Food was great, service was subpar. No attention to check on us or our food-we asked for refills of drinks and chips and they both took over 20 mins to even get back to our table.

Good Mexican food, service was good but could have been a bit more attentive, however Covid has knocked everyone off a bit- so it’s all understandable.

Food was very bland. We’ve been here a few times and always liked it, but this time was a miss. They sat us outside without even asking if we were ok with sitting outside. Waitress was very sweet but a little forgetful. The food was kind of tasteless. Overall not a good experience. We will probably give it another try in the future, but no time soon.

Our server, Anthony, was completely inefficient and rude. We waited about 15 minutes for our drinks. Two of them, margaritas, were served without the requested salt on the glass. It took another 15 minutes to place our order. When he finally came to the table, I stated that we were ready 10 minutes ago to place our order. His response of "Well, I'm the bartender and I'm busy" was not the response we wanted to here. One of the members of our party of 4 requested Vegetarian Enchiladas. They had meat in them. It took them another 15 minutes to bring the correct dinner. This is not acceptable. Anthony's negative attitude will ensure that we won't return.

It must of been an off day for our dinner experience. Our drink order was disappointing to say the least. First round was good, but then second round was not so good. Things were mixed up with our server giving us the drinks that obviously were not ours.
Mine was loaded with salt and husbands was not the same as first one. The manager came over to ask us about the food and service. She was nice and replaced the drink and it tasted sour and no flavor. Also, the appetizers were brought out at the same time as our entrees..We usually have a good experience here. She was nice but continued to not get things right. Even the check had to be corrected. We have always had a good experience in the past.

Service was slow better for drinks and appetizers

I’d never Come back here huge disappointment I asked if I can get a different option other than a beef enchilada I tong eat beef like could I get 2 cheese 1 chicken for example and I was told no. My girlfriends steak fajitas were salty the service was poor we had a reservation and had to wait just a number of things were no good. The only decent thing was the sangria. Food was not up to par at all.

Great food, nice selection and wonderful, friendly service. Will definitely go back!

WORST DINING EXPERIENCE IN A LONG TIME! My husband and I were having dinner here for the first time. We LOVE Mexican food and the menu looked good so we wanted to try it. When we arrived we were greeted promptly and taken to our table. I found it a little odd that she gave us “normal” - before Covid menus(mine smelled like a week old dishrag and had food stuck to it). When I got up to use the bathroom I saw that the other side of the restaurant was much nicer than the cold closed off section of the restaurant that only my husband and I had been seated in. When our waitress brought over our chips and salsa we were underwhelmed, all of our chips were broken into small pieces (bottom of the bag) and the salsa tasted like marinara with cilantro. We both ordered margaritas, classic for me and spicy blood orange for my husband. After waiting 10 minutes for them to arrive, my husband was served a non spicy regular orange margarita with no salt. Needless to say he returned it and got a beer instead. Now the food.. my husband ordered chicken enchiladas and I ordered black bean tacos with a small side of guacamole. When the food came out the lettuce on my taco was on the verge of turning brown and my guacamole looked like it had been sitting out since the night before as it had stated to oxidize and turn brown. My husbands chicken enchiladas had NO chicken in them. We told the waitress and she had the kitchen make him new ones. The food in general was just terrible. When we received our bill the margarita that we sent back was still on the bill. When we told our waitress about the margarita she said “oh my manager was supposed to take that off.” When she brings our new bill over the margarita is gone, the $5 beer my husband drank is now on the bill and we didn’t even receive as much of a hello I’m sorry for the issue with your food and drink from the manager. NEVER AGAIN!

Upon being seated we were told we had an hour to eat if they needed the table. Not a good start. Food was average at best. The margarita was good! The waitress was great!

Was great. Everything and everyone socially distanced. 90 min time limit on table for safety. Waitstaff cleaned tables ASAP. Great crew.

Slow service. We had chips but n drinks. Our app came at the same time as our entrees. The waiter billed us before we ordered ice cream!

Food was excellent and the best my boyfriend and I have had from there. Our reservation was 7:15 and we arrived 15 minutes early and they sat us in 5 minutes. The service could’ve been a little better as it was hard to find our waitress if we needed something. Overall, it was a great experience there.

Everything was great, I go here very often for the convenience and great food. However, each time I do they do get my drinks incorrect.

I have NEVER had a sub-par experience at Rosalita's. The service is great and the food is fantastic! That steak fajita salad is OUT OF THIS WORLD and the guac is ALWAYS fresh!

I enjoyed eating at Rosalita’s pre-pandemic and still do. They do a great job with the food, service, and social distancing.

Fun and delicious. Was able to get a nice secluded table away from other patrons. Always festive in there and food was great.

while one of our diners did not enjoy the entree he selected based on the servers recommendations overall it was a pleasant experience. it was our first time there and we will most likely go again. They graciously accomodated another diner, substituting a hard taco for a soft one

Food was very good and came out correct and delicious. Only issue was the margaritas and no flavor to them. Ordered a frozen strawberry margarita and tasted like watered down tequila and no strawberry. Food was delicious though.

We went for my husbands birthday. I asked for a special request through open table and they followed it to a T. Food was great as was our waitress.

Service was slow, drinks were horrible and had to be sent back. The margaritas, house and watermelon tasted terrible. Our server was nice but she also approached the table and said “welcome to uhhhh uhhh “ and forgot the name of the restaurant she was currently working at. Also the whole dining room was empty and yet we were seated in a small room located in the front the restaurant right next to another table less than 6 feet away. We asked in to be moved to a booth but they stated they had reservations going there. We laughed at the end because every booth was open during our whole dinner. Food wasn’t terrible but we would never dine here again

My server, denali, was wonderful. Unfortunately my food was not. My daughter's order was fine but mine was burned at the ends and soggy and cold in the middle. It tasted like it was frozen and it wasn't warmed up enough. It was inedible

Total disappointment. Food was ok but drinks had no alcohol and dishes were overrun with black beans as the side overtaking the rice. Had to ask for sour cream even for dishes that stated cane with it. Menus had different prices and were sticky and gross.
