We chose to dine outdoors, but unfortunately a few feet away was another restaurant/bar that had loud, blasting music the entire time we were eating. I ordered a margarita with patron which cost $21!!!! I should have asked before I ordered it, it was outrageous. The service was inconsistent but friendly.

We were really excited to dine here based on the reviews but it was somewhat disappointing. Even though the service was amazing and the ambiance was nice, the food experience fell short. We ordered the all you can eat tapas which is a great deal. The food, however, did not have great flavor. If you’re looking for an experience similar to Jaleo, you will not get that here. We ordered quite a few small plates, among them were garlic shrimp, meatballs, truffle mac & cheese, blistered peppers, salmon, strawberry salad, and patatas bravas. The truffle mac & cheese was amazing. Everything else was not. The garlic shrimp seemed like it was just steamed and then dropped into a garlic butter broth. It did not hold the flavor. The salmon was dry and not seasoned. The strawberry salad looked really nice but the strawberries were really soggy and the lettuce was very salty. Patatas bravas looked really nice as well but just tasted like fried potato skins and very dry. We also ordered the rose sangria. It did not have any fruit in it it just seems like a very tart pink lemonade. I hate to even give a review like this but based on all the reviews I just was completely surprised. Perhaps the main chef was off that day.

It took a long time for our server to take our order and when he finally arrived at our table, he seemed like he didn’t want to be there. His attitude did seem to improve as the meal went on. My friend had the mushroom pasta and said it was flavorless. I pointed out that maybe ordering pasta at a tapas restaurant wasn’t going to be their best dish. My other friend noted that the steak in her steak frites was grisly. On the bright side, the brussel sprouts, mussels, and churros were good.

I love the inside! Its very whimsical. The food was good, except that we ordered pork belly and got the croquettes. The croquettes were good so we didnt complain. Service was a tad slow but it was because there was only one server for the whole inside and outside. The Truffle mac and cheese is delicious! The croquettes and the tomato bread were delicious as well. The Albondigas were ok; not my favorite. Overall experience was good and i would go back.

Great Sunday brunch! Loved the chorizo hash and the serrano benedict…cooked to perfection. The peach bellinis were fabulous too. Love the floral decor. We’ll be back!

We really enjoyed this location. The food was really good. The mimosas were only bottomless for the first hour which I wasn’t a fan of but it worked out. Our only issue is they forgot to tell us the kitchen was closing soon so we had less than our allotted time.

The drinks we terrible. The wine was gross and the $12 drink I got tasted like a vodka tonic from Wilson’s. The food was definitely warmed up frozen food. It was extremely overpriced for the quality. The waitress was always confused and never brought one of the dishes even though she said she was checking on it. I wasted a lot of money on this dinner and left hungry and distraught. 0.5/10 would not recommend. The only good thing was that the bar next door was playing loud club music.

The decor looked great. Looks like it’s full of cherry blossoms. Our server Isaias was very good. Gave great recommendations. The strawberry salad and lamb chops I had were amazing. Will be going back soon

Insane customer service and costly food with no quality, not a good idea to spend that much money at this restaurant. I asked the server for any locally brewed beer, and she counter asked what beer I wanted... I forgot to take the inventory of all the local breweries (guess this is required at this restaurant)... Management - fix the quality of the food, may want to hire some good chef, and provide customer service training to your servers...pathetic!

Rough night in Pamplona. Server was totally checked out. Drinks took 20+ minutes to come out. Food was delivered to the wrong table. Items were missed. Three place settings were brought to a table of four and then the server appear put pout when we asked for another. Server disappeared for huge chunks of time. The bar next door is deafening. Food was fine, and that was the sole redeeming part of the evening.

The service was not good. The waitress was rude and seemed annoyed when we would order more. She also turned away quickly before I could even order more food. She didn’t warn us at the beginning that the kitchen closed 1 hour after we started. Had we known that we would’ve ordered more earlier. The water tasted like pool water. Brunch with bf! I ordered these steak and peppers which were delicious but I could tell were frozen because it was not fully heated and I tasted the ice glaze on the potatoes. Got the waffle and fruit which was decent but a little dry, raspberry sauce is good tho. Waiter did not explain menu or upsell the all u can eat if you do bottomless mimosas. Basically 80 for 2 people to have as many mimosas and food from the a la carte menu which has a lot of choices if u like omelettes/tapas etc. My bf food came out 40 minutes after mine!!! He had 3 bathroom breaks (he has a tiny blatter but that is all ;)) and he said it was OK. Honestly we had 2 mimosas each and they were hiiiting perhaps 2 was enough after all. We went on a Sun Easter btw which is supposed to be pooooppppping, it was a cute vibe but i don’t think id return tbh.

We went to Pamplona for happy hour and got the crispy calamari, lamb sliders, chicken sliders, and the Brussels sprouts. The Brussels sprouts were excellent! My date loved his coconut margarita and my mule was really good as well. For dessert, the tres leches was delicious! Not only is Pamplona beautifully decorated, but the food and drinks were great too. Will definitely return!!

The food was quite good, and came out quickly. However it was very loud - I could barely hear my dining companion. The chairs at the high table were also very uncomfortable - wood, no back and oddly-shaped. Designed to look cool but definitely not for comfortable dining. Overall a great place with a cool vibe and good food.

Our first time here.. we love all the food. Great options of small plates to share. The entrees were also delicious. We had lamb chops and they were perfectly cooked. It is a nice casual atmosphere inside. And the desserts were a great ending to our meals.. the tres leche cake!

We'll never go back. Food was good but service was TERRIBLE; enough to spoil the experience. Spent most of the 2 hours of our bottomless brunch waiting for our food... and waiting... and waiting, while our waiter make every effort to disappear. Even the drinks never came... A 'busy venue' is no excuse; we felt insulted by this waiter that kept dodging us.
