Over the past few years, the tract of Montgomery County between Horsham and Blue Bell has become something of a hot spot for exciting new restaurants. Thanks to Habib Troudi, it’s about to get one more in the form of Panache Wood Fire Grill. Carved out of the building that had been home to L’Angolo Blue, an Italian restaurant that closed earlier this year, Panache is based on a “simple concept,” as Troudi says, offering thin-crust Neapolitan-style pizzas cooked in a wood-burning, coalfired oven, as well as prime steaks, seafood and other new American cuisine. Once complete, the space will have two bars, one of which will also house the massive 10,000-pound oven needed to crisp up those pizzas and cook other dishes in castiron skillets.

Email I wrote to restaurant Hi. I have never done this but our experience on Friday Nov 24th was so disappointing. I made reservations Monday for Friday at 6:15 for my son’s 26th birthday. Friday afternoon I received a phone call asking if everyone in our party was ok with stairs-I said sure not knowing why I asked about this. We were looking forward to the fun atmosphere that my husband and I had several weeks ago celebrating our friends birthday. When we arrived we were escorted upstairs to a dimly lit small room (no guests in either room) that was awkwardly quiet. I was looking forward to music and tvs with sports on. I asked the server if anyone else was going to be up here because I was hoping for a party like feel. She said there would but no one was seated until we were leaving. She said the downstairs was full but she could see what she could do. She proceeded to take our order and I put music on my phone to try to liven up the space. I don’t mean to go on so long but I hope you can understand why I was so disappointed and sad about not having a fun night out celebrating a birthday but instead sat in awkward silent empty room. If I had known we were going to have that experience I would have decided to go somewhere else or eat at home by ourselves. I don’t really expect you to do anything, I just needed to vent my frustration. If we come again I will ask specific questions and make request to sit among other people.

My husband and I had Thanksgiving dinner at Panache. They did such a nice job, the food was good and portions generous. I had leftover turkey to take home. My husband, who doesn't eat poultry, enjoyed filet mignon. The meal included bread with seasoned olive oil, soup or salad, dessert, and all the usual Thanksgiving sides. We also indulged in seasonal cocktails, which were nicely prepared. Since my husband arrived especially hungry, we also ordered the mezza platter for an appetizer, and brought much of that home to enjoy the next day. The service was attentive and pleasant. At the time we dined (2:15 PM) the ambiance was relaxed, peaceful and moderately quiet. We really appreciated the staff being willing to work on Thanksgiving day so we would enjoy a lovely, stress-free meal.

Food was fantastic, service was quick and efficient. Our only complaint was the music was way too loud. I don't feel like I should need to shout to my dinner companion, who is three feet away from me, just to have a normal dinner conversation. Music is fine, but doesn't need to dominate. Also, we were a little smushed...I get it, you're trying to make money, squeeze as many bodies in as you can, but a little more room would be nice.

Birthday dinner for a party of eight. We were seated immediately. Our server was experienced and pleasant. Food was okay. Chicken Parm received high marks, the Veal Francaise did not. It was very loud on the night we visited. Our table was right by a door with steady traffic so we were constantly being blasted by the cold air. Might give it another try. Might not.

This is a first visit back in quite some time. Parking was impossible and it was extremely noisy. We were seated at a table that was very close to the table behind us and there was not enough room to be comfortable. Our server was pleasant and excellent. Prices have gone up considerably. Overall, the meal was good.

Have been here many times and have always enjoyed it. This time we were seated upstairs and we may as well have been in my grandmothers dining room. No ambiance, very boring , should be reserved for private parties. First round of drinks were all sugar, no alcohol. Food was good as usual and our server tried his best

I love love Panache! Food is impeccable! Service is excellent! Celebrated my boyfriend’s birthday her with family and friends and they all loved it! All their first time too! Brought an ice cream cake and they kept it cold for me and cut it up for my guest! It’s the little things that truly matter! Our waiter was amazing wish I remembered his name. Great points for me too! Highly recommend this gem! Keep up that great customer service and impeccable quality of food!

The menu is a bit deceiving to the experience. The food was bland and we were PACKED in, truly you could scoot your chair back 12 inches and hit a fellow patron. I barely touched my food and our server awkwardly asked us if we wanted boxes instead of just asking if there was something wrong with the meal. For 200.00 for 2 people, we won’t be going back.

Packed on our Friday visit. They have valet parking if you can’t find a space. Server was great- friendly and attentive. Food came out promptly despite the number of diners. Loved the menu selection. We had raw oysters and they were super fresh and icy cold. Live music made it a nice night out. Plan to go again!

Arrived on time for 7:15 reservation about 15 others waiting also had reservations. Terrible communication by staff. 25 min until seated. Server was only positive thing she was pleasant and apologetic -clearly the restaraunt was understaffed . Veal saltimbocca was poorly prepared with a Demi glacé that tasted live gravy from a jar. First time here. Truly a disappointment.

We waited around 45 minutes to get seated when we had a reservation. When we finally were seated, no server came to our table for at least 15 minutes. The bar tender finally came by. At the point we decided to leave and go to another restaurant for dinner.

We have dined at Panache often. Service has always been hit or miss but usually not egregiously bad. Last night was egregious. We were seated and it was 20min before we had drinks. We had to ask a manager for bread for the table 45min after ordering. Our waiter was pretty much MIA most of the time. Our appetizers showed up 50min after ordering (1.5hrs after seating) when we pressed the manager for an update. They dropped my daughter’s pizza bringing it to the table so she ended up having to wait another 15 min for her only item. We also had to ask for utensils because the table had no forks or spoons. The saving grace was at least the food was good. We hoped perhaps they would comp something due to the horrible service but -nope - we paid in full and besides an apology from the missing waiter who claimed it was his first night nothing was done. The manager walked out of the restaurant at the same time we left and said nothing, practically running away from us. Really really poor experience.

This is our second time here and first time with our friends and it was amazing! Our waitress was fantastic and definitely knew her stuff…hoping to get her next time we come!! Food was delicious and timing was perfect on everything. The only thing we don’t care for is the valet that takes up the parking lot. Not a fan.

Have never been disappointed here. Always wonderful staff. Warm and welcoming. Food was aces as usual. Lovely afternoon catching up with girlfriends. We stayed too long after but it wasn’t busy, they didn’t need the table and very accommodatingly let us be. Will return again and again. Thanks everyone at Panache!

A nice night out and Panache provided the perfect remedy. The food and the service were very good, the bread they serve at the table is killer (in a good way) 😂 Price was reasonable and the seafood was perfect, we will return. The valet and music are a nice touch.

Cocktails were not very strong; buffalo chicken spring rolls were delicious; duck ragu was heavy on the mushrooms but tasty; crab ravioli were amazing; cheese cake was so-so; pineapple upside down cake was amazing. Over all we enjoyed our evening, but next time we'll try some different things.

Always a great dining experience. Once again, the food and our server were excellent. The menu is very robust so there are numerous choices to satisfy whatever your tastes. Would highly recommend for either lunch or dinner especially to celebrate a special occasion such as birthday or anniversary.
