For parties/reservations of 6 or more, a $300 deposit is required for dinner service and a $150 deposit is required for breakfast or brunch service.
Our restaurants and lounges will have several precautionary adjustments in place:
•Vaccinated guests are not required to wear their masks if they voluntarily disclose full proof of vaccination. Otherwise, masks are required in public spaces of the hotel. Non-vaccinated guests, masks are required.
•MERV 13 air filtration system
•Culinary staff wear PPE
•Disinfecting of all high touch points throughout the day
•Sanitization with a ULV atomization fogging machine before and after meal periods
•UV light disinfection application for all menus between use
- Surfaces sanitized between seatings
- Common areas deep cleaned daily
- Digital, disposable or sanitized menu provided
- Sanitizer or wipes provided for customers
- Limited number of seated diners
- Distancing maintained in common areas
- Extra space between tables
- Waitstaff wear masks
- Diners must wear masks unless eating or drinking
- Sick staff prohibited in the workplace
while I believe it’s nice and proper to expose children to a fine dining experience parents MUST control them. Unfortunately during our last two visits to the restaurant both times were marred by yelling and screaming children
The food was very good. Loved the dumplings and branzino. The waygu steak was very chewy. The waiter was polite and good overall, but it looked that there was one waiter for the whole restaurant and several bus boys. Most ESL. Nice ambiance. The wine list was decent but little selection. Only six reds.
This place is not cheap, and it is in the Garden City Hotel. I do wish that they would have a dress code. I saw three clowns at two different tables, dressed in Hawaiin Shirts and shorts. Shorts?
Great food, as always. And the staff is simply the best. Jose, Mary, always do such a great job. We love coming here!
Had a wonderful meal and good wine with my daughter and a friend! Had dined earlier in the week in BYC at David Burke and this didn’t disappoint.
This was our first time but it won’t be our last. We were celebrating our anniversary and enjoyed it very much. Our server was wonderful and the food was great. Would definitely recommend.
Great food. Everything was absolutely delicious. The restaurant has a very nice atmosphere. Staff was very attentive but not overbearing.

We were looking forward to this upscale dinner with friends. Started out on a great note with good cocktails and salad and the maple candied bacon was amazing! But the steaks we had were very disappointing. We had wagyu and sirloins. They were not very tender and mine had a vein through it. This should not be the case in a restaurant that charges $68 for a ribeye! Dessert was not memorable. So to be honest even though a beautiful space, I don't be think we will be returning.

The waiter was attentive initially but then disappeared. Out appetizers came out relatively quickly but the main course took much longer and the steak was raw. It had to be sent back. I ordered the chocolate sphere cake for dessert and it was so repulsive I sent it back and didn’t want anything else. I would say it’s completely overpriced and mediocre.
I apologize that your experience was not better. I have shared your comments to the appropriate people and i hope you will give us another opportunity.
Very disappointing. Service was very good but the food was mediocre at best. The angry garlic 2 lb lobster was definitely not 2 lb, nor did it have garlic and totally lacked spice. It was sitting in a pool of bland oil. Can’t recommend this restaurant.

We started at patio bar where Jose made us the most refreshing cocktails. Great comfortable atmosphere out there but we decided to head into king bar where the famous Brian made us our favorite cocktails, the cucumber south side and the maple bourbon old fashioned. His hospitality skills are off the charts. We sat down for dinner and had such an incredible experience! Mary Francis is a top notch server and recommend such great options for every part of our meal. She was kind, friendly and over exceeded our expectations. The manager Brittney stopped by and was such a pleasure to take to. I can’t wait for my next experience here!

We had a Wonderful Anniversary Celebration ! Mary was so attentive and so thoughtful .... our dinner was delicious! Got a bit noisy at times...and we were seated in front of a serving table when they started to set up for Brunch I gather... that should really wait until the diners are gone.. However...being our first time dining at Red Salt we will return.... and soon.... thank you for the lovely Anniversary treats! Very appreciated!

We went for my birthday, I thought the food and decor were outstanding. The portions are moderate but of the highest quality. The service was very good as they were trying very hard but seemed a little rusty post covid. Will go back.

The bacon on the clothesline is still my very favorite. Everything was delicious. I was there for Restaurant Week and the selection was good with additional items on the menu for an additional price. The room is quiet and very private. I enjoyed my early dinner very much.

First time we tried this restaurant and it was amazing! Great for a special event. Food was so tasty. I am vegetarian and they catered to my needs in an excellent manner. I would definitely go back!

The ambiance, service and food were superb. Since we selected from the Restaurant Week menu, an 18% tip was added to our bill. Since we were not made aware of this, we tipped an additional 20%. Service was excellent but not for a 32% tip.

My wife and I made our second visit to Red Salt on Saturday, April 3. The service and food were nothing short of excellent. I would also like to commend the management and staff for their conscientious efforts to apply COVID-related protocols throughout the evening. Try the maple bacon appetizer. Our entrees were equally delicious.

Best steak on Long Island
Thank you! Not only do we hand pick our steaks, but Chef Burke owns the patent for the unique process in which he uses pink Himalayan salt to dry age his steaks. As you experienced, the result is an unbelievably tender and mouth watering piece of beef. We hope to see you back soon!

The service and ambience is lovely but I was personally disappointed with my DB Angry Lobster. I was hoping that it tasted like the one from David Burke Townhouse or Fishtail, but sadly it did not and it had a strong peppercorn oil taste (FYI, I despise peppercorn oil).
My family enjoyed their meals for the most part.
The overall it was a nice evening and I would give them a second try but wouldn't have the angry lobster.

The David Burke room was pretty good I had an expectation

Hit it out of the park . The shrimp cocktail was not as fresh as it could be shrimps were small . We Ordered steak special dish T bone and filet mignon cooked medium got medium rare ! Unforgivable in a steak restaurant!

When you run a steak place you need to be very exact on your order !

On a lighter note Sides on the other hand fabulous smooth creamy light mash and creamed spinach excellent!

We had the bronzino and the halibut, and both were perfectly cooked and just delicious. The steak fries added a tasty touch.
