I made reservations and was seated right away, but the service was very slow. It was a busy Saturday but I couldn’t believe it took an hour to just get out appetizers and then another 40 mins for our main dish. Our server came by and took my card off the table for payment early and we didn’t even get all of our food yet. She had to go back and refund the food that was not brought out. This location is very unorganized and I would not recommend this location if you want to have good dinner.

We need to go back soon! Food was outstanding and the service was exceptional considering there was limited wait and cook staff. The beautiful decor definitely puts you in a good mood. We all got something different and were pleased with the food, plus had enough to take home for the next day. I can't get enough of Change spicy chicken.

PF Chang's reservation system does NOT receive reservations from opentable. I only found this out after arriving and being told they did not have our reservation because opentable bookings do not show up in their system. Street reading other reviews I see that this is a persistent issue that neither PF Chang nor opentable chooses to address. Why be on opentable if this is the case? Why does opentable not boot them off of their platform?

The quality of the food was just average. The table around us had not been cleaned. Food was on the floor and tables. The restaurant was not even busy. Tables and floor remained unclean the whole time we were there. This restaurant has changed for the worse. Will not go back.

I had not had their orange chicken before and it was truly delicious. My husband also very much enjoyed his meal. Service was excellent and in addition the manager stopped by to check on us which was very nice of her. The only negative is that this restaurant is very dark inside and could really use a renovation/refresh, but it's absolutely worth ignoring all that for the excellent food and service.

I guess I just don’t see the hype of PF Changs as a whole. This wash my second time here and I feel like it is over priced food that I can get the same dishes at a local place for cheaper AND get more food. They state the dishes are “family style” but the portions do not look family style. The host stand didn’t really great us when we walked in. He kind of just walked up and I had to initiate the conversation. He never asked if we had a reservation. We did get sat right away because it wasn’t busy but I’m the reservation details I wrote online, I had stated how it was my sisters bday. Most of the restaurants that Ive gone to and use Open Table will do a little something for a bday celebration and I like that I don’t have to “sneakily” grab a waitress while I’m there to say anything since the reservation details already say. The waitress also didn’t ask if we were celebrating anything when greeting us so overall, kinda sad that we never really got to make this dinner more special for my sister. Just felt like a regular Thursday night.

Hostess was a little slow to tend to incoming guests, but the food was great. Best crab wontons and loved the spicy chicken. Music was quite loud. So much that I could barely hear my colleagues sitting next to me.

It took 30 mins to get the table even though we made a reservation, and it took another 45 mins or so for food to arrive after we ordered. Service was very poor, even for water we had to try to flag down 2 different servers (as ours were nowhere to be found), finally one of the bussers got us the water. Extremely disappointing experience.

The appetizers were great! Sushi wasn't rolled nicely, rice was sticky/chewy and cold. Wouldn't order the sushi again. Server was inattentive, other server noticed us multiple times and helped us out.

This place has really gone down hill since the last time we were here about a year ago. They are extremely disorganized. We didn’t get seated until 15 minutes after our reservation time. The prices of the food has gone up while the quality has gone down. The place isn’t even clean. We won’t be going back.

Service crew was amazing. Food was not good. It tasted bland. It almost seemed like they used low quality ingredients. Food used to taste wholesome, especially the lettuce wraps. Not this time.

Booked a reservation thru Open Table. When we arrived, they said they didn’t have the reservation, which had marked we were celebrating a birthday. They were able to seat us right away. It took until we got our appetizer for me to get my warm sake. The lettuce wraps we had were difficult to eat because we got mostly the core of the lettuce head, not many leaves. Since the reservation didn’t take (even with me receiving a confirmation email), the server didn’t know it was a birthday we were celebrating. Not expecting much but a small complimentary dessert for a special occasion should be standard. I was handed a dessert menu. The portions are quite large which was a nice surprise. We probably won’t be back.

Started rough with inability to find our reservation then being told there was a wait. But, we were seated quickly. Good wait staff and great manager who was concerned about an allergy at our table and was actively working with the wait staff. The food was good but perhaps quality has declined over the years since first opening. The restaurant space could use a refresher and perhaps a music change which was a continuous base thumping. Overall, great staff, good food, average atmosphere.

I wish I could write about this experience positively; but I cannot. After receiving our appetizer, we waited a good 40 minutes for our entrees to arrive without any explanation or apologies from our server. The restaurant was only half full. My dish; almost totally lacked the seasoning and curry flavors that Singapore noodles ought to have and it came with very little protein. I understand the challenge of a labor shortage but restaurant owners need to ask themselves why some restaurants continue to deliver a quality experience while others don't. I've been to many PF Chang's over the years in multiple cities; I have always been happy with the food and service....until now.

We did have an issue when we arrived in which PF Chang staff indicated that they do not use Open Table, therefore, they did not have our reservation. We had to insist on talking to the Manager and she did make it right, so thank you. All other food, service, etc was great.

This PF Changs is not on Open Table. They would not honor my reservation made on Open Table. Instead they put us on a “priority” list with my phone number. I revived the confirmation that I was on the list, but never heard back from them. After a planned date, we had to head somewhere else. I tried canceling the reservation, but Open Table prevented it. I was attempting to make a reservation somewhere else and I could not do it. Staff didn’t seem to care. Even though they admitted the problem of people coming in with Open Table reservations, they apparently never solved the problem over time.

After 15 minutes we had to go back to the hostess and let her know that a server had still not been to our table. 10 minutes after contacting the hostess a server finally arrived. During the time we dined there, our server never came and asked if the meal was okay and she never offered refills on our drinks. At the end of our meal (and another lengthy wait) I asked another server to let ours know we would like the bill. After 15 minutes of waiting, I finally left with our grandchildren and my husband waited at the table for her to finally arrive. There were very few people dining at the same time we were and an abundance of servers, so there is no excuse for the poor service.

Server was amazing and so kind. He let us know the vegetable fried rice was made to order versus the add on fried rice which apparently sits out all day. My fiancé and I both got the orange chicken, and it was very mooshy. Definitely won’t go back.

Our server was very nice, however we waited an hour for our food. Tables that came after us got their food served first which leaves me to believe that our server forgot to put our order in. We didn't ordered anything special, dynamite shrimp, fried rice with short rib and 2 kids meals.
