Ambiance was good. Small establishment. Food was great. Just our luck, loud, rude customers in the house before we arrived. Rude to the staff and just vulgar language.

It felt like they were a bit understaffed. It was a challenge to get drink refills. Ultimately we got our pizza and it was outstanding.

This pizza was some of the best I've ever had! The crust was thinner and cooked perfectly. Fresh toppings as well. Even the salad was great. Highly recommend!

The system for handling reservations is rough, but our experience was better than other people’s, at least the ones who have written reviews. There was a long line, and I had to go around everybody (which was awkward). We were seated, but there was a lot of confusion about how to handle it. Other than that, the food was great, and the young man who served us was very nice. We had the King Creole pizza— absolutely delicious!

We had booked a table for 11 people and so had others since it was Marathon weekend, but they did not have enough food from the menu. Almost everything on the menu ran out besides some simple pizzas. The guy cooking in the back was rude and you could hear him say out loud that a not making any special requests and he’s out of this and out of that. The marathon happens every year so unless you can provide the service, don’t lie to people and have them reserve a place where they want get what they booked for.

We made a reservation in advance, walked 1.5 miles to the restaurant, and were told they were closing because they were “too busy”. They validated I had a reservation, and just replied with “sorry”. Not a good business model.

Walked in, the girl didn't "know she had a reservation" at that time. They were out of some of the items we wanted. They were advertising a luncheon special that they were not serving. The pizza was good, not great but good.

I'll be nice and say understaffed. But frankly, there looked like there were plenty of employees (counted about 5 floating around). There was only 1 guy that seemed to be doing all the work (taking orders, getting drinks, delivering food, occasionally cleaning a small table) and he wasn't fast but I felt bad for him. He at least was doing his best it seemed. The 3 biggest tables were not bused the entire time we were there. Many people left leftover pizza on the table. I don't think it was because the pizza was bad, I'm guessing they just got tired of waiting for services. Improve your services and you could improve your profits. Just a suggestion.

We needed a quick place that everybody would like to grab some food on the day we arrived in New Orleans so we choose pizza. We were the only ones in the restaurant for most of our meal. The pizza was great as was the calzone. We would go back if we needed a quick meal.

Avoid like a plague! This is not a restaurant: more like a dive bar with a kitchen. I'm not sure why they take reservations? You have to order food at the counter and the bartender/cashier/waiter does everything from taking an order, crafting your drink, cleaning tables. So you can imagine how long you have to wait in line to order. Yeah: they won't take your order at the table, and people can just go around and sit on any table, so again what is the concept of reservations?

I visited here for lunch, during a conference at the convention center. Although the food was perfectly acceptable and the employees were friendly, the organization at the restaurant was poor. As a concsequence, it took 8 of us ~15 minutes to order at the counter (we were at the front of the line, all orders were simple). Food for different members of our group came out over ~30 minutes (restaurant not busy) and one person's meal required several reminders. So, I would not recommend this restaurant if you are at all time sensitive.

This restaurant should NOT be on OpenTable. I am from out of town and selected this restaurant due to its proximity to the NOLA Convention Center. It is basically a bar where you order pizza from the counter and find whatever seat is available (reservation was totally moot). They don't take reservations, even though you can make a reservation on OpenTable. It was completely pointless. There was a line to place an order at the bar and we weren't even given a menu. Just saw the pizzas listed on the wall (apparently there WAS a full menu though). Drinks served in disposable cups... very much a place to go if you want to drink and order a pizza... but not to have any sort of nice sit down lunch. We ordered one pizza and it took 45+ minutes to get it. The pizza was tasty, but it took entirely too long (they have one small oven which is insufficient for the amount of people they are aiming to serve).

This place was unexpectedly delicious. If doesn't look like much, but their pizza was probably the best I've ever had. I was in town for a race looking to carb load and it did the trick. Decent beer selection (I'm from the NW so this is a must) and the food was simple yet excellent. Will go again if I'm back in town.

We placed a reservation and there was no one to seat us. A patron told us that we could see ourselves so we sat at at one of the two available tables. Both tables were dirty. We sat for 15 to 20 minutes and no one greeted us. We left and found another place to eat

OMG! This was by far one of the best pizzas ever. I had made the reservation for lunch not knowing what I was getting in to. Once I walked there from the New Orleans convention center (very close), I was pleased with the open air seating. I can't say enough about the food and atmosphere. I wish they were here in MN with me! Thank you. Great server, young tall guy. Nice guy.

I absolutely LOVED the burger I got (two days in a row) here!! And, I've never had waffle fries that were good until I ate here! They were amazing!! Loved the people that worked there. I'd definitely go there again while visiting in New Orleans!!

Made a reservation through Open Table and when we arrived, they said there was no reservation despite showing them the confirmation email. Then proceeded to say that it didn't really matter whether or not we had a reservation as there was no way to accommodate our group -- literally walked away from our group with not even an apology. Another customer saw what happened and approached us to say their experience was not good and they would suggest we don't waste our money or time. Unable to recommend at all!

We had a reservation for 4 for lunch at 12:30. When we arrived we were told that they could not start the ovens and would not be able to serve us. There was no apology. It would have been helpful to be told in advance of out arrival that there was a problem and they would not be open for lunch.

The pizza is great. We really enjoyed the "Live & Let Die" pizza from the menu. The ingredients & crush tasted extremely fresh & flavorful. It is more bar than restaurant, but quite enjoyable for adults.

Horrible (nonexistent) service. There are no "reservations". Belly up to the bar and place your order, find a table to eat if you can. We tried to order a small pizza and we're told they were only making extra large. Buy it or not. $50 for a pizza and two beers, plus minimal tip, for pizza that was "meh" at best, provided the worst meal and experience I have had in NOLA. Ever.

Arrived on time for our reservation (which is probably a good call because it's not very big) and we were seated at a table near the window. Unfortunately, someone spilled something and the floor was sticky but we helped mop it up. There was a rated R movie playing on the wall...we had our 12 and 13 year olds with us. We came here to "carb up" for a Half Marathon our kids were running with us...figured in NOLA a pizza place would be a good choice. And overall it is, but we could have done without the "Sin City" movie and nude/sex scenes. We had to keep telling them not to look. It took nothing short of FOREVER for our pizza to come out. It was good but also "artisan" so it has a thin crust (which I loved...boys, not so much). We would have ordered more to fill up but it took too long the first go around. Two groups had come in while we were there...there is a large table to accommodate parties. Great for them but loud for others. Neat place but needs some attention.
