Panache Woodfired Grill
There was a private party, door to patio was open and we were bothered by flies. Service was awful. Few gluten-free options.
My husband and I love this place. The service is excellent and so I the food.
We waited 45 minutes for starter meal and never received our dinner meals. We were ignored by our waiter who served other customers with the upmost respect. I will keep my thoughts to myself about that. However experience was very disappointing.
The food we did get was very good. To their credit we know that they were busy that night, however, server ignored us. Table busser asked if we were done and we didn’t get our second course yet.
Got seated never waited on and left.
I have been before and it was great.
I drove by Panache often and saw tge place is always packed, so I thought the food must be good. I was completely wrong. My wife and I went in on Friday night. I have the seafood linguine. It has so much liquid in it, it looked like a soup. My wife order the special lamp shank, it was so over-cooked, she barely touch it. I WILL NEVER COME BACK AGAIN. LESSON LEARNED.
When I made reservations I requested a quiet area and was told we would be seated in the Amelia room
When we arrived we were told another party was seated there instead
we waited a long time for service for drinks and the drinks were very slow getting to the table
the waitress finally took our order but the food took a very long time to come out
the dish I had was WAY TOO SALTY and so was my wife's
Both of our Sons ordered the Ahi Tuna and both dishes were over done
Calamari dish was under done
We were a party of 9 and all agreed we would not return
the noise level was very loud as expected which is why I requested a quieter seating but didn't get the room we were told we would be in
Excellent all the way around!
They need to improve the parking situation. Too many valet spots and not enough overall parking a lot that they use for the employee parking isn't well marked.
We were seated very close to the bar. The televisions were on, the DJ was playing music and it was very crowded. Couldn’t hear the people we were with. Way too loud. We asked if they could turn down the music but they didn’t. Not enjoyable at all.
The Caesar salad was great. The rest of the food was ok.
We enjoyed the happy hour drinks and apps. When we got to ordering dinner, the food was good, but for the type of restaurant, I felt just tad bit overpriced. 3 persons bill was $170 with only 2 drinks ordered at the table. Happy hour bill was $40 (NOT BAD!!), so the entire evening came to $210 (avg. $70pp) PLUS gratuity, adding another $45....make our evening $85/pp. For most folk, I suppose this may seem normal as the entire outside seating was filled by 7:15. For me, however, I'm not sure the quality of the food / alcohol was worth $85/pp.. I expected spending about $60-70/pp and that I believe would be in the acceptable price range for the meal we had. Overall, it was good. I'd eat here again.
The wait staff is wonderful. And, so is the food and atmosphere!
We had salads and pizza. The salad were ok....nothing special and so was the pizza. Prices were a little high for what we had. Nice menu with lots of choices.
Complimentary valet was nice. Reservations were prompt, service was great (not too needy or pushy but attentive), food was really good. Drinks were yummy too. Would return.
Food was delicious. Was a nice relaxed meal. Never felt rushed. Service was great.
The worst restaurant in the area. Horrible food, the worst service ever! So loud to hear the person next to you. You couldn't pay me to eat at this place again.
We've been to Panache many times. As before, when the doors are open to the outside deck, there were numerous flies buzzing our table and us. Does not make for a great dining experience.
We won’t go back. It’s a cool place; but the food is below par. The server was ok; but the food runners were terrible. Wings were under done, salads were warm and more. The glasses and utensils were not clean. I’ve been here a bunch; just can’t accept it anymore. Even one time; then charged for ice in my vodka! I never complain; but this is too much.
Good was really good service was slow
My 1st time there everything was wonderful. Loved the outdoor seating
Not the best restaurant experience we've ever had! Started out with trying to make a reservation from their website - why isn't "Reservation" a menu item?? I completely overlooked the big red bar as it blends in with the rest of the site. (luckily Google had an OpenTable link). Made a reservation for the Restaurant figuring outside seating would be an option - it's not. No problem, just ask the hostess when we get there, right? Wrong - apparently there is an "outside seating" hostess - not affiliated with the inside hostess!? It got worse from there. We waited 15 minutes before we were noticed and the server came over, we were there 30 minutes before we got drinks AND 37 minutes (I was checking my watch at that point) before we got water for the table. It got worser (yes I know it's not a word) - I ordered the chicken burger, which look like it had potential from the menu description, but beside everything being really cold, it just wasn't good.
Bottom line... the outside seating and bar area is cool and I'll give them another shot but I'll be skeptical going in.
Food and service very good. Gets busy after 5 pm, with parking at a premium. Moderate prices entrees.
We went on a Friday night; there were nine of us and our reservation was for 7:15. We were seated immediately. Unfortunately, it was extremely loud...I couldn’t hear the people sitting at the other end of our table and service was quite slow (we didn’t get out of the restaurant until 10:15). My salad was overdressed and meal was a bit salty, but tasted okay.
Food was great. Server was great although because it was so busy felt like we were never going to be able to order. Seating is very crammed in. Would definitely try it again.
We were outside with a DJ and the music was so loud. We could not hear each other talk. We had to scream at each other. I understand that music is nice but not when it is blasting. Also service was much better than the last time I was there.
Unfortunately service was horribly slow. Not very attentive. Couldn’t get the orders correct. Gave people the wrong food and delayed folks from eating. Need to step up your game if you’re going to compete with other restaurants in the area.
Service was poor...looks like no real systems in place or not enough staff. Our waitress was nice but another server that brought out food was rude. The food was average and over priced. The patio is great!
So if your ok with average pub food and in no rush it’s worth it for the outdoor seating.
Third visit but was a little disappointed this time. Salmon was very bland - no flavor at all.
And it was so loud, it was difficult to communicate with my dinner companion. Chose Sunday night thinking it would not be as crowded as a Friday or Saturday.
The dinner was to celebrate a big birthday. It was my treat and I was slightly embarrassed.
Jimmy, our server, was great though.
Food was outstanding as always and reasonable. Atmosphere was great but service was so-so. Server was overwhelmed and had tables inside and out. My wife had salmon that was a little undercooked but server was great after we got her attention and took care of it.
The food was good. The service was not. I guess if you know that in advance it's helpful.
Prices a little high
I know many who have dined and enjoyed Happy Hour at Panache but for whatever reason had never been. It was a late lunch and an off day (Sunday) and it was not crowded and while the beautiful weather was certainly a factor, our food, the service, the atmosphere, and setting were great and both my friend and I commented that we certainly will be back. Very nice spot in all respects.
Disappointed with service even when it’s not busy.
Been to this restaurant on numerous occasions during the week and always had a terrific experience. However, last night was the exception to the rule. As a large, established restaurant, I expect this place to be able to deal with a busy Saturday night. If not, more communication and compensation to the patrons is in order. We spent the majority of the night waiting for our food and drinks. Will go again, but not on a weekend.
On a very busy Saturday night my wife and I ordered the same seafood risotto. The mussels and clams were awful. Cold and very small. Was very disappointed as we also had another couple with us.
I requested outside seating when I made a reservation but was told upon arrival that reservations for outside seating was not available, even though I received a confirmation for my reservation. (I saw reserved signs on outside tables). We chose to wait (1 hr) for outside seating. Please state on site that restaurant does not take reservations for outside seating. If this is policy, why did some tables have reserve signs? Service was slow, which s typical despite the number of patrons. Food was delicious once it came to the table
Food was good even though one dish came out completely wrong and one more cold. Our waitress was never anywhere to be found. We had to go to bar and get our own drinks and own coffee. A espresso martini was delivered with a crack down the glass the 2 Nd one was the old one poured into a new glass . I had to walk around restaurant to find my waitress and explain to her nicely why the drink needed to be remade so we didn’t have glass shards in it. The manager was walking around earlier in the bight but we tried to find him later he was nowhere to be found.
This is my third time visiting Panache, and each time I’ve had a great experience. The food was delicious as always and I’m looking forward for my next visit.
We had a great time
We went for a Father’s Day Brunch. It took over an hour for our food to be served. My wife asked server if she could get a house salad. Her response it’s not on the menu. My son showed server that the house salad was on the back side of the menu. My son got the steak and eggs. The steak was tough. The omelette were good. Food is usually good. It wasn’t that crowded don’t know why it took over an hour for eggs.
We went with 8 people for Father’s Day brunch. Service was slow even though it wasn’t crowded. Two orders did not match the menu descriptions at all. Overall the food was really good, though two in our party ordered the merguez, one was delicious but the other extremely greasy. Prices are reasonable and they didn’t raise them for the holiday. I would g
We made a reservation for 7:00 pm we weren’t seated until 7:45 . There was a group of Women that were seated after us they were served before we were because they complained. I ordered the Ahi Tuna and scallops, When it finally came , I expected more then 1 scallop. I’m assuming they ran out of scallops because they gave me 2 large Tuna steaks. I don’t know because there was no explanation. In order to get a drink we had to literally get up and walk over to our waiter to ask for another drink. I was very disappointed, our first experience there was great . I’m not sure what happened in a span of a couple months, but I don’t think we will go back.
