Very nice experience. Food was very good. Had Carbonara. Not a lot of flavor and it was extremely dry. Carbonara gets that way but this was EXTREMELY DRY. Ordered ricotta meatballs. There was Rosemary in them! Hate Rosemary. Salad was fresh and yummy. Order the fried mozzarella. Excellent.

The food, everything was great. Cathy, our Server--was a perfect 10 on a 1-5 scale.

Food was decent. Brussels sprouts were plentiful. Waiter was more interested in socializing that paying attention to what we requested. Had to request some things that are normally offered without request. Had to request one thing 3 times before it was delivered. Waited on check for at least 30 minutes and got up to leave before it was delivered. And the restaurant was not busy!

New waiter did an awesome job! Food was good, mine was plenty but husbands was barely enough....

I am sure plenty of people have good meals there, but ours was terrible. The service was slow, and actually she forgot about giving us our check by the end of the meal - her admission. Our food, which clearly is mostly premade, was terrible - over seasoned, unsalted, overcooked, or just poorly made. And the cost for pasta dishes is outrageous. Pasta dishes, might I add, where the pasta was overcooked. I would not recommend going there.

It took nearly 7 minutes before being greeted by our waitress (and were one of only 5 tables she had). We were there for dessert only and their menu was not recent with what they were/weren't serving, they only offered 3 out of the 7 items listed on the menu (1 was sold out, the others were no longer being offered) and the cheesecake I ordered was supposed to come with "fresh strawberries" and instead was served with a condiment cup of strawberry syrup.
Overall, we were both disappointed with the experience and it will be a very long time before we try going back.

Great waiter and great service. Of course, due to COVID it was not crowded which was good. Had a very nice lunch with my niece. Everything was clean and socially distanced so I did not feel nervous. Can't wait for regular life when it is crowded and you can see people you know and hug them and talk and feel comfortable again.

My wife & I love Macaroni Grill. The food is consistently great. They are doing a great job despite being in a very difficult period of the Chinavirus lockdown & restrictions. I applaud the workers, wait staff & management for their efforts. The only thing to add is we can’t wait to be through this terrible man made crisis & have life return to normal!

Great food & service!

The meal started off fine and the waitress was very friendly, but then it quickly changed. She didn’t return for a longer-than-usual amount of time and when she did, she brought us two bowls of COLD soup. We asked to have it warmed up and she took the bowls back, and still brought back lukewarm bowls at best. There was no regular tea - only green tea. Then, we noticed the waitress’s attitude change. She did not speak much after that.

So the food was okay and we have eaten here before . I am not sure if it was COVID related but the service could have been a lot better . We said we wanted to buy drinks and our server said she’d come back and take them andddd she just never came back. Once she sat our food down we never saw her again . So the the single glass of water we got did not last long and we had to ask another staff member for our bill, and she was clearly mad we asked her . Food was fine , service was not . We were not checked on, didn’t get the bill in a reasonable time , and never got drinks beyond one glass , so aside from being thirsty all night the visit was okay

Enjoying eating at a macaroni grill while traveling. Service was struggling and extremely slow.

We sat outdoors, so it was noisy from I-81 nearby, but we liked it better than sitting inside.

The Restaurant now limits Indoor Capacity to 55 people due to COVID-19 which is fine. Even with this lower number Service is Extremely Extremely Slow. Food is Excellent and Delicious.

We preordered our food 30 minutes prior to arrival due to our autistic child. Not only wasn’t our order ready but it took 40 minutes to get our order after we arrived. Staff was unsympathetic.

Establishment followed current social distancing protocalls. Had an enjoyable long lunch.

Delicious food, great service

The “create your own pasta bowl” was good. However, I was disappointed in the small serving of vegetables included. The asparagus was cut up so tiny that you hardly knew it was there. I could say the same for the fresh mushrooms. I wish you would not skimp on the veggies. Cut back on the pasta if you have too but PLEASE spare my healthy vegetables!

Celebrating a good doctor visit

Made reservations. Upon arrival, was told it would be at least 50 minutes to get seated. Was told staff was short. The restaurant was nearly empty with maybe 15 patrons at 3 tables. Left.

Food was cold and the place was empty. Server talked to us WHILE WE WERE EATING for a good 20 minutes....very inappropriate

The food was pretty good. Service was a bit slow, especially considering the limited number of people dining-in. It seemed like the priority was on the to-go orders. Drinks were a bit overpriced for the quality.
