happy to return there.

The nicest waitstaff! We never felt rushed. Enough variety on the menu for the various dietary restrictions in our party. Nice seating and we could actually hear each other without shouting. Everyone enjoyed their meal.

The people in Gloucester are missing out on a fabulous place. Food is beyond great. This a family owned restaurant and they know how to take care of their customers. You need to come here! Prices are great! Please please keep them in business.
