   Hello, we are from about 2 hours northeast, but We came to Panache Woodfire Grille to celebrate our daughter’s 30th birthday. We called to ask if we could bring a cake along with us, the staff said yes. This entire evening was an absolutely wonderful dinner and night out. My one + only complaint would be that there was live music at a private party at the bar. It was so loud we could barely talk to one another. Our server, Danielle, was beyond amazing! She was polite, friendly, and efficient in every aspect. The food and drinks were delicious. Danielle brought the cake to the table with a candle/lighter. Let us sing and then took the cake to the back to plate for us. Thank you for such a fabulous experience.

   The food and atmosphere was good, but very expensive for what we received. The quality of the food was nothing to rave about, but it was still good. The bar area can get extremely crowded and loud, so as you leave the more quiet dining room area, you have to make your way threw the crowded bar to exit. Parking was only available via complimentary valet, otherwise you had to park in another parking lot a few buildings away.

   My best friend and I celebrated her 80th birthday at Panache! We enjoyed every minute and morsel We were treated like royalty and savored our long, leisurely lunch together.

   We have been to Panache multiple times-- good food, good ambiance, a little loud. That said, this wasn't our best visit. There are too many tables in the small party room nearest to the heart made of flowers. Our table was in the middle of that room. My chair was routinely kicked by the servers ALL NIGHT LONG (as was the guy at the next table). I ended up sitting sideways. Our water glasses were never refilled and I never got a glass of wine that I ordered. Overall a disappointing night.

   Great meal however they need a better understanding of when to bring out the food. When we placed our order I specifically mentioned that we were in no rush and to pace things out. We were enjoying our drinks and the appetizers came right out. We were not even done with half of the appetizers and the entrees came out. We immediately sent them back and asked for more than 10 minutes to eat the appetizers. 10 minutes later the entrees were out again. Next time we will not order the entrees until we are done with the appetizers.

   Felt rushed. Entree came out 5 minutes after appetizers. A table close by had their entree come out before appetizers. Food was so/so. Won’t run back.

   Food and ambiance were good, not great. Service was less than satisfactory. I suspect an understaffed afternoon and poor training were the causes. Our server felt overwhelmed and looked to be having a bad day. And brought this energy to our experience. We ordered starters and entrees. We had no sooner received our starters and 5 minutes later our entrees were brought out by a different server. When we were ready for our entrees, the original dishes were returned to the table and clearly had not been kept properly warm. At the end of the meal, when our original server returned , we explained about the timing of the courses. ‘They are usually good about timing’ was their comment. No apology or evidence that they cared how our meal went. I’ll give it one more shot as the food was decent and might have gotten a higher review if it was hot and served on time.

    Very enjoyable experience. Our server was pleasant and accommodating. The food was delicious. My only complaint is the music was way too loud in the dining area we were. It will not stop us from returning.

    We had a reservation but they made us wait 45 min for a table anyway. Then we didn’t get served for another 25 min once sat. It was packed- nowhere to park and force you to valet unless you want to park down the street at the bank.

    Lively atmosphere with good food- not great, but good. Nice selection but way overpriced. Also, need more gluten free options. Drinks were excellent as well as wine selection. Had the Veal Oscar- it was just ok, and sides were mediocre. The pizzas looked very good as well as my husband's $59 veal chop.

    Last minute decision to go out for a quick dinner was a great one. Really love the mussels done in white sauce and the tuna appetizer. Had a couple perfect cocktails and chicken panache which is wonderful. Look forward to returning.

    Our server, Giana, and other staff were friendly, prompt, and welcoming. The food and drinks were delicious, brought at the perfect temperature, and were beautifully served/plated. There was a young man, David, who cleared our table. We engaged him in casual conversation. What a kind, hardworking gentleman. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and all the wonderful people who made us feel welcomed. Thanks! Gracias!

    20 minutes after my reservation time was still not seated. Excuse was they had too many walk in’s. Was seated upstairs in a private event room instead. Glass of wine took 30 minutes to get at the table. Food was cold and tasteless.

    1 of the 4 dinners was served after the other 3 were finished. Too many tables for the wait staff to cover so no one checked in for more drinks. The 3 dinners came immediately after the starters.

    Service was absolutely terrible. Our waiter would need multiple reminders of our request for more water or drinks before bringing them. When he did, he didn’t clear the empties on our table. The bus staff bringing the food was joyless, nearly shoving our plates down on the table with a grunt. Doesn’t take much to smile and offer a simple “enjoy your meal”. Our server had us waiting about 30 mins for our boxes for leftovers and our bill, at which point the (presumable) manager came to our table —- but to tell us our pizza would be out shortly…. We didn’t order a pizza and our mealtime was clearly finished. Once we told her we were waiting for the check, the server came out a few moments later and handed OUR bill to the table next to us. Those patrons gave us our checkbook to pay, and after they finally received theirs, the same server subsequently LOST their credit card. He had asked the patron if maybe it was in said patron’s pocket. Ha! After they three of them are searching everywhere, server runs back into the kitchen and comes out with the card HE lost. It was all just so bad. We sat on the heated patio on Saturday night and this server was probably mid-30s with dark hair. Not sure of his name, but… The worst dining service I think I’ve ever had. Food was really good!

    We heard nothing but good reviews about Panache from friends, but waited about 30 minutes from the time we sat until a server came to us for drink orders, meanwhile every table around us was being waited on. Seems there were at least one table in every section that was waiting for a served

    Lousy service, starting with the hostess, waitress ( inattentive, rude), and manager (uncaring). Just a poor dining out experience. My party felt like we were inconveniencing the staff. Saxophone player was much too loud. We are frequent customers of Castello. No more. You just lost a 16 year customer. No recommendation.

    New years menu was way overpriced and not worth it at all. If in going to be paying $42 for a piece of chicken and spinach then it better be the best chicken I have ever had not just a piece I can easily make at home.

    Are New Year"s dinner was great. Did not have to wait to be seated. Our server came to the table to take our beverage order almost immediately. After placing the food order, I don't think we waited more than 10 minutes before it was served.

    The special New Year's Eve menu was excellent. It was expansive enough so that there were plenty of options. I chose the short ribs that were presented on a bed of mashed potatoes with a julienne of vegetables. A little salty for my taste, but delicious.
