Great food and vibes.

The service was excellent; however the food was poor in quality. This was my first time dining at Ruth Chris post-pandemic and the food was not the same. I was highly disappointed by the flavor of the au gratin and cheesecake - both weren’t fresh. Needless to say, I will not be back.

My birthday was great

This was our first time back to this restaurant since the pandemic started. Ruth’s did a good job of social distancing. Our server, Valentino, was attentive, and the food came out hot.

We will come back as we felt safe and comfortable.

The meal was delicious! Stuffed chicken, cream spinach and sweet potatoes. Our waitress was awesome but it was a bit loud from all of the families that were there but all in all I loved it!

This place never disappoints. Delicious quality steaks!

Ruth Chris is my spot always has been my go to they never let me down but yesterday the service was subpar if u have to sit guest as bar guest still treat them the same as the guest who are seated in Booths or tables and I ordered a tomahawk for 2 u would think I would have got better service and presentation of my food dude didn’t even bring out pepper for my salad but I watched another server do his job properly with other guest not to mention my bill was 232 and still gave a 40 tip on bad service u have to do better

We ordered 2 steaks, both steaks were overcooked. The sides we ordered were very good But the dessert was way below average.

4 people. They got 3 steaks wrong. Wrong order and cooked wrong. I’ve had better steaks at Longhorn.

The food was very good. Our server was also very nice. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the host was rude and did not make me feel welcome.

Dishes was not clean

There was something in my drink, the mash potatoes taste like they came out a box the lobster Mac was runny it was not a good experience

Great food and great service!

Kim & shawn was amazing fast and efficient. Soon as I got down to my last sip of juice. Kim was at the table with a new glass also the food was delicious I wish I could thank the chef myself.

Jim wasn’t the friendliest server. Will request someone else going forward.

It was very nice food was amazing .. porterhouse steak for two is outstanding

Everything was great. The steaks were cooked perfectly and the sides were great and hot. It was expensive despite the fact that both couples shared their entrees.

Omg. From the moment we walked in to the time we left was just an amazing experience! We had a wonderful host and server. Our server was very knowledgeable about the regular and drink menu. She made wonderful recommendations and really made us feel welcomed. The drinks were strong which I loved. Most restaurants give you watered down drinks but not this place. All of our food came out hot. Everything was cooked perfectly and well seasoned. Honestly we had absolutely no complaints. This restaurant is definitely upscale and worth every pennie.

Thank you so much for a lovely birthday dinner, the table display with the birthday card was such a surprise. Norman our waiter and Mike our busboy were so on point great customer service. The cowboy ribeye was out of this world the chef really had my palate dancing with happiness. Overall the food was slamming we couldn't stop eating lol. Thanks so much for keeping up the covid protocols, making sure everyone adhered to them. Will definitely be back again.

Service was terrible, food was ohkay but overall is wasn’t worth a penny I spent!

Food was phenomenal. Everything came out nice and hot. Stuffed mushroom's as the appetizer even the simple César salad tasted super fresh and the dressing portion was exactly right. I had the filet & shrimp, me and my boyfriend split the lobster mac and cheese... so good!! Great portion sizes, not the typical over indulgence we are use to being served here in America lol. Quiet and relaxing atmosphere and comfortable booths that are really pretty and set the mood for intimacy.

Ruth Chris has a reputation for good steak and they consistently live up to that. I have not been eating Red meat so I ordered the Chicken which was wonderful .

The food was over cooked, and the service was extremely long. It could have been a bad night, but in the many years we have been going to Ruth’s Chris, this was the worst we have experienced.

We had a lovely experience!

I was so excited to try Ruth Chris! We had reservations for Sunday 730pm- they were sold out of bone in ribeye and au gratin which the server had to come back to the table twice to inform us... I would think that in fine dinning you would have better procedures in place so that customers don’t order food that is sold out. I ordered fried shrimp thinking they would be normal fried breaded shrimp... they were sautéed shrimp...disappointing dish. Lobster bisque & Lobster Mac were gross and I did not enjoy... we left the Mac instead of taking it home. Lamb and bone in filet were great! Our server Henry forgot the drink that was ordered from the bar. He was not very warm and friendly but at the end of our dinner he comped our dessert and he said that they were short staffed - which makes sense now... he had too many tables to service. Probably won’t go back.
