I absolutely love this place. Food is always on point and the service staff is very friendly. It’s obvious they are very short staffed as most restaurants are these days and the servers where doing there best. But what I didn’t see was management supporting there staff.
The restaurant is a favorite of mine and my guest. We enjoyed the atmosphere and the food.
First time eating at Panache. Service was slow, but efficient. I ordered chicken kabobs but told they were unavailable. So, my wife and I ordered turkey wraps, which were fine, as were the accompanying fries. Our dining partner ordered the crab cake, advertised as being served with an arugula salad. The crab cake was paltry, and the “salad” virtually non-existent. A few shreds of arugula with one sliced grape tomato. For $17.95, a total rip off. Likely, won’t return. Too bad, too. It’s a very pretty place.
With the restaurant half full, we waited 40 minutes to order. It was another 25 minutes before we got our food (two salads). When they arrived neither was as ordered. We paid the bill and walked out and went to Starbucks for a better meal.
First time, last time. Was there for Father’s Day. Iced tea- no ice and no flavor. Asked for horseradish for the Bloody Mary, they don’t have any. What restaurant doesn’t have horseradish sauce? No children’s menu for brunch. The eggs and potatoes were cold. Pretty sure the potatoes were out of a can. I asked if that was the case, and the waitress said she didn’t know, which is an unacceptable answer. Ordered calamari for an app and was told it was coming out twice. After over an hour we were told they ran out of calamari. Skakshuka with lamb sausage- not good. French omelette - not good. Blueberry pancakes had cold, canned blueberry compost just poured on top. They looked disgusting, and no one wanted to eat them. We asked to see the manager and our request was shirked. Instead, they just took some items off the bill. Don’t waste your precious time with this dump!
They had one server for about 20 plus tables.
Took forever to get food and drinks. I felt I could walk to the bar and order a cocktail faster than the server would be able to.
Great service, good food and plenty of space. Waiter was attentive but let us sit and talk during a long lunch.
Service was very slow and poor:
-waited for a while before anyone came to the table.
-my wife was not given napkin or silverware until the dinner came.
-I had asked 4 separate people for the Sixers game to be put on a television that we could see. No one was watching the golf or I would not have asked. No one returned to tell us someone was working on it. It was not done until one of the managers came over and asked how things were. She then got the remote from a cabinet and did it.
The server was very nice but I think they were just very short staffed.
This was the first time it did not go well here for us.
The food was really good though.
Good food and experience was great but our food took forever. We were seated at 7pm and our main entree didn’t come out until 9pm

Just terrible. Made an OpenTable reservation that they did not honor. Were brought to 3 different tables, all already occupied, then told to sit at a table under a speaker. We couldn't hear each other and asked for the volume to be turned down. It wasn't. We literally got up and left - and no one said anything to us. Terrible service.
Service was awful. Very slow. It took us 20 minutes just to get our drinks. Now I know why I don’t go there to eat.
We have been here plenty and always have a great time! The food is always perfect and the drinks too! Our waitress was so nice and attentive the whole time! So glad to always have a great experience here!
First time back since the pandemic. Everything is as I remembered. Food and drinks are still fantastic and the service is top notch.
We had a reservation, but upon arriving were told that our table wasn’t ready. Instead they put us at a high top in a very congested area. Never saw the waiter/waitress. As a result we never ordered. It was a poor experience. We’re unlikely to touch the hot stove twice.

Service was AWEFUL. Manager Larry was called in and our server was removed from our table. LITERALLY. Larry ended up comping our dinner. Ty very much Larry!!
The wait staff greeted us at the front door by staring at their phones and smoking cigarettes. Every single plate of food we ordered was served cold. The cocktails were really just cheap liquor and a touch of juice. My date and I were lucky enough to be seated by the restroom where we got the chance to listen to two women talk about their lady parts in full detail while waiting to get into the restroom. The entire staff was unmasked, so I am hoping they have all bee vaccinated. This was easily the worst dining experience I have had in the greater Philadelphia area. My date and I actually stopped on the way home for bagel bites so we had something palatable to eat for the evening, that’s how bad this place’s food was. The only thing I enjoyed about my time at this restaurant was the company, and I brought the company with me.

We both ordered pasta dishes. Food was good but cold and our order took over an hour to make. Totally unacceptable. We had reservations at 7 and were seated immediately but the service was slow. Waitress had too many tables spread over the entire restaurant. She was running all over the place and doing her best. We spoke to the manager about our food. She confirmed that it should not take an hour to make pasta and it should have been hot. She offered us free dessert. Place was so loud... music was a nice touch but it added to an already loud place. We finally left at 9:30 for a 7 pm reservation. We will avoid this place for a while hoping they get their act together. Others who arrived after us got their food before we did !!! Make no sense. This was our fifth time at this restaurant.
Very slow kitchen … 2.5 hour dinner with no dessert !
We were there fir anniversary abs they put us upstairs in what looked like a meeting room. Then they forgot to put our dinner order in so 50 min later I flagged down our waitress because she never came back and she said they forgot and she would expedite it. My husbands food came cold. They we proceeded to wait another 15 min after we were done and no one came so we went downstairs to find the waitress to get our check. We had told her we had our kids at home and needed to leave. She still charged us after all that . Got there at 615, ordered at 635 and didn’t get food until 10 after 8! Horrible experience!
Overall the food and service was excellent ! We had a 6:15 reservation but we were not seated until 6:45 so we were disappointed that the Restaraunt had overbooked ??
We have dinner here before and has great experiences. Yesterday that was not the case. Undecided if we will return again.
