Perspective dining is a modern gastronomic tasting menu experience, a closed-door 12-seat chef table dining space, our chefs will take you on a unique culinary journey. Perspective Dining will offer cutting-edge tasting menus seasonally from 3 courses to 9 courses, a plant-based menu as well as a protein-based menu.     What a wonderful experience dining at Perspective, Andrew takes you on an enchanted unique food journey. The food is so beautifully presented it feels bad to cut into his artwork. Need more stars here to rate it.

    What a wonderful evening of good food and good company. The setting around one large dining table made for an intimate dining experience. I attended as a group of three to celebrate a 50th birthday. We were joined by 4 other couples which started a little quietly but when we started to chat, conversation flowed and we soon discovered a shared appreciation for good food and wine. The chef created a wonderful menu of 9 courses which was expertly matched with lovely wines by the sommelier. Locally sourced ingredients were thoughtfully combined to make refined and tasty dishes - all 9 courses were so good. If you're looking for a romantic night out, you must eat here. If you're looking for a different dining experience, you must eat here. If you're a lover of good food and wine, you much eat here. Highly recommended.

    Amazing food - the thought, detail, originality (and not to mention amount of prep required) was outstanding. Great flavours and textures and beautiful presentation. Original experience with only the one 12 seater table means that the chef can interact with patrons and explain every course.

    Perspective is one of the most beautiful experiences with food we’ve had. Andrew is an artist in every sense and Georgia the consummate host. We have been twice and intend to book as often as possible until word gets out and we can’t get a booking. Thank you for a special evening. Karen & Adam

    An absolutely incredible experience. It is like going over to Chef Andrew's home for dinner or having an almost private dining experience. The quality of food and service is elite but also is so approachable, not snobby or contrived. If this isnt close to Michelin star worthy, I dont know what is. Run, dont walk!

    Incredible dining experience from the moment you walk through the doors you are welcomed and taken care of by the lovely Ross. We then enjoyed the most visually artistic and delicious locally sourced produce designed and created by the amazing Chef Andrew and his team. My tummy and eyes were truly spoilt with perfection. We all loved it!

    This was a most excellent chef's table experience and strongly recommended to foodies and non-foodies alike. The restaurant is intimately sized for a truly delightful seemingly one-on-one experience with a chef who seems to be at the top of his game. The food was exquisite as were the matching wines, and all 4 staff were both integral and valuable. Am recommending to everyone and will most certainly be returning.
