Not what expected Food wise :( The level was too low and basic for the price. Octopus starter didnt taste good at all. Main course coliflower and pork lacks of taste :( Would not recommend neither go here again. Im a foodie and eat alot at good restaurants, and this wasnt one of them. Bottle of sparkling water 150 pesos?!?!? WTF.

Competing loud music from this restaurant and its neighbour. Great views, reasonably good service. Food tasty. But quantities are extremely small relative to the price. And this is the first restaurant in Oaxaca that I have encountered that insisted on selling me a tiny bottle of water for 65 pesos. Not likely to return.

El restaurante muy bien como siempre, el lugar es increíble, ubicación, instalación, etc, la comida si algunos platillos no fueron lo excepcional de siempre, la sopa de fideos me la trajeron como ultimo plato, pero si voy regresar, en cada viaje a Oaxaca siempre los visito y esta ha sido la unica ocasión que les faltó

Food 10/10 for the price and value just go here it will not disappoint! Our server was so nice and helpful with my questions of the food and also was kind to ask if we wanted photos taken. Our drinks were also very good and we had a great view as well.

We were delighted by the construction inside, the terrace and the ambience. The service was quick and professional. The food was ambivalent, excellent Grandma's noodle soup, strange the beef (only served with souce and bread). In the end somewhat overprized. It was, anyway, I good experience.

Comida deliciosa y con una vista privilegiada al templo de Santo Domingo y la ciudad. El único detalle estuvo en los cocteles que ordenamos, ninguno de los dos nos gusto y optamos por cambiar a cerveza y agua. A pesar de eso, la experiencia con la comida fue de las mejores que he tenido en mucho tiempo, la comida vale 100% la pena y compensa cualquier detalle.

Extremely poor service! We informed our waiter that we were vegetarians and ordered 3 plates that were not or favorites so we ask the staff for some help with simple options to be prepared … any vegetables! beans and cheese tostadas, anything. They said that was not posible and they could not help to prepare anything out from the menu … I mean beans with fresh cheese and avocado wasn’t a complicated request! We went to another restaurant and had a nice meal. Nice view from the upstairs terrace and mezcal cocktails were good tho.

Our second visit did not disappoint. Service is great, friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Food is delicious. Our favorite dishes are the suckling pig (lechón) and huitlacoche. Love they serve Mexican wines, too.

Fue una experiencia increíble! No teníamos mucha hambre así que solo pedimos dos platos entre mi pareja y yo, pero ojalá haber tenido más hambre porque estaban exquisitos! Además el personal es encantador y el restaurante precioso. Se ha convertido sin duda en nuestro restaurante favorito de Oaxaca, volveremos a probar más platos!!

The pork chop w Mole was a standout, as was the bao, the smoked watermelon is esp. unique. For dessert the Snow White and the Bañuelo were super good. Sit on the roof - try everything

El lugar es muy bonito , la terraza está espectacular con vista a la iglesia de Santo Domingo. La comida viene en porciones pequeñas y los platillos son caros a mi gusto. El servicio me parecí o un poco lento aunque los meseros fueron amables. La verdad vale más l Pena el lugar y la ubicación que la comida . El tiradero de pulpo parece queso de puerco, no agradable a la vista y un sabor muy x. Los tacos de Lechon confitados excelentes aunque caros para lo que son. El ceviche excelente. El chuletón X. El agua de horchata muy x también. Los tacos de cadera más bien malones al igual que la papada.

La comida y bebidas muy buenas, a diferencia de hace un par de años la calidad en el servicio percibo ha bajado, pedí en terraza y nos dieron abajo en la entrada, perdió la sencillez que le daba ese toque mágico que tienen los lugares de Oaxaca pero muchas gracias ☺️

Exceptional food, service and ambiance. This place was recommended by the owner of our Airbnb and we were very impressed. We had the bone merrow taco, black corn with mole, aguachile and braised beef. All delicious and traditional. Service at the top top. Cocktails with mezcal. Prices great.

This place was fantastic. All the dishes were delicious and traditional to Oaxaca. The view is stunning while the sun is going down. The service was phenomenal friendly and so helpful with suggestions. Highly recommend.
