Love this new place!!! If you hate chains and love small and cozy eateries. You must try Pazzo Pazzo. I had the shrimp limone over linguini, and it was light and flavorful. No heavy cream sauce If you would like to stay clear of heavy cream sauce. My husband had the Italian sausage over thin spat, and his only comment it was delicious and spicy .
The pizza was very large and very good. The ravioli with short rib was amazing. Check out this local treasure.
Great server and delicious food. Our table was directly in front of the kitchen so not the ambiance I’d hoped for but they had a full house so I understand. Eggplant parm was exceptional as was the pasta/meatball dinner.
All four of us enjoyed our dinner very much. Ricardo was our waiter and he was awesome, everyone very welcoming.
IlA wonderful dinner with Marianne and Chuck
This is an Argentine restaurant trying to be Italian. Be what you are.
The food was beautifully presented, and was delicious. Friendly service and great atmosphere. We will be back. I also had an amazing cocktail.
Disappointing. The actual menu was not what was on their website and was limited. The Chef specialty of braised short ribs was good but the other meals we lack luster, including the cannoli desert. Service was friendly but average at best. We also ordered some pizza to take home that was Ok. Disappointed!
We had read the yelp reviews and decided this was a good place to visit. It is a gem in a strip mall. It reminds me very much all the small independent restaurants that are excellent. I had the scallops that should’ve been served on top of mashed potatoes but instead I opted for a thin spaghetti. There was no problem changing my order . The service was fine, being a new they need just a little help.
This is a definite place we will return to
On our first visit we went at lunchtime and really enjoyed the experience. On this visit we did dinner and we were not disappointed, the staff and management is very friendly and the food was excellent. Highly recommended, we will go back soon.
We had a very nice experience at Pazzo Pazzo. Very pleasant atmosphere. It was half full on a Monday night. We had read reviews critical of the pricing but found the quality of the food great and the portions large. Combined with the attentive service, it was worth the cost. We will be back.
Great atmosphere, friendly ownership and staff, great food. Our first time at this restaurant and we will definitely go back.
Very friendly and efficient staff. Food is ALWAYS delicious.
Everything was delicious. My main complaint is that we had a 7:15 reservation and didn't get seated till 7:50. They definitely have some new restaurant kinks to work out. Wish we had gotten the tiramisu, but it was sold out from under us while our waitress was letting us know there was only one left instead of the 2 we ordered. So that was a bummer. We will still definitely go back.
I really wanted to like this place, but won’t be returning. On first impression, the decor of the restaurant was nice. The tables were quite cramped though. I like my personal space and definitely didn’t feel it here with waiters squeezing by the table every two seconds. To drink, we had water and a cocktail. The cocktail was the saving grace of the meal and actually quite good - though certainly overpriced for this class of restaurants. Water refills were non existent as were any questions about how our food/experience was during the entire evening. We politely didn’t make a scene about our experience, but we weren’t fans... On to the appetizer. We ordered the bread. What we got tasted like cheap stale white bread that was hard and cold along with a piece of butter with some salt on it and some olive oil dipping sauce. One hour later and some apologies for the delay by our waiter (glad they at least acknowledged the delay), our main dishes came out. The spaghetti and meatballs was fairly bland. Meatballs were okay at best and there was almost no sauce on the pasta. The other pasta dish was decent but quite light on the sauce. We considered trying the cannolis and they looked decent at another table, but after spending over an hour in this setting we had had enough. Those around us seemed to be having poor experiences as well. Noted the table by us sharing that one person had finished their meal before anyone else even received their food. The table on the other side of us sent some stuff back. We enjoy dining at non-chain restaurants and like to see them do well. We hope the owners take some time to reflect on this feedback and the feedback others have shared... if they don’t I wouldn’t be surprised seeing this establishment closing down do to a lack of repeat business fairly soon.
We had no idea that this restaurant evening existed prior to that morning. Took a chance and very happy! Can't wait to go back!
Food was tasty, service was attentive and personable. Ambiance worked great as an Italian "upscale" but not pretentious restaurant. Definitely a great experience.
Excellent food and service. Will be back.
We were very disappointed in the quality of both entrees and had extremely slow service.
Very good meals and great service! I had the scallops which were delicious and my husband had a steak which was awesome!
It was our first time there and we loved the atmosphere! We ordered the chicken Alfredo and didn’t like the surprise of lemon and pesto added to that dish since it wasn’t in the description on the menu. We were wanting just good old fashion delicious Alfredo. We also go the square pizza and it was ok but for some reason it wasn’t very hot. It was almost like it sat out of a heating window but I can’t imagine how it took a shorter time to cook than the pasta? So I was disappointed when it was barely warm. We got there early at 5:00 pm so they were not busy. Even the fondue appetizer needed salt? It was very bland which surprised us. Cheese is normally salty on its own. Overall, it just didn’t win us over.
Pizza is great, order that. We order Italian dishes and they were not great, ambiance is good and service great, drinks very good.
Nice for date night
Good service. I suggest any selection with their homemade pasta nice having 50% wine discount on Thursdays
Great food and service
Amazing! So excited this new restaurant is in Mason! This is much more than a pizza restaurant!
Excellent value and menu
My wife and I met my sister and her husband for dinner at Pazzo Pazzo. The restaurant is excellent for conversation. It has a delightful decor. The food was very good but slightly overpriced. We had a very delightful experience.
Awesome food and service. Decor was very nice. Pizza boxes take away from being able to watch the pizza making action with the oven, but overall we had a great experience.
Pazzo Pazzo serves the type of food you'd expect to find at an established venue. The location in a strip mall is deceiving for the type of excellent food being served. Sooner rather than later this establishment will move to better location. We'll definitely return as the food and service were great! However we would not entertain business folks at this locale.
Fun and inviting atmosphere. Lighting may have been a bit bright. The food was great -- calibrese pizza and pasta with sausage and peppers. Pizza was great the next day cold! Kay took great care of us.
All of the food was excellent! Cannelloni had an excellent cheese filling and the meatballs in the spaghetti were the size of baseballs and very tasty with just a touch of spice! We enjoyed our dinner although it was a bit pricey.
Food was great and so was the service and wine. They just need to turn down the lighting.
My pasta was excellent. Ordered a salad but server forgot it. Sangria was overly sweet. Pizza was very dough-y. Will try again.
Excellent food- best tiramisu ever
Went there for New Years Eve. The service was great, staff was very attentive. The food was excellent! Very fresh. I had the Shrimp Limone. The shrimp was some of the best I’ve had. Some reviews say they are a little pricey but for good, fresh Italian food, I think it’s reasonable.
The food is absolutely delicious! We have had a variety of meals at this location and have never been disappointed. The staff is professional and friendly. Great service!
The food is very well done and the service amazing.
We absolutely loved Pazzo Pazzo! So great to find something unique that’s not a chain in this part of town. The service was very good and the food was amazing! Best gnocchi we’ve ever had (except yours, Grandma)!
Pasta dishes are over priced but the pizza's are large and shareable and quite delicious.
First time there. The food was excellent & wonderful service! Will definitely go back!
