They have no help in the kitchen. Our server told us the kitchen was “a little backed up” when we sat down. It took over an hour to get our food. For our trouble we did get a piece of chocolate cake. The manager did not check on our table during the evening. He was helping to cook.

Food took forever, we were there 3 hours total. Heard from waiter that the dishwasher broke. Restaurant was also very loud, couldn't hear conversation at the table. We won't be going back for a while.

Really disappointing experience. My friend ordered something that could not be done. Instead of telling us, they brought out the dish. My friend saw it was not correct instantly. Then the waitress said "Oh we can't do that." My friend's second choice took forever to come. Food was lukewarm at best. Few people there but sevice was still slow and inattentive. I will not be returning

This is the second time our ladies group has had a weekday lunch here. This time it took 30 minutes to get a glass of wine and sake. Was told the bar was “backed up”. Both visits we waited over 45 min to get our food. When it did arrive, it came out in drips and drabs. 2 out of 6 of us finished our meals before another plate arrived. Every other plate after arrived 10 minutes apart. The waiter was extremely apologetic. I felt badly for him. He can’t provide good service when the restaurant is so poorly run. Because this happened twice, 6 months apart, we will not return. There’s a problem here that has obviously never been addressed. Too many other fabulous places in our city to enjoy.

Very nice visit. Took a little while to get addressed once seated, but once addressed, the service was wonderful (4 stars)! The food was better than I remember in the past. So I will start putting this restaurant in our rotation. This time I had the Miso glazed salmon. Hubby had the Kung Pao dish. The crab wonton appetizer was absolutely delicious. Everything was very tasty. (5 stars) more like 4.50-4.75 stars. Will do 5, this time, because of the food.

Place is not even close to what I remembered years ago. Took forever (about 50 mins) to get our food especially our daughter’s. Once I got my food it was not even close to its description. I had Changs Spicy Chicken, but it was more like fried up pieces of tenderloin and a bowl of rice. Definitely wasn’t spicy. I have no intention of ever returning as I was very disappointed.

Great food..service lacked...13 minutes to be greeted at table...ordered app and soup at first greet..soup came quick...app took 40 minutes ..ordered entree 5 min before app came out and it came 5 minutes after app dropped off......this a Thursday evening..not very busy...saw tables sat after us getting their apps first....however, this is only bad experience ive had in last dozen times going ...we will return

You can’t go wrong when you go to P.F. Chang’s in order the lettuce wraps. You can ask for extra lettuce in the beginning and then you won’t have to bug your waitress again about that lol! The calamari was delicious and so were they salt and pepper prawns. Our friends really enjoyed their noodle dish with meats and shrimp and I always enjoy going back.

Service was polite and water glasses stayed full, but was slower than expected for the late hour with more tables empty than filled. We had to look for our waitress to get our check. Orange chicken was soft and mealy rather than crispy after it arrived at the table. Felt like it was over-dredged before frying or sat in sauce too long before it was served. Music was too loud.

We had a pleasant meal. The service was very good. Food was prepared well. We did have a couple of mistakes with the preparation of our entrees. Over all the portions of the entrees did not reflect the price. Lettuce Wraps, pan fried dumplings, Mongolian beef and kungpow chicken was over $70.

I had not been to P.F. Chang's in over 10 years and cannot believe I stayed away for so long. Thomas, our server, was extremely attentive and knowledgeable. He took extra care with our orders clarifying exactly how we wanted the food prepared and when we wanted it served. And, when the food arrived at our table, it was like a feast as we all shared our appetizers and entrees with each other. It was an excellent choice to celebrate my wife and we will return soon!

Our food took forever. If they don’t have the staff, which I understand, then they shouldn’t fill the tables. We waited almost an hour for one to go meal that was soggy and gross by the time we got home. It was a waste of time and money.

Food tasted like it was under a warmer all day. Steak was like beef jerky smothered with sauce and the chicken battering was super soggy. We had to wait 20 minutes to be seated even though we had reservations and our server was flustered when we asked for a refill. Not like it used to be. Doubt we’ll be back.

I made a reservation for 2 at 6:00pm. When we arrived the hostess informed me we didn’t have a reservation as “we have two systems and they don’t talk to each other”. She acknowledged we did make one when I showed her the confirmation. She took my information and we then waited 15 mins while others were seated. In the future should I choose to dine there I will call direct. Restaurant was cold and we had to wear our coats. Bar service was slow.

Excellent food. Good value. Service was sketchy. Water got spilled on the floor by a another party and the employees kept walking over it as they debated whose job it was to clean it up. It ended up seeping under our table. They did tell us to be careful and don't slip for the 25 mins the puddle continued to leak toward us before the hostess finally used multiple towels to clean it up.
