   We had Thomas last night and could not have had a better experience. He advised us to get several items instead of the traditional "your entrée my entrée" and the food was great. My fiancé also got one of the mocktails and was over the moon with it. The jidori chicken was perhaps a bit on the dry side, but the glaze made up for it. We brought our own bottle of wine as it is alcohol free, but I wish we would have thought ahead slightly better and brought our own spirits. The table next to us brought a bottle of Blantons and used it as an additive to their 'Taurus in retrograde' mocktail, and probably had some killer old fashioneds. We will be back, despite the hour and fourty five minute drive, and we'll be sure to come back and see Thomas again; with many upscale restaurants to choose from in the Central Florida area, the fact we're willing to suffer through 95 and I-4 for that long to return should tell you something about the place. The ambiance is great, the food and drinks are superb, and Thomas offered to get a photo for us at the end to celebrate our date night that is much too far and in-between for us. Worth every penny.

   We had plastic in our steak but the manager refunded us and gave free deserts. On leaving the general manager gave her business card to book with her direct to return and try again

   Came for my mothers birthday for lunch. It was only one other group there. Noise level was very quiet and they even brought out a free desert for my mom. This was our 5th time at Salt and Cellar, but first for lunch, The burgers were amazing. The rice was similar to the rice at dinner, but with different veggies. Cucumber sales was also great.

   What a Gem! My family and I enjoy an exquisite meal and were pleasantly impressed at the incredible service and ambience. Every dish is made to perfection! Our taste buds were in heaven. The flavors are familiar but with an attention to fine detail twist that makes them uniquely delicious. We cant wait to eat here again! The portions are small but full of savory deliciousness. This is our first experience with mixology and it was exciting. We also took advantage of the no corkage fee and brought wine for our dinner. Paul, our server, was top-notch and everyone we encountered made each of us feel well taken care of. This is one of the best meals we have had.

    While the price point may scare off a few of you, this restaurant is definitely worthwhile. Service was outstanding, and the food will be remembered. The free flow concept and sharable food this restaurant has allowed us to sample the menu as we saw fit. Every was delicious! Between 2 of us we shard the tuna tartar, wagyu tacos, 6 ounces of the A5 waygu filet, mushrooms, fries and cheesecake. But the star of the night was definitely the AB cigar dessert. I won't ruin the surprise, but it's worth a trip in itself. I would have loved to have been able to order an old fashioned, or any type of whiskey at all, however the "mocktails" offered here are both interactive and delicious themselves. Shout out to Chris and Mataja (hope that's correct), as well as the rest of the dining staff, bartenders, and especially the cooks.

    I don’t even know where to begin with this review as this was THE BEST dining experience I’ve had in Central Florida and damn near close to the best overall. The service by our server Thomas was top tier. Even the other staff members were exceptionally kind and welcoming from the time we arrived until the time we left. My husband and I ordered the Akira Back Tuna Pizza, Grilled King Crab, spinach Oshitashi salad, Toban Filet, Miso Cod, Togarashi Fries, AB Chocolate in a Cup, AB Cigar and the Moonchild drink. EVERYTHING was outstanding!!! Presentation, flavors, temperature of food, seasoning etc. One of the things I was worried about not liking was the crab legs because I prefer them plain with drawn butter to highlight the sweetness of the crab. But the firecracker sauce on the crab legs was so amazing and not overpowering. The chocolate in a cup was incredible. We normally don’t finish our desserts but we practically licked the cup at the end. It was such a great experience and I cannot wait to return with friends and family next time.

    Unbelievable 5 star service. Thank you Gabriel and David and the whole staff. Highly recommend the steak and cigar mango dark chocolate dessert. I personally loved the kimchi brussel sprouts. This is now a go to spot for us. We want to try the full menu.

    What an amazing dinner at Salt & the Cellar Mateo, and Gabriel did a fantastic job making our Anniversary memorable! The Toro Tartare, 32oz Tomahawk steak, and our amazing sides Kimchi Brussels, Vegetable fried rice, Yuzu Soy Mushrooms and to top it off with the amazing dessert AB CIGAR!     From the arrival, to getting seated, to the knowledge of the server and her recommendations and to getting the food, this was above and beyond 5 stars. The service was top notch. You pay the price for food and service you receive. This is by far one of the best restaurants we’ve ever been and for sure we will be back. Highly recommended.

    The good and service were amazing. We had no idea they don’t serve alcohol so we had to go out and buy our own at a store down the street. 1200$ for 6 people. Food was delicious but not sure it was 200$ a person delicious. Staff was amazing!!

    Fantastic presentation of food and drinks. Wonderful atmosphere and a true hidden gem. Its an odd location for such a beautiful restaurant and hotel, but once in there, the experience is phenomenal.

    We are in Kissimmee for winter break and are staying right down the road from the Ette hotel. While searching for dinner options I came across this hidden gem and decided to book a reservation. Went with my wife and 2 daughters and we all agreed that The Salt and The Cellar now ranks among our top 5 dining experiences ever. The mocktails are creative and add a fun layer to the experience. The food was outstanding. The tuna pizza was to die for. Shared the Tomahawk steak with my kids and we ate the entire dish. My wife had the sea bass which was also amazing. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the Disney area. We will be back!

    1. NY strip was served at a cooler temperature, so the full spectrum of flavors of the meat could not be enjoyed. 2. They had fish on the menu that we wanted to try but it was not available and also when we ordered it from the waiter he was unaware that they did not have it because he came back later to inform us. 3. One of the coffees that they brought us was spilled on the plate. 4. Water was requested three times... and the waiter then decided to leave the covered bottle on the table. 5. The waiter served the water passing over everyone... spreading the water on the table...

    Went for our Valentine's Dinner, Ambiance, staff and food were excellent, we ordered the Tomahawk 32oz steak to share, it was very tender and tasty, the kimchi brussel sprouts were delicious, would highly recommend.

    Invited another friend who is a big 'foodie' to experience this hidden gem in Kissimmee. Just as expected she was blown away by every aspect, food, presentation, service and ambiance.     This was our third visit to Salt & the Cellar and we had another fantastic meal there. It has quickly become our favorite restaurant in the Orlando area and while the menu isn't large, everything on there is incredible. The wagyu fried rice as a side is probably the best fried rice we've ever had so make sure you get it.
