We made a 7pm priority seating on Open Table & we were seated as soon as we arrived. Thank goodness because there were quite a few people waiting. Our server Natalie was attentive & took great care of us. Our food came right out, it was hot & delicious. Last nights experience at Red Lobster was Great. It has been a while since we’ve actually had such a pleasurable & delicious dining experience.

We were surprised that we had no wait before seating. I used OpenTable to get on the priority list, as reservations are not taken. Arriving 15 minutes early, we were escorted directly to a table. The waitstaff was quick, but not pushy, and ready when we were ready to order. The wait for food was not very long, and it was fresh and very enjoyable. Our waitperson spent extra time with my wife discussing lunch options, as we will likely return for lunch soon. We had a very enjoyable experience.

Not an amazing experience. Place was pretty quiet for a Saturday night and I could see why. You don’t expect it to be an upper dining experience but too many mistakes were made to list. It was like dining in the twilight zone. “can we get some more biscuits” answered with a “no”.

The Manager was great he was very short staff . Our waitress was non existent she served every one around us another waitress nought us our food and then my husband had to chase her down to pay the check. After we wait over a hour for our table. And another 50 minutes for our food. Almost a hundred dollar dinner only to get crap service.

I dined with my two daughters and my two twin grandchildren. The wait for our food was very short, the waitress was awesome, and the food was phenomenal as usual. We were seated immediately upon our arrival which was about 10 minutes before our call ahead time.

This Red Lobster location is hit or miss. Our recent experience was a positive one. Our food was prepared to order, well cooked and the perfect temperature. Our server did a nice job addressing our needs, however, we were celebrating my wife's birthday and I asked then to recognize her in some way...they dropped the ball and failed to acknowledge her birthday in any way.

If you’re in the Raleigh NC area, eat at Red Lobster and ask for Larry!! Larry was wonderful and made our celebration even better! He was so accommodating to our wheelchair request, extra lemons 🍋 and even brought our birthday 🥳 person complimentary ice cream 🍨 with birthday song! He made sure we received everything and even came outside to thank us for being his guest!! We will be back!!

The food was delicious and hot. The cheddar biscuits were superb! We ordered the Friday special, which was an excellent value, and we received a generous serving of all the items we ordered. My birthday. My only complaint is that is app told me we had a 6:45 reservation. When we got there, they told us 45 minutes, it was actually 1 1/2 hrs. This is not how this should work. We left another restaurant with a long wait time to come here and could have stayed at the other and been better off. Food and service where great.

The food was hot, fresh and delicious. The waitress was amazing and very tentative.

The waitress looked at my daughter when she asked a question and didn’t even acknowledge her. Drinks stayed empty way too long. Call ahead seating is basically bogus at this place. We had call ahead seating and another party walked in at the same time and we were both given the same amount of waiting time. I realize it’s not a reservation but what is the point?

We periodically go to the Red Lobster for dinner, and it is always good food and good service. This visit was no exception. Our server was wonderful, our food was hot and served within a reasonable time. They do a good job of ensuring the restaurant is not too crowded, and is clean. We will continue to visit!

My husband and I always enjoy our visit to the Red Lobster restaurant. They keep the restaurant very clean. The food is always very good. Our server was also very good, and offered helpful suggestions. The manager always stops by our table to check how our meal was. They are trying very to hard to make the experience enjoyable for people who venture out for a meal in these crazy COVID times - thank you!

Overall lousy meal, restaurant was quite busy and the kitchen was overwhelmed. Our food was thrown together, many parts were missing, and the taste was poor. A night of fast food would have been better.
