Panache Woodfired Grill
Excellent food and service! We ordered two gluten free pizzas, one four cheese with olives and one arugula and prosciutto, both excellent. The pineapple martini was excellent as well!
We celebrated my wife's birthday in style at Panache. This restaurant is consistently excellent, with great food, friendly service and an inviting, upscale atmosphere.
Wonderful meal and service
We enjoyed lunch here on a Saturday afternoon. We were hoping to sit outside on the patio but it was reserved for a private party. Instead, we sat in a nice dining area that was full of natural light. The portion sizes are very generous and the food was delicious. The pizza was made to order and the toppings were fresh including the vegetables and cheeses.
The service was the worst I ever had at a restaurant. We waited about 10 minutes to be greeted. Once the server took our order we never saw him again. He never checked on us. Never asked if we wanted a beverage from the bar. Never asked how our food was. After I complained he finally came back and I asked where he went. He said he had a party. Ok. Your more concerned with your large party and tip that you ignored us? I am a server as a fine establishment. His tip went from $20 to .43 cents
Staff was exceptional! food was terrific as always! get place for friends, family or date night.....
We had a very delicious lunch! Service was pretty good and everyone was very accommodating. It did get quite noisy at the lunch hour, so I would recommend taking that into consideration if that is a factor to you. Overall, I recommend Panache!
Good food but waitress forgot appetizer dessert and sugar for the coffee
Had a good time here. We had a large party (13) and they were able to handle that, putting us in a private room. The service was a bit uneven, and the food was just good. Seemed like a great place for drinks, don’t know that I would run back to eat there unless we had a similar size party.
Wonderful birthday dinner. First time there. Annie the waitress was so nice. Food was great! Will be back!
It was nice to sit outside on a summer evening, but last Thursday was a disaster. The room was crazy noisy, the service MISERABLE and the food not good AT ALL. I have never written a bad review for any place, but felt I had to...We were never told of any specials, one person received their food 1/2 hour before anyone else, my club soda was barely refilled, they were totally short-staffed, and the kitchen must have had a very off night because the food was less than mediocre. When I very professionally asked to speak to the manager, he tried to help, but gave our party a $40 gift certificate. A party of seven received that - so that's like $5.71 each! They should have given us WAYYYYYYYYYY more for this inconvenience. I run very large events and am acutely aware of how hard it can be to maintain good staffing, good food and good service, but this was none of the above and I can guarantee you NONE Of us will be back, unless you send me a $100 gift certificate.
Great food and atmosphere good service stethoscope
I have been here before and this was the worst time. The one hostess was new. We told her we had a reservation, she left to check the table, came back and helped someone else then disappeared. The other hostess apologized saying, “she’s new.” That’s not a good reason. Our server was awful, not friendly, not good about drink refills, had no idea what the soup of the day was, terrible attitude. The busboys didn’t clear off our salads before trying to put down entrees and in general seemed clueless. The noise was unbearable! I’ll think twice before coming back.
Great food...great atmosphere! The service is not that great. We had a birthday dinner there and all of our meals came out at different times. Then they brought out a birthday dessert for my husband and didn't ask anyone else if they wanted anything until after he was done eating his.
The hostesses were not helpful at all when I came in . I had made a reservation for five three days in advance and went up to the hostess stand. They filed around, didn't even confirm to me they saw my reservation and told me to wait. My party of five including an elderly man and my father who has a bad hip had to wait standing for over ten minutes until we were called to our table "because they were clearing the table still". It doesn't take ten minutes to clear a table, mind you.
The food was great once it arrived. Took an entire 2.5 hours to get through dinner though. Even had to ask if we were going to get our food. The waitress was distracted, did not know basic answers to questions about menu items.
Other than the food and ambience the place is basically a disaster. Would not recommend.
Unique menu items, piping hot food, and generous portions
Server didn’t know specials. She had a very rough and apathetic way of talking. We have come here for years and usually enjoy it. However we have had this server twice and I don’t plan on returning for fear of a third encounter.
If the staff doesn’t know proper etiquette or how to best serve customers the management should train them appropriately.
Nice atmosphere. Service was ok. Was handed check before offered dessert- didn’t feel like asking for it at that point then. Don’t have starters on the weekends ... or only minimal ones offered.
Service was great. Luis is a great waiter. Its noisy but they try to fix that. If you want a quiet, lame dinner go across the street. If you want a good dinner in a happenin spot, look no further.
Perfect night to eat out on patio. Had a nice dinner catching up with long time friends. Food was tasty but unfortunately there was a mix up with one of the entrees ordered. Special salad was a disappointment from previous times ordering it when a special.
I thought the food was wonderful. I did find the noise level to be a little too loud, but the food was good and there are other options I want to try on the menu so I’d definitely go back.
Our reservation was for dining room
But got seated in bar area. We thought that would be ok but live music stayed and conversation at table was difficult. Waitress was great.
Panache is a victim of its own success. After several more congenial visits, we made the mistake of going on a Friday night - extremely noisy, crowded, food OK, a hard-working server - not a great experience at prices which should support a better presentation. Will give them a chance at a different time in the future.
Great food. Nice atmosphere and good service. The crab cake was phenomenal.
My son was home from Denver so we decided to go to Panache and sit on the patio. It was a perfect night to be outside.
The food was ok but very pricey for what you get. No bread or salad, just the food on the plate.
Best service ever-polite, server aware of menu and available substitutes. First time whether lunch or dinner in and out within an hour and restaurant was busy.
The food was so so and when it came to dessert for my sisters birthday our cheesecake was FROZEN!
Third time attempting to enjoy it here. Food sucks!
We went to Panache to celebrate my birthday. Our table was ready. Our waiter, Jim was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. I mentioned it was my birthday and he brought me a complimentary dessert which I thoroughly appreciated and enjoyed. The food is very good and the portions are very generous. We were hoping to eat outside but there was a rain storm shortly before we went, so inside seemed more practical. But the outside patio is lovely.
Food was very good and service was excellent. A bit noisy and we were there at 5 PM and seated in a fairly empty area. What Panache calls Bruschetta is not like any Bruschetta I have ever had. It is really just a flat bread pizza with small bits of tomato and onions;. tasted good, but not at all what I expected or wanted. Unless you want Valet parking there is very little parking. Even only a few Handicapped spots.
The food is very very good and Panache appears to be very popular and worth a visit.
The outdoor seating was nice and décor is pleasant. Service was awful. Our waitress could not answer any of our questions regarding menu items and had to run back and forth to the kitchen as was her first brunch service. Orders were incorrect and portions small. Took forever for drink refills. Was my second time at Panache- first time for dinner and service was awful. Tried it again for brunch and similar experience- would not return or recommend
It was a beautiful evening and we enjoyed the outside patio seating. We were there for an early dinner so it was not crowded or noisy. Excellent food and service
The noise level was terrible!! We asked to be moved from the noise source as we saw many open tables. Were told no. I hadn't seen my quest in over 50 years and wanted to talk.
They served me the wrong order. They came and took it away. We couldn't hear the explanation. We thought we were being moved. Wrong. I live 1 block from the restaurant. Done!
My husband requested mash potatoes with his Filet Steak and he was served scallop potatoes. We told our waitress and she just said sorry I did request mash potatoes and did nothing to fix his meal. I asked her what the asterisk meant next to the menu and she said she didn’t know!!!
Just OK, nothing special.
The ambience is fantastic! The service very good. The food is acceptable -
We have been coming to Panache since it opened and have always been happy. We went Sunday night of Labor Day weekend. I made a reservation. The line to check in was crazy long and it took a good 10 minutes or so to get our table. The table was dirty when we were seated with no silverware or anything. We weren't given menus or anything. Our server finally arrived and was totally out of it. Our drinks from the bar took a good 15 minutes. The tables surrounding our table were filled with dirty glasses and dishes that sat the entire time we were eating. The milk my son ordered was sour (and this has happened twice before) and the glass of sour milk was placed on the table behind us and left there most of the night. I'm not sure if they were short staffed or what but everything was just way off.
Very busy. Food was great
Outside patio is beautiful, food was delicious, large portions, our server was excellent!
We were seated immediately and asked about a drink order. Our waiter recommended a “special” to me over something else I had been considering. It was a pasta dish with little neck clams and lobster. The clams were the tiniest I have ever seen and there seemed to be more shells than clams. The lobster tail was in the shell( half only) and very scant. I was very disappointed with this meal especially since it had been recommended. It was very noisy too- hard to hear my companion’s conversation.
