Quality of food was very very poor. The pasta was very overcooked and obviously not fresh. It seemed like cafeteria style food. Service was very good, but would never eat here again.

$35 for a couple slices of cold turkey etc and still partly frozen tiramisu for desert. We were disappointed this year. The mgr was going to make us wait to bring a plate of warmer turkey and take our plate. I mentioned we would prefer that the plate be left for that price and she said she would leave it. I feel really sad that Macaroni grill isnt what it used to be. But Im sure that inflation is making every popular restaurant sink and it shows for several restaurants not just Macaroni Grill. The mgr and great service saved our Thanksgiving and I thanked them both for it.

Thanksgiving dinner was just okay. Our kids’ appetizers came out right when they brought dinner. And when they brought the dinner, they only brought 3 out of the 4 meals we ordered. My daughter’s dish had the wrong vegetable with it. When they finally brought his dinner, they brought an adult-sized dish and told us to just share the vegetable with my daughter since she got the wrong one. It was just kind of a mess. The food itself was okay. It didn’t come out hot so it wasn’t long before it was cold. I was really dissapointed they didn’t have any yams with their meal, and there just wasn’t enough of the other stuff. And finally, when our server brought us our check it had the wrong amount so my husband had to wait in the restaurant quite awhile I took the kids out to the van. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but I wouldn’t recommend it. For a family who was bummed about having to go to a restaurant on Thanksgiving, and for the exorbitant price they charged, it was quite disappointing.

We were all very happy with our meals. Most of us got the Thanksgiving meal and it was excellent. They did have their regular menu available. The cost was reasonable. If you need an alternative to a homemade meal this is it. We didn't feel rushed and the service was excellent. I will definitely come back. Thank you Romano's for a memorable Thanksgiving.

Macaroni Grill! It used to be a favorite and a go-to for a quick & delicious Italian dinner that won't break the bank. My favorite has always been "Mama's Trio" which is a combination dinner of their Alfredo, Lasagna and Chicken Parm. Great food along with amazing service was a hallmark of Macaroni Grill. That's what we were hoping for when we visited last night. Everything seemed mostly the same, but something was missing. The restaurant most mostly empty, which we wrote off as it being a slow Tuesday night and fairly early (530pm) however we took our time and were there until almost 7pm and not very many couples came in. In any case, the decor was great in the large open area dining room. We ordered a bottle of Pinot and an appetizer that we had never tried before - Whipped Feta with garlic toast strips. It was fantastic. Our waiter was quick and very friendly, wrote his name on the tablecloth paper as they do as their signature move at the Mac Grill, so the service was still there. We have both always loved this place, so the nostalgia was strong going in, but overall it didn't hit like it used to. The prices seemed quite a bit higher as well but the food quality didn't improve with the higher prices. My Trio was just "okay" but nothing to write home about. My wife got the Chicken Marsala and it was delicious. Easily the best dish of the evening. Overall nice atmosphere and service. Felt a bit old and outdated. Food was good for the most part. Appetizer was new and fun! I feel like with just a few tweaks to their menu and some new advertising they could bring back their glory once again. Still a good spot for a tasty Italian dinner!

Not sure what was going on last night, but it took us over an hour to get our food and our orders were all wrong. Strange because we have come on the same day of the week and typically get quick service on a Tuesday night.

The service was some of the best we have had in a long time. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. Seriously this was a wonderful visit, and I’m glad because we were there to celebrate our mom’s 76th birthday!

Quality of the food is not where it has been before. The dressing on the Caesar salad was quite watery and little flavor. The Pollo Caprese was just there. The chicken breast was dry and leathery. Our server was good. This has been a place I have enjoyed on occasion, but this recent visit will be my last for a while.

We loved our food, & our waiter was great. We each had a different dish, and all were delicious. The grilled salmon & rice was exceptional. The mushroom ravioli was also very good. We had a little trouble hearing each other at times because of the noise level, but it wasn't too bad. Overall, we had a lovely dinner, & will definitely come again.

The restaurant is comfortable with the tables not crowded. The appetizers were good although the Brussel sprouts were tough. All enjoyed the entrees. It was a nice evening with music at an appropriate level so four of us could talk. I liked the touch of the roving violinist. Our waiter was attentive and helpful.

We must have come on an off night. Our server was distracted, detached, and avoiding the table. A drink, a straw, and some parmesan cheese seemed an imposition and we saw our server 3 times. One time they picked up some dishes without talking to us at all. Awkward. The Alfredo had no sauce and the chicken was over cooked. Discussing with the server wasn’t an option tonight. The place to eat was a placeholder as it was the company we were there for. We will try again. As usually it’s a good place for a special occasion. Sorry they were having a bad night.

Hi Krissa, not sure I spelled your name correctly. Wanted to let you know but didn't see you when we left. Did the bread change? It was not good, the bread that you have served for years is much better. Also the Caesar Salad dressing garlic was so strong I could not eat the salad, the garlic overwhelmed the taste of everything else.
