We went for Sunday Brunch. The quality of the food was pretty good but not outstanding. The scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage were tasty. The French toast was just okay. I ordered pancakes from the kitchen; they were not very fluffy; kind of flat and dried out. The desserts were tasty. The waitress was lovely; very friendly. I like the Fork & Bottle decor; it is bright and clean looking; a little bit contemporary but in a traditional way. However, the restaurant was a bit noisy for brunch; maybe because there were several large groups (including ours). Overall the brunch was good but I recall it being much better pre-Covid. Not sure I will rush back...

This was our second experience at the Desmond after our first experience with lunch a month earlier. They did not disappoint the second time around as occurred the first time. Dinner was outstanding as was the service. Pricing was in line with a first class restaurant and we’ll worth the value.

This place is a solid choice for dinner. As frequent brunch guests, this was our first time for dinner and it was delicious. The menu at the restaurant is rather limited but everything we had tasted great and was well prepared. Also do not miss the warm bread pudding with vanilla glaze or the cheesecake for dessert! The service and atmosphere were good as well (it was exceptionally quiet as we did an early dinner the week in between the holidays). Will definitely be back again!

One of the best value for a weekend brunch I have had in a long time. Katie, our server was top notch and friendly. Although the restaurant filled up to 80% or so while we were there, the noise level was quiet and pleasant.

Prior to Covid, we went to the Desmond as a special occasion dinner place. We went this time for a 75th birthday celebration, and found that the dining menu was basically the bar menu. Disappointing. Hopefully, their business will come back and they can return to being a special place.

The Thanksgiving buffet food was excellent, even with a crazy busy holiday and full tables everywhere the waitstaff were on top of everything, they are always so amazing and help each other out and look after all the guests, and our waitress was truly a joy, so happy we decided to have Thanksgiving out! Thank you Desmond Hotel staff!

as usual, the service was superb, Colin and his assistant were polite, helpful, and always friendly. Of course, all of the other staff are just as friendly and helpful. The selections were plentiful and the prices are good.

Best buffet good choices. Bent over backwards when they heard a member of our family had peanut and tree nut allergies. Without asking brought out string beans without almonds. Told us which items she should avoid. Very good service. Loved being in the ballroom. Really liked the food layout plenty of space. They trays were constantly being replenished. Overall great thanksgiving meal

Thanksgiving Buffet at The Desmond 2022 was excellent. The choice of food was nicely varied and very good. It was not overcrowded which was nice for using the buffet and plenty of space in dining room seating. Service was friendly and prompt in getting our requests filled.

Meeting family from Delaware for Thanksgiving was fun and delicious. The buffet offered a wonderful variety of food, including a children's menu and a large array of desserts. The buffet line was never overwhelmed with people, and all items were kept well supplied. Service for beverages was a little stretched/slow at times, but overall they did a good job of clearing plates and meeting needs. All staff were friendly, cheerful, and helpful. The ballroom seating area was a little dim and quite chilly near the kitchen doors, and it would have been a little more festive to have some decorations and music in that area. Overall, the experience was very nice, and we will return next year.

Good variety of items. Buffet items were fully stocked. Would have liked the server to mention that with the breakfast you get items from the buffet and also made to order from the kitchen when we first sat down. Tables were nicely spaced out and we weren't rushed to eat and leave. Would go back again.
