This was my first visit to Rocco's (despite living in Newtown for 15+ years) and I will certainly be back. From beginning to end, I had a pleasurable experience, and the food was excellent. The portions were much larger than I expected!

Dinner was excellent, server was excellet.

One complaint: COVID ALERT: THE INDOOR DINING ROOM WAS PACKED TO CAPACITY.

It was a bit too close for comfort during this very difficult time.

Not sure how to enforce it, but managmenet should remind patrons of the time limits the restaurant has established for Covid time.

Great food, Great service, great seating, great night

The food and service were both fantastic.

Valet parked, excellent valet, very courteous. Got seats outside near fire pit and a waitress who clearly did not want to be there. Just completely apathetic and uninterested in our wants or needs. We had asked her for a wine list that she never brought then came back after we had asked a busboy for the same and asked if we were ready to order some wine. I said, “No we just received the list” her reply, “ No problem” while walking away, was very off putting. That was the kind of flippant attitude we experienced throughout the dinner from her. We ordered several starters including a dozen oysters of two varieties, truffle fries, crab mac-n-cheese, and a Chicken caesar salad. I really wanted the food to be as good as the reviews I read but I am sorry to say the food was not to our liking at all. The salad was so soaked in salad dressing that we could not eat it, the crab Mac-n-cheese had so many onions in it you could not taste anything else, the table bread was burnt to the point it was dark brown and inedible, and the fries were just ok, nothing I’d want to have again. In fact, we left all our food on the plates, when she asked if we wanted boxes, she could care less that we said “No, we did not enjoy the food at all”. She said “ok” as she was walking away, again. The whole experience ust really put a damper on what was supposed to be our date night. I had hoped to find one redeeming quality about our experience and I guess it was our valet. He was the most professional and it was so nice to be leaving. I hope this feedback can help improve your customer experience

I always enjoy the ambience of Rocco’s but the food/service isn’t as good as it used to be. Service was very slow - it took 45 minutes just to get our appetizer. My son’s steak had butter on it even after he told them he had a dairy allergy. The second time it was rare and had to be sent back again to be cooked more. For the prices, they need to do better.

We went there for my 50th birthday dinner and it was great. The food was awesome service was great. We will absolutely be back!

Great experience,always is. We were a party of 4 and each appetizer,meal,and dessert was delicious. The martinis we had were perfect as well. Staff was superb.

Our first time here, but certainly won’t be our last! Fantastic dining experience! Beautiful setting! Our server, Jules, was awesome. She gave us great suggestions and didn’t rush us through our meal! She anticipated our needs and each course was properly spaced. The oysters were out of this world. My husband had the Tomahawk blackened and I had the fillet with a blue cheese crust. So nice the entree came with a salad and a choice of side. Everything was awesome! Cannot wait to go back!

This was our first time at Roccos’s. Service was phenomenal, we got the Porterhouse for two. It was cooked to perfection and carved beautifully. Everything was exceptional and we cannot wait to go back!

Absolutely terrible. Our waiter was terrible and hardly ever came around. Where we were sat people were constantly squeezing by. The staff dropped my card and almost lost it. I recently looked at my payment and it seems that a extra tip might have been added I have to get my receipt and check. This was a terrible experience

We went here to celebrate our anniversary. Everything was lovely. However, there was a glitch that was a bit concerning and confusing. We ordered the Porterhouse for 2. The runner who delivered the food put the steak in front of my husband along with the potato and asparagus. She was leaving and I called her back and stated we needed plates. She seemed surprised. This was weird as it is a porterhouse for two. Even if 1 person was ordering this I did not have anything in front of me! She said she would tell out server. We sat there for several minutes waiting. Finally a gentleman, possibly a manager walked by and asked us if everything was ok. He brought us the plates. He then asked if we wanted anything to accompany the potato. The whole order for meal delivery etc was disappointing. Other wise the food was very good ( Porterhouse a bit fatty)and our waitress was very good.

My dad and I come here for the porter house steak which is absolutely amazing every single time. The service is always 5 stars and I love the atmosphere. Highly recommend this place!

Great service and food.

We sat outside, in front of the tent, and it felt like we had the entire restaurant to ourselves. Amazing experience. Will definitely return.
