Worst experience ever. We planned our high scale Easter family dinner but alas it was the worst nightmare and disappointment.
Since the start of entering the restaurant and getting the table till the check out nothing was worth the $$ or even the experience. The table we were given was wobbly - you would expect a fine dinning restaurant would take care of their furniture or maintain it when they are charging $50+ for entree without sides. Our kids noticed other table were empty. The server or the manager did not even ask us if we would prefer other table. Instead the server said it’s ok you can adjust and nothing would fall on us. We had to go and request for another table as we were worried that drinks would fall on us. We ordered filet minion and dry aged NY strip. None of the steak was extra ordinary - it was just a average to mediocre. We have dined in fine restaurants lien Capital grill and other celebrity restaurants so the fine dining is not new for us.
It was suppose to be a great family time with our kids but it turned to be worst Easter dinner ever. Not sure if we were given the table and the treatment based on our race.
Please don’t waste your money or precious family time in this restaurant. Try other better restaurants at this property. We tried all other restaurants in Hershey Lodge and absolutely loved it except this one.
The service was great and the food was top notch. Prices were reasonable for a chop house.
Ms Andrea was our waitress- ehe made great recommendations and was super helpful. The restaurant was a nice break from our busy visit to Hershey. The food is excellent and great wine list.
They always have great food and a wonderful atmosphere. Service staff is pleasant and very accommodating.
Great service and food!
birthday dinner. food was ok. not worth the price point for what we got - which included over cooked steak and over cooked tuna steak.
Best filet mignon I’ve ever had!! Cut with a butter knife & melted in my mouth! Choc steak sauce was the best!! Waiter was wonderful too.
Our waiter, Jim, was outstanding this time and the other 2 times before in past years. He is very knowledgeable with everything on the menu and very passionate about all of it, which we love. Wonderful experience as always at Revelry and highly recommended!
Great food & friendly service! Loved the chocolate menu
Fantastic experience all around! The food and wine were perfectly paired and the service was excellent!
I attended the Prisoner wine dinner. Food was good but not as good as expected. For cost of the meal that and the presentation of the plates of the menu items left a lot to be desired.
Birthday. Nice place and great food
Great food ok service staff. We had a ToMohawk and our waitress took forever to bring our wine. We finished our food. It would have been nice to pair that steak with a good red wine
Would happily go to again if I can afford it. $$$/$$$$ Good staff, great bartender, unique drinks and menu items you will not find else ware even in Hershey. Nice jazzy music and overall a great atmosphere. Highly recommend.
We went for thanksgiving, which was a bit untraditional for us. They did offer a thanksgiving meal but we decided to order off the menu and we all ordered steaks (including my 11 year old daughter). The menu was phenomenal, the food was fantastic and the waiter, Jim, was the best waiter we’ve ever had. Ever. We also ordered short rib chips, burrata, horseradish man n cheese, and the molten lava peanut butter cake. Needless to say, we were stuffed. Our steaks were cooked perfectly. Jim was attentive, funny, personable, and professional. We can’t wait to go again!
It was great. We will definitely come back again.
Food was great! Service was even better! Jim was awesome! Very personable and fun to talk to. Would go back and and ask for him!
Great food good service we are happy to say we will be back again
Loved the charcuterie selection, and our steaks were perfectly cooked melt-in-your-mouth delicious! Very nice staff, our server Jim was warm and personable, and took great care of us for our meal. Portions were excellent, and the Hershey Signature Chocolate Martini is a must-have! Excellent meal!
Such a great place in Hershey great food for worth of the money definitely be back here
It’s terrible when the menu shows items as vegetarian and they are not actually vegetarian. The manager wasn’t overly concerned about it. He kind of brushed it off. The waiter felt bad and apologized. Overpriced and expected more.
Great food! Great service! Great occasion. Had a wonderful time!
The restaurant is extremely convenient as it’s located in the Lodge. I love the style of the interior and the service is excellent. The restaurant had a different menu from last time I was there. The old menu had an amazing short rib for a reasonable price. This time everything was way overpriced and the options were very limited. The cowboy ribeye ($57) was mostly fatty and not enough meat to be filling. The Parmesan truffle fries are so overpowering Garlic, and truffle that they weren’t edible. It was a really good place before not sure of the chef left or what happened but it’s not an improvement.
The food was excellent as was the decor. Very relaxing meal with good selection on the menu. I Liked that you get your main entree, then sides are family style. Waitress was very friendly and helpful. Would go there again.
Great place, great atmosphere, excellent food, great service.
Food was excellent, especially the filet minion and crispy brusselsprouts . Nice setting for a date night but good for families too. Prices are higher than we usually spend but the quality was matched. We will be back.
This was my second time dining at Revelry and unfortunately will be my last. We had reservations and were seated 30 minutes past time our scheduled time. A couple in front of us, who had no reservation, was seated before us. Our waitress did not bring water until we asked for it at the end of the meal. They were busy and I watched an employee (I think a manager) stand and speak to a table behind us for over 20 minutes and then went back and talked for at least another 10 minutes instead of helping out. It took over 15 minutes to get a second drink (I had to flag down the waitress to get it) and had to ask for our check so we could leave. This is unacceptable and as a former manager of a company, when your business is that busy you should not be standing around talking. It's a shame because the food was excellent both times we were there.
I would definitely recommend eating at the Revelry. The food was excellent.
Service was fabulous. Very accommodating.
Dinner was delicious and the portions were huge. Excellent restaurant.
I ordered the 10oz wagyu ribeye steak. The wait staff said it was the eye of the steak, so when it came out it was not the eye of a ribeye it was a strip of beef not even a NY strip. I asked for the steak to be medium and it came out over cooked. There wasn't any salt or pepper on any of the tables. The steak didn't come with any sides you had to pay extra for the sides.
Excellent food and service. I would highly recommend!
Meal and service was excellent
Food was very good, but not quite great. Ambience was not good. Our table butted right up against another table with a low "wall" between us - which meant we were only a few feet away and it wasn't very private as we were right on top of the other table. Overall feel of the restaurant did not match the amount of the check.
Definitely not worth the money. Food is ok, atmosphere is nothing special. $200 for 2 people is a little too much for 1 appetizer, 2 drinks, 2 entrees and 1 dessert.
Our server Dave was awesome!
We live locally and this is new to the area. Despite having reservations, waited 30 minutes to get a seat out in the hall of the Hotel. No offer of a drink or apology. Finally sat down and server was great, he was clearly experienced and knew how to provide an experience. Unfortunately, the menu had a great selection but the kitchen let it down; the ahi tuna was dry and over cooked. (ordered medium rare). This is about the most expensive place in Hershey, but it is not a good value. Maybe it needs more time to mature. Other options exist such as Devon's that are not quite as expensive but offer higher-grade dishes (better value).
Service could have been better. More attentive especially since it was quiet, with few people in restaurant. Salad I chose was very small, not worth the price.
My cowboy ribeye looked like something I would get from Ponderosa steakhouse and it had little taste. My iceburg lettuce was brown at many sections of the head. The dinner bread was the best part of the meal. Service was a bit slow for what seemed to be a rather slow evening. People were sat next to us in our booth and the guy was very loud.
Service was not good. Steak wasn’t seasoned at all and salt/pepper weren’t at table. I would have asked waitress but it was once in a blue moon we actually saw her. For $150 for 2 dinners I wouldn’t say it was amazing.
One of the best dinners we’ve had in a long time! Everything was delicious, we had the cheese platter for an app, shared a wedge salad and the pork chop. The pork chop was cooked perfectly and was moist and delicious. Our server was OUTSTANDING.
