Great food and excellent service.

Nick did a wonderful job!

When we went in, we asked for valet parking but the manager said that we could leave the car at the entrance and he would watch it until we were ready to leave. How incredibly kind. He saw that my husband was handicapped and did all he could to help. He refused a tip after the meal!
Our waiter was gracious, attentive to our needs without hovering. Drinks were generous and tasty. Orders exactly as placed. The mushroom soup was beautifully presented. A large portion, but may have been better with more seasoning? We all got the scallop entree. Very generous portions. Scallops beautifully seared. The pea risotto was the best part of the meal. Bacon chunks could have been smaller. My husband ordered the apple cake. He should have let them heat it. Cold, it was tough. Not the fault of the staff, but my husband’s insistence?
Such a convenient location. We will return.

This place is good for a quick bite. Food was just okay- bland.

The food was good. The space was fine. The service was abysmal. We were ignored. When infrequently checked in on the server was dismissive and rude. We were there during our honeymoon and had noted this on the booking. The host acknowledged this and congratulated us and then it was never mentioned again. We had to ask multiple times for coffee. We waited far far too long for the bill when we just wanted the disappointing experience to end.

Enjoyable evening food & service was excellent. Wish there was a Port wine to have with dessert the waiter did make some other recommendations. The after dinner drinks were served in a rock glass. Perhaps cordials glasses would be a nicer presentation. Other than that the dinner was excellent would highly recommend this restaurant.

The restaurant was nearly empty but the host chose to seat me in a booth right in front of the servers station. One would think that a hotel restaurant would know better than to disrespect solo diners.

Love the renovations and the ambiance of Plough. Cocktails were fun, scallops cooked perfectly and the Bolognese superb. Halibut special was devine (we shared bites of our dishes.) Will definitely ne back!

1st time visiting Plough and it was excellent. Our server, Tyler, did a nice job and only working there for a short time. Very pleasant young man. We had questions about wine and he made sure someone with knowledge of the wines helped us. Will definitely return.

Great food terrible waiter.

Great spot for a yummy drink and delicious dinner for two. There are larger tables to accommodate if you want to go there with friends to enjoy the cozy and modern restaurant! Service was great!

Service was slow but our waiter was very nice. Not many choices on lunch menu. The ladies bathroom was disgusting. Not one toilet was flushed. Trash can was overflowing. Not easy to figure out how to turn on the water at sink or how to flush toilet. I figured out how to flush toilet then flushed them all!

The service was absolutely amazing. Our waiter was kind and we did not feel rushed to finish our meal. The food was by far some of the best I have ever had. If you are looking for a celebration dinner, this is a perfect place!

Stopped in for lunch while in Lancaster. Quiet. Excellent service. Food was delicious. Flavorful. Large portions. You have to try the brussels sprouts.

Great experience and fantastic food!

Overall, nice dining experience. Host wasn't confident, it's nice to walk in and be informed on the status of a table and exactly what we should do between arriving and waiting for our table to open. The bar was quick and friendly, the Starbucks takeout cups seem a bit tacky though. I understand for avoiding broken glass in the lobby but, still. Our waiter was nice but since he doesnt run the food, there were a few times we asked for something from the runner, and it took a long time to receive. I ordered the fisherman's stew (amazingggg) but they never gave me a soup spoon, so things like that. There was then a long gap from when our entrees were set, and when our waiter came to see how it was. We did not complain, were patient, and tipped well, but some of these things other people really squawk about. Would come again, just hopefully these pointless COVID rules end!!!

Perfect spot for COVID dining. We were seated at a table in the bar area with noone near us. We used electronic menus sent to our phones. The menu was interesting, the food was tasty, and our server (the bartender) was very attentive.

Drinks, dinner and dessert were absolutely amazing!

I made reservations a few weeks out for a romantic date night and was disappointed with the table we were given. It was the table closest to the busiest section of the bar, and I felt on display while trying to eat and converse with my husband because the booth faced in toward the bar. There we were dressed up for our first night out in months, and we were within arms reach of patrons coming in sweatpants to order a beer and conversing loudly.
Our appetizer was tasty, but my main course was messed up. It was delivered with cheese on it after I said I was allergic to dairy. By time I received my corrected meal, the meat was well done instead of medium well like I ordered, but my husband had nearly finished his dish already, so I just ate the meat as it was.
I would consider going again, but would call ahead and specify that I would like to be seated far from the bar. I would also over-emphasize my allergies.

Dave was very attentive in serving our table. Food was delivered fast, fresh and tasted great. Atmosphere was fun. Excellent all around.

Menu isn't big but the quality of food is very good. Cocktails are nice and wine offerings are decent. Prices hover around $20. Atmosphere is very nice.

Great ambiance and service but food was very underwhelming and far too overpriced for the quality. We dined the day after Valentines and I'm pretty sure our food was leftovers from a busy Valentines the day before. The Brussel Sprouts app was awesome (9/10), but the entrees (ricotta gnochi and lobster fettuccini) tasted like yesterdays leftovers and were served luke-warm. Price was $100 for an app, 2 beers, 1 sangria and 2 entrees. Normally I'd say that's about right for a beautiful restaurant with great service, but the food quality would normally deserve 1/2 that price.

It was a great experience, food was delicious! Not a fan of their own version of a cosmo, but everything else was amazing.
