Ate here for lunch. This place has seen better days. Order the lunch special, double cheeseburger with fries and a drink for $13.99. Burger was ok. Meat was juicy and flavorful, but the double burger was a joke. Each patty was about the size of a kids burger from that place with the golden arches. Also, they didn't put the cheese on the burger. Service was average.

Made reservations but did not indicate that they only had bar seating. We were seated in bar area, it was loud but we were hungry so we stayed. We should have left. We waited over 10-15 minutes for someone to greet us at the table and then we were treated like a bother. The best part of the experience was the drinks. The drinks were very good and I can tell that is a big draw. The food low-mid. We ordered medium burgers, they were well done and the bread was stale. Not what I had in mind. 2.5 stars at best.

Dezerea was amazing! She greeted us within the first 30 seconds on us sitting down. Asked about our drink order, talked about appetizers. We gave her a bit of fun humor, she responded perfectly and with a smile on her face. After taking our order and many times before we left, she came over, filled our glasses, talked with us and made us laugh. Before we left, she told us that she was working tomorrow and invited us back (this is great customer service and showing people you care). Please if your company has an award for great customer service, please see that she gets it, as she was Great!!

Lunch with my son. He had a burger of some sort & I had the crispy brussels sprouts appetizer and 10 piece buffalo wings. And a couple of Coors Lights… The restaurant was not busy, unfortunately the service was really slow.

Nothing special. Food was less than mediocre. Everywhere in the palazzo and Venetian we have eaten has been awesome, this place not so much. We heard wings best in Vegas??? No way. Nice thing was the kids can be loud and you don’t have to worry about them .

Staff was kind of rude and made a big deal about us having 7 people (our reservation was for 7 people). We took a chair from another table to seat our 7th and we were treated poorly from there on out. One meal was forgotten about and so we got it to go and it was the wrong burger. Server then refused to split our bill. Would not recommend.
