We were lucky to get seated in private room. Server was perfect- she was friendly and attentive. Steaks all excellent. Chop salad and lobster bisque fantastic. Side of spinach amazing. Potatoes au gratin were so-so.

Ambiance more like a Denny’s instead of what we were hoping for, a classy restaurant. Casinos always make me skeptical because they let any of their high rollers in even if they look like they belong at the beach. Last night was no different. We saw everything from shorts and a T shirt to a beanie and a parka wearing shorts. We had a special birthday and were hoping this place would adhere to their own dress code policy, and keep it classy. Won’t be going back.

We loved our experience with Ruth’s Chris. Our server was Dylan and he took great care of us as we were celebrating my wife’s birthday and our anniversary. Both times we’ve been to this restaurant, we’ve had Dylan as our server and we absolutely enjoyed having him. We will definitely request Dylan any time we visit and recommend others do the same. Dylan will answer any questions you have about anything on the menu and give an honest answer. He has not steered us wrong!

Server good, friendly. Never asked me for a drink order. Focused on wife’s drinks. Busboy never brought extra bread after asking. Dirty plates sat on table too long in between starter. Too much butter. Everything cooked in way to much butter. Didn’t want desert as sugar would have been too much on all that butter.

As always Ruth Chris didn’t disappoint. Our service was great. We started with spicy shrimp and a wedge. Followed by A Filet, brussel sprouts, sweet potatoes, au gratin potatoes and cremini mushrooms. Everything was wonderful.

We received phenomenal treatment for our daughters birthday. Staff was extremely accommodating and attentive. We were fortunate to be sat in a private room which our daughter thought was amazing and the staff did not disappoint! Food was amazing as always!

Dress code for this place is not enforced. Go to Outback or Texas Roadhouse for the same experience at a more reasonable price. Stained table cloth. Sat in both for 1 hour and was never approached for cocktail service after ordering original. Never received our entree after hour wait. Was told kitchen was having issues and were way behind. Left after speaking with GM about (non) service. Was agreed I didn't have to pay for what little had been served.

The steaks were absolutely excellent and perfectly prepared. You cannot find better quality anywhere. Service was very good, but we waited for our waiter a bit after we finished our meal. The seating is comfortable, but not very private, and loud discussions at other tables could be overheard. I understand the price of beef has significantly increased especially for prime cuts. The meal for 3 of us including tip was well over $330, and this only included 1 glass of wine for 1 person. We shared a baked potato between 2 of us and a ceasar salad between another 2. We were all very satisfied in the end.

We are no strangers to Ruth’s as they always deliver exceptional food and amazing service. Kimberly was our server and she is incredible. She remembered my family and was genuinely excited to see us. Bone in filet served with bone facing me, hard to turn a 500 degree plate around so you can cut it properly. Steak very tough. Daughter’s steak, rare filet, very good. Shrimp atop steak small and cold. Appetizer, calamari, and desert, crème brûlée, best part of meal. Not worth the price at all.

Reserved for 2 @8pm on Saturday 08/26/2023. Was promptly seated after checking in. Took 5-7 minutes for waiter to come to our table and ask for drinks. 10 minutes later for bread and butter, took our order. 25 minutes later after waiting, was advised by our waiter that kitchen is backed up and offered us appetizers or drinks. I asked how much longer, he said another 30 minutes. I told him to cancel our order and we’ll pay for the bread and he said no. We walked out, didn’t get to celebrate my birthday dinner. Poor first visit and I don’t plan on returning based on this experience. Wait time and dinner service unacceptable for a table for two people.

Our service was great and everyone was very polite. Let me start by saying that we made a 7:15 pm reservation but did not sit down until 7:40. We told our waiter that we need to be at a 9pm show in the Hotel and he assured us that we would make our show. We ordered from the special menu that included dessert. My food was not up to the Ruth’s Chris Steak House standard. The chop salad was very good. We ordered a Ravioli appetizer that never came, we had to wait over an hour for our main course. I ordered a 6oz filet medium with Shrimp and a spinach side. The shrimp was delicious, the steak was not. It came medium well and was tough. Our plates came at 8:50pm. We didn’t get our dessert and we missed the first 20 minutes of our show. Our waiter did his best to get our plates out to us earlier it just didn’t happen. I probably won’t go back as I did not enjoy my steak as I used to in the past. Kristine Foster

We had a 6 party group. We had cocktails in the bar first. The bartender lady was so awesome!! The dinner service was impeccable . Our waiters were the best! Our seating was in a spot where there was a lot of traffic going int another private area (which was annoying) Also- when you sit in the front bar area which we went back to tonight (the next night) It was yummy! Super fun staff and vibe. It seems like the bar area is so so noisy from the merge to the other casino areas behind it…? It should truthfully explore some acoustic remedies to the initial bar area coming in from that chaos going on beyond the Silver Legacy.? 2panels of sound reduction? Maybe some jazzz?? Just saying. Especially with that check in line from hell at the Silver Legacy????Not extremely soothing for a superbly smooth martini??

Kingston, our waiter, is exemplary. He is attentive, friendly, and provides an experience that sets this restaurant apart from all others. The total experience is first class. it begins with the complimentary call I received at 4pm confirming my reservation. That extra mile is outstanding. It so happened that I needed to change the reservation time, and it was very easy to do. Upon arrival, the greeting made me feel like a welcome guest. Once seated, Kingston (our waiter) made us feel as if we were family members coming for dinner. I cannot put in words just how special this specific restaurant is. Toward the end of our meal, Sam, the manager came to out table to see how things were. This is something that's rare for restaurants to do. He also was extremely welcoming, and displayed a disposition of truly caring for his guests. And finally, hands down, Kingston the waiter provided simply the BEST service I have ever received while dining. He is by far an extraordinary employee and provides an experience so great that I will let all those I know to book a reservation.

Ordered a Filet medium and they gave me an end cut from the tenderloin that was not very good. After I called the waiter over, he agreed and within 20 minutes I was served a very good dinner.

It is in a Caesars Casino and they do not take the Caesars rewards at a fair value and they do not take the free food offers. They also do not give Caesars reward credits. The food was great, way over priced, service was very slow, had to ask for different things several times to get them. There are many other places to dine that are not as high of prices, but the food quaility is just as good or better. There are other Caesars places that will actually take the reward credits. I will not go back again, the Roxy has better service, food and they take Caesars Rewards.
