We took our 85 year old Mom to dinner. We all had different meals and everyone loved their entrees. My Mom especially loved the edamame. We will be back.

When I ordered Sushi as an appetizer I would expect to get it before my meal, well I was halfway through my main meat and the sushi still had not came out, so I cancelled it, never got it. I had the kung pao chicken, it was supposed to be to be spicy it was not, Kung Pao is made with cashews not peanuts, first time I had been there and I must say it was kinda disappointing. The price you pay for what you get is not worth the price. As a chef I would never let my servers even put in an order for main meals until the appetizer was on the way out to the customers. Workers have no clue what good customer service is about anymore.

45 minute wait for our order to arrive when the place was essentially clearing out at 6:30 pm on a Sunday. No appetizers, no cocktails, only dinner. Just two of us ordering a salad entree and one of their signature dishes. Instead of comping an appetizer during the wait they did it backwards and brought us free dessert instead. We were given the explanation that the manager had seen our order going out and it was completely wrong so he turned it around, hence the long wait. The food was just OK. I'm familiar with Asian food both here in the Oklahoma City metro area and internationally. You'd do better at any mom and pop Chinese joint than what we were served at Norman's new PF Changs. Very disappointing.

I’m from Tulsa so only have the PF Changs in Tulsa to compare to but the food in Tulsa, as well as the look of the restaurant in Tulsa is just a lot better than the new restaurant in Norman. Maybe they’ll figure it out. I hope so.
