Red Lobster - Carle Place

This was my first time at this location. The food was great and the waiter seemed to be as well until he disappeared for an hour. Someone else delivered our food and never came over to check on us or ask if we needed refills on drinks. He took our order and then we didn’t see him again until he brought us the check. This would be understandable if the Resturant was busy at the time but there was hardly anyone in there. Good food but definitely would not go back if the service stays like that. I should have listened to the other reviews that complained about the horrible service. They weren’t wrong. Management really needs to speak to their servers.

Excellent experience. We were able to get a table relatively quickly than without the reservation option and the service was excellent!

Mentioned our reservation from open table and seated right away. Waiter was good and on point. The lobster bisque was a little salty Had the seafare feast. Everything was tasty. Overall a good meal would recommend.

I would recommend Red Lobster, but probably would also suggest making reservations in advance
especially on a weekend. Very crowded!

Great improvement past few years. Used to be really bad service but now great. Food is the same.
