Great food, we feel overpriced including the wine at average $14 half a glass but good food!
We celebrated a birthday, and it was terrific. A real brasserie, even had a lovely Belgian couple and their grown daughter sitting next to us. Waiter was new to the restaurant but a talented, experienced professional nonetheless. Star of all is the food, however. Classic kir, glasses of burgundy, wonderful pate, confit de canard, sea bass to die for, and lovely desserts. Great atmosphere.
A great restaurant. Good service and excellent food. Definitely worth a try. It is loud and sometime hard to hear, but would go back again and again.
I loved the butternut lettuce salad! Very tasty main dishes and great atmosphere. Amazing desserts!!!
It was fantastic as always. Love the PDV family!
We went to Parc de ville for brunch. The food overall was very good, although a bit expensive for overall for the amount of food provided. The service was excellent as was the ambiance. We will be back to try the dinner options.
Everything was perfect, thank you!
I loved it!! We had French onion soup, escargots, steak tartare and salad. Everything was delicious and the server was helpful!
Food adequate but, over priced in my view, but maybe not for the location. Wait service was helpful, they seemed harried. Tables for 2 were too small, and the waiter had to get special permission to allow my wife and I to have a table that seated 4 even though the restaurant and probably had more than 5 empty tables. I don't think I'll go again.
Loved the food, the ambiance and the service, will definitely come again.
The crab cake Benedict was to die for! My son says his chicken paillard was fantastic! The brûlée’d French toast looked amazing. This beautiful restaurant just continues to be our favorite for both brunch and dinner!
Food was good. Service was slow.
There were 5 of us having dinner and we tasted 4 different entrees (salmon was a repeat). They were all fabulous!!! We especially swooned over the Paris Brest dessert that was shared!!
We LOVED Alexander, our waiter - very nice, and attentive.
The only downside was that we could hardly hear each other - conversation was difficult!!
Excellent food. The omelette with fries was great, as was the trout almandine, the gnocchi, and the salade nicoise. Super deserts, as well. The service was outstanding--thank you Irene!! And the ambience was lovely and quiet for our noontime Thursday lunch. We will definitely go back even with the drive from Maryland.
A very appealing restaurant! A simple menu with excellent choices...and the presentation of each dish was amazing! And each waiter and employee we met was pleasant and helpful... spot on!
Beautiful ambiance and good food! Came here for brunch and wish we had options for brunch sides. We loved the French toast but would have loved something savory to pair with it. Service was great. Would love to come here for dinner!
The food and ambiance are great. Our waiter was very attentive and accommodating to a friend that arrived last minute. As a whole I do feel like the restaurant could have accommodated our group to a larger table being that the restaurant was half empty.
We were not seated until 35 minutes after our reservation time (8:45pm). Once seated, the service was really good, and the food was delicious. Great environment!
Beautiful interior and great ambience.
My friend and I really enjoyed our dinner at Parc de Ville. It's nice to have an upscale French restaurant in the area. The food was excellent and our waiter was super nice. As all new restaurants, the noise level is pretty high, so expect to be shouting to your company throughout the delicious meal.
Great food, terrible service, extremely loud, almost have to shout across the table to have a conversation. Not sure I would recommend, depends on the occasion.
Wonderfully delicious new “find” for us. I had the salade Maison and the moules- wow to both. I felt that I was back in France 😁 and the fennel in the mussels was perfect. Can’t wait to return!
I am a "foodie and a wino" and fortunate to have been able to live accordingly since I was a California teenager!
This is my third visit to the Parc . . . .and you are well positioned to become one of the very best restaurants in the Mosaic/Tysons area.
I was a fan of your predecessor Requin - which was pretty darn good at its best; but you are already off to a more sophisticated and polished start!
The onion soup was excellent, as was the trout.
The food exceeds the already amazing charm of this restaurant. 100% worth the hype.
Relaxed ambiance, service is outstanding and the food amazing !!! Rice pudding dessert is absolutely delicious ...
I love this place!!! From service to drinks and food beyond amazing!!!
The food presentation and quality is outstanding. Nice vibe in the restaurant. Terrific service. Good value.
Food was excellent, service was a little below average, noise level is too high...same issue that existed with the other two restaurants that were at this location. Easy fix would be some minimal acoustic baffling hung from the overhead....seems most restauranters don’t understand acoustics mitigation techniques.
Service was terrific. My husband is gluten free and staff and management was so very helpful.
Everything was fine until the moules arrived. They were very very undercooked. You can't even take them from the outer shell. It was sticky and gooey. After they took it and cooked, then was perfect. Easy to separate from shell.
The onion soup was excellent. The sea bass was a little disappointed since the fish was really skinny. Sea bass supposed to be thick.
Imagine that we took a $20 taxi one way just to try a french good review restaurant. It wasn't I expected.
The food was good but they have a very limited menu. Their Service was good, not great (we had to wait a very long time to get our wine, and their sommelier appeared “out of it”). Our server was very nice. Tables are small and set very close to each other to the detriment of privacy and comfort. They can improve easily. If we have to be close to that area, we may go again.
They messed up our order but immediately fixed the problem for us. The steak was perfectly cooked but wish they had vegetable options instead of fries. For a French restaurant, they should have fois gras.
First time here and it was a pleasant experience. Food overall was very good. Personally loved the sea bass. Escargot was good- wish it was a bit more garlicky but I love the puff pastry that was added. Definitely affordable.
Steak frites and salad frisée with Larson was amazing!! Great food and service!!
Very delicious meals! Enjoyed our special valentines lunch!
I will return for the food and hope I get a different waiter.
Loved the restaurant and food. Very friendly and helpful waiter (although new) but would have liked a little less noise and more space between tables "a l'americaine."
We looked for a French restaurant on OpenTable and were pleasantly surprised to see that there was one in the Mosaic district. We were celebrating our 56th Anniversary and since my wife, Renée, loves French cuisine, we booked a table at the Parc de Ville for 7:30 on Saturday, 2/8/20 (our exact anniversary). We arrived a little early and went to the bar where Dan recommended a single malt scotch which was excellent and started our evening off well. Almost exactly at 7:30 we were were shown to our table. Our waiter, Brendan (aka Bob) was delightful and attentive the whole evening. Mark ordered the Country Paté as an appetizer and Renée had the Escargots which were spectacular. She was a bit hesitant when she saw it was done with "pastry puffs" but the pastry were very light and added to her enjoyment (she practically licked the tray clean). Our entrees were the Ham shank for Mark and the Steak Frites for Renée. Both entrees were huge and we had dinner the next night at home as well. The steak was cooked to perfection for Renée as she loves her meat rare. We were pleasantly surprised by a complimentary chocolate brownie dessert that was yummy. Our sole complaint for the night was that it was a bit noisy although we did notice that we could hear each other at the table. Renée was also pleased at where our coats were stored as her fur jacket was an inheritance from her mom and therefore of much value to her. I think what amazed us the most was that this restaurant has only been opened a very short time and there was an amazing amount of service from Dan at the bar to the wonderful guy who cleared our table and packed our leftovers. We have already recommended Parc de Ville to several of our friends.
Food was very good! My wife’s salmon was a bit under done and it was quickly rectified. It was delicious. I had the steak. Perfect. The bearnaise sauce was awesome. They had some nice choices for apps and entrees as well as deserts. We will likely go back as it’s a very nice French restaurant close to home. Oh, beer selection not to bad. Don’t go looking for low ABVs though!! Hahaha
