The FOH staff was amazing and engaging. The poor standards reflect on the food. The two seafood entrees were not eaten as they were poorly executed. The two steaks we had were mediocre at best but were edible. For the amount of money wanted for the steak dinners they were not worth the sticker price. The Mac and cheese was good and the asparagus was good. The pork belly appetizer needs to be revamped. Being a chef myself with 3 of my chef friends we were very disappointed in the food quality in relation to the menu price. We would be willing to return to give a second chance solely because of the FOH staff as they handled the situation like professionals.

This was a date night. It was perfect. .The food was suberb. Everything was. We got the seabass, the cowboy ribeye, and mac and cheese. We had lava cake ala mode for dessert. Kelly was our server and made the experience so much more than just "date night dinner". She is the best! It is very nice to have personable and attentive- but not intrusive-service. The host, Vanessa, was sweet also. We look forward to returning and will request Kelly.

The waiter Ryan was the best. Very friendly and personable. Unfortunately I got sick off the crab cakes. I will not blame Ryan for that but I was so disappointed.

Ordered a seafood tower and a “cowboy ribeye” steak medium rare along with drinks. Seafood was ok and ribeye came out actually raw. Also the cut of meat was about 1” thick (not great) Server was apologetic and asked if we wanted to re-fire it. We declined and asked for it to be taken off the bill. The manager came over and was a bit confrontational about the whole ordeal. Not really something I’d consider a fine dining experience. Golden nugget can’t come soon enough.

We had a gift certificate to use at the Hard Rock and Park Prime was our choice to use it. The music was too loud for us where we were first seated (it was the Hard Rock) and the staff found us another table that was considerably quieter. The food was good. The meat and side portions were immense. The vege's that came the with main course were skimpy. If you want some, get a salad or order a side.

For our 48th anniversary we chose the porterhouse for two medium and it was a big and beautiful. We highly recommend it. Best steak we ever had.

Outstanding restaurant. Our Server Kelly was outstanding as always. she is very friendly and knowledgeable. Makes the experience very enjoyable. The receptionist Venessa was also very warm and inviting, willing to help if need be. Overall great experience.

Absolutely the worst (and most expensive) New York Strip Steak I’ve ever had. It was tough and the flavor was horrible. A well done filet that was burnt to a crisp and uneatable. I recommend you go elsewhere. I couldn’t have been more disappointed as it was an anniversary and birthday celebration.

The food and ambiance were excellent. We had the New York cut and it was one of the best I ever had. And speaking of best, Kelly was one of the best servers I ever had. She was friendly, funny, and professional. She even surprised us with a delicious dessert! This was an outstanding dining experience from beginning to end!

The bartender is amazing. We came last year and Sat with her, and this year we had a reservation and chose to sit in the bar instead cause she's awesome and gives great service. We will be back next year!

First off, I should have dove into some of the reviews before booking and eating here. The photos of the food indeed is not the same as you receive and the quality is highly lacking. We received our food and most of it was cold and it came out in waves. For instance one person ordered prawns on his steak and when it came out without any. He then asked and the they brought out two regular shrimps at 7.00 each? Wow! All the sides were cold along with the main meals. The final dagger in the night was another group of 4 people was loud and obnoxious. We advised the hostess, since the mgr was in the kitchen and couldn’t be bothered to come out and speak with us. No one advised this group to quiet it down they just let them carry on. The entire restaurant was staring and bothered by the group. The mgr never spoke to us never offered anything to compensate us for the inconvenience or anything. They advertised it as a Mastro’s, Capital Grill quality and it is no where near it! STAY AWAY I will never be back!

Truly an experience in fine dining! Our server, Kelly, employed a friendly style which interacted so well with her high level of professional service. Chef Lawrence prepared all meals to a level of perfection befitting a fine dining experience.

The food and drinks were amazing!!! Our server Kelly was spot on with her suggestions. The wines she paired with our dishes were precise. The lamb was one of the best I've had. The seafood linguine had the perfect amount of spice. We love letting our server pick the dessert, the lemon pancake thingy was amazing with the double shot of espresso. We felt really special when Kelly introduces us to Chef Lawrence. We can't wait to go back and try some other items from there menu.

There is great service at this place. Amazing ambiance and the prices are very reasonable. Despite this being a steakhouse, literally all of their food is delicious. I ordered chicken and it came out looking like a ribeye steak and tasting like the best chicken I’ve ever had. I’d give it five stars for sure.

We went our 15 year wedding anniversary and they were very friendly and welcoming. Food and wine was delicious from start to finish. I had a wedge salad, Filet Mingon and to finish we shared a White chocolate raspberry cheesecake.

Had another amazing meal and experience here thanks to our waitress Kelly and food by Chef Lawrence that met and exceeded expectations. From the lobscargot appetizer which is truly unique and done perfectly to the seabass and the filets no detail was missed. I would never give this place short of 5 stars as every time you come here they are attentive and professional just as you would want at any steak house. Chef Lawrence is always on top of his food from the cook on the proteins to the presentation. Me and my family will most definitely be back and cannot wait for the next visit. Thanks again to all the staff at park prime that made this birthday dinner truly memorable!
