The food quality and presentation far exceeded what we had remembered from our last visit. We had a great server who was very cool and calm during a mishap at another table, carefully taking care of those customers while also attending to our table.

We had a nice experience our waiter remembered waiting on us previously, happy to have him as he is very efficient, accommodating and friendly. That’s what makes you comeback.

Service was super slow. Host up front wasn’t friendly. Out of soup and we were flat out told our food was taking longer due to all the online pick-up / take-out orders. Probably won’t be back, at least not for a while.

The kitchen kept sending out sub par food. Part of my appetizer was burnt. My companion asked for their dish without carrots but arrived with carrots. I'm not in any hurry to return.

Food was amazing as always! Service tapered off throughout the dinner but was fine. Had reservations made that morning and when we got there we were seated within 5 minutes. Others at that time had over an hour wait!

This was our first visit to this location and they surpassed all others that we have been to. We had the last reservation of the evening and we would not have known it. Our server was very attentive but not hovering; quick but not pushy. Our food, appetizers and entrees, were the best we have had in a long time. There was no telling that the kitchen was at the end of their day. I appreciate all the staff for providing us with a lovely end to a long day!

I made reservations for 4 the night before. I got to the restaurant on time and we were told by hostess Naomi that the restaurant stopped taking reservations that morning. I said I made the reservations the night before. She didn’t want to give us a table still. She was rude and didn’t care. Hard to find another place at close to 6 on a Saturday. After showing her we had done everything right and after Naomi denying to sit us three times before, we were finally seated. Waiter was great and food was fine. Sent an email to the general manager but he never replied. Will not be dining at this location again. We were on a business trip in Akron.

We ate here on a very busy Saturday night when several servers and kitchen staff had called off. The remaining staff were working incredibly hard and doing a great job. The host, Shane, was bustling around doing everything including cleaning tables. He remained unfailingly pleasant despite the stress of trying to manage diners and people coming for carry out. Our server was awesome. His name escapes me but he looks like Michael Jackson (which we told him!). He was pleasant and hardworking. At the end of the night I forgot my carry out container and he ran out into the parking lot to give it to me. Impressive. Our food was delicious!

The restaurant was nearly empty as it was an early reservation for my 10yo daughter birthday. My account specifically notes not to seat us in high traffic area or near kitchen or restroom - but that’s exactly where we were led. The booth had a large tear in the seat that wasn’t even taped, just wide open. We asked to be moved because of this seat tear and the host said “most of the booths have that kind of tear” - this is not true as we looked around. He sat us at the next booth, still between the kitchen and bathroom doors. Food was great as always but the service and condition of the restaurant were not up to par.

I love PF Chang’s, however, the restaurant in Akron isn’t that good. They over cook their food. We had the crispy green beans to start. The beans were all shriveled because they over cooked them. The breading was falling off the beans. The breading was burnt….I had pepper steak and the steak was well done. Not good….the PF Chang’s in Beachwood is fantastic!!! They know how to cook their food!!! Every meal I have ordered there is perfectly cooked….location, location, location….

Service was very slow Nd there was only 2 other tables with people. The server wasn't very helpful. We couldn't get the menu's to open with the scan. We almost left and she didn't even offer us a regular menu. She kept trying to touch our phones. Food was good but cold. Won't come back to this location.

When we arrived we were told that they did not have our Open Table reservation. Hostess told us that a lot of open table requests don't show up on their system. Everything ended up working out after we showed our reservation confirmation on our phones but still a hassle...
