    Was not too busy on a Monday night. Service was slow from the drink orders and delivery to the timing of the food to the table. Food was good but Ruby Chows needs to work on its timing.

    Good service, but as an Asian food aficionado, I found the food mediocre. And while not crazy expensive, it was much pricier than better food at some of my fave hole-in-the-wall Asian joints in town. We sat in covered heated outside area (plenty warm), but was noisy. Inside space was fun and attractive. Service was great.

    Gorgeous space. Food was quite good. Service was so spotty albeit pleasant. We were never offered another drink and while you acknowledged we were there for a birthday when I checked in with the hostess, dessert was never mentioned and it just seemed silly to bring it up. The bill could’ve been double but no one seemed interested. Missed opportunity.

    I love Ruby Chows! Great food, good drinks, consistent service, fun decor and vibe. Today, I took a friend to celebrate a promotion and we had a challenging experience—more than an hour for three dishes ordered within the first ten minutes. I ended up having to take the last to go. I spoke with the manager bc I love Ruby Chow’s, wanted my friend to love it too, wanted to keep coming back. I wanted to be heard but I wasn’t looking for a freebie. What happened? She listened, was gracious, tried to make things right. I actually had to call her back to get an opportunity to tip our waitress bc, really, everyone can have an off day and my intention was never to get out of paying. I’m writing this not to complain, but to explain why Ruby Chow’s will remain a favorite—setting a high standard and valuing their customers. I’ll be back! You should go, too.

    This was my second time dining at Ruby Chows & I plan to be back soon. The small bites menu is great for sharing & being able to try multiple dishes. The food is a combination of Asian Fusion & Middle Eastern dishes & everything we had was really good. Definitely recommend the fried oysters & the shrimp with walnuts. And, if you like chocolate, save room for dessert. Both times the service was impeccable.

    I’m coming back here for my Birthday. Every part of this restaurant is amazing. It’s a beautiful space. The food was absolutely amazing we tried probably 10 plates. The service was amazing. Our waitress was so sweet. I would highly recommend this place for any event or dinner

    The experience from beginning to end was wonderful. The ambiance was beautiful and lively. I appreciate that it matched the uniqueness of the drinks and the deliciousness of the menu. We tried 3 different cocktails and at least 10 different dishes. Everything was to die for. The scallops were I would highly recommend this spot to ANYONE. I'm trying to find an excuse to go back!

    Second time at Ruby Chow’s. The ambience is just amazing and the food is delicious. We’ve enjoyed every minute of our time here! Our favorite dishes are the Roti Canai and Basil Chicken. Just tried the Pork Belly and Grits last night and they were AMAZING! I will say, I think this experience is best shared with two people and not as much for groups since it’s tapas!

    This was like my fourth or fifth time here and it was just as great as the first time! The food is phenomenal. The drinks slap and it's such a cute restaurant! I've been on a date night with my husband and for girls night and every time it was just as amazing!

    The food was delicious and it was very nice inside. A little dark but I feel like it was a mood for sure. Outside looked cute, I’d go back just to experience all the seating options! By far, the best part was our server Renee. She was so sweet and helpful with the options

    Was extremely disappointed. We were sat outside, and 15 minutes after we were sat, and passed by many of the wait staff we flagged someone down to place our order. Then we were served extremely small portions of food, and half of our order never made it to our table. We cancelled the half that never arrived, and left to eat at another restaurant.

    Food & service was really good. They only had outside seating reservations available this night...although the outside is covered, it was kinda rainy & our table was closest to the weather. It was also about 60 degrees & the heat lamps were not out, so the dining experience wasn't under the best conditions. But overall it was a good outing to celebrate my sister's birthday!

    As a person with dietary issues, I was initially very concerned about the menu offerings. I was also concerned about the portion sizes. Ruby Chow’s COMPLETELY exceeded my expectations. I thoroughly enjoyed everything I ordered and in fact discovered that the portion sizes were VERY satisfying and worth the price. Our waitress was absolutely attentive and very friendly. The bar staff sounded like they were having a great time: I could tell by how DELICIOUS my Swan Song beverage was. My partner and I look forward to returning there, as we celebrated our 5th year anniversary at Ruby Chow’s. And it was an excellent choice. You’d have to get your food to the table and ruin it yourself, for the experience to be unsatisfactory. Ruby Chow’s LEFT NO ROOM for that to occur. The host - he was super professional. The restaurant hostesses were also super professional. Even the valet driver was kind and considerate. Ruby Chow’s is definitely a FIVE STAR experience. I look forward to my next visit.

    I recently had the pleasure of dining at Ruby Chow, a new Asian fusion restaurant that has quickly become one of my favorite local eateries. From the moment you walk through the doors, you're transported into a warm, inviting atmosphere that combines modern décor with traditional Asian accents. The dining room is bathed in a soft glow from the ornate lighting hanging overhead, complementing the rich fabric furnishings. But the true star of Ruby Chow is the outstanding food. Every dish I tried from their diverse Pan-Asian menu was expertly prepared and bursting with bright, bold flavors. Highlights included the garlic chicken, with just the right amount of salty and spicy; the Kimchi fried rice with egg, with the perfect balance of sweet and tangy flavors; and the soft-shell crab bun, so tender it practically melted in my mouth. Beyond the food, the service at Ruby Chow is excellent. The staff are attentive without being overbearing, and they have an encyclopedic knowledge of the menu. Our server made spot-on recommendations based on our tastes and preferences each visit. From the hip atmosphere to the creative, mouthwatering cuisine, Ruby Chow offers an incredible Asian dining experience. I can't wait to go back again and again to try more of their delicious dishes and immerse myself in the energy of this fantastic new restaurant. This is a must-try eatery for anyone looking for a new favorite Asian restaurant!

    Just the right mix of style and substance. An outstanding delicious and unique asian fusion small plates menu. The pork cutlet and grits, the wontons, the scallop and mushrooms--oh my. The look and feel of the place is elegant and fun. It's modern and nostalgic at the same time.
