OMG, gets better with every visit! The first time my brain was so smashed through with the food, that I didnt know what hit me. Subsequent visits allowed me to really savor each dish for the creativity and the perfect taste created by the individual components. pure genius.

We were pleasantly surprised at how much more space the "new" Saltie Girl has, especially all the patio and outdoor seating. We had a small table in the corner of the patio which was both romantic and quiet. The servers were excellent, as was the food.

This was a poor experience. Our wine took 20 minuts to come after ordering, our cold app took another 30 minutes to come (waiter didnt take order until 25 minutes into reservation). When app came at 855 we were notified the kitchen was closing in 5 minutes, we asked for a second to look at the menu before the kitchen closed, the waiter never came back. Ordered a beer that never came. Food was good but experience was so terrible it was absolutely not worth it. Would not reccomend

We went specifically for Lobster rolls. They were excellent. Huge chunks of meat. Not shredded like you get at a lot of places. Bun was grilled and buttered. Quite decedent. Also had the chowder and smoked salmon belly. Both very good.

If had to be nitpicky about the food it was the the side of kettle cooked chips came in a bag. Would rather have just had fries or something.

I accidentally made this reservation for the day after, but the gracious staff at Saltie Girl was able to fit us in anyways! The entire experience was so so so wonderful. From our server, La, who was kind and respectful to each and every bite of food we savored. It was expensive, but worth every penny. Definitely go to Saltie Girl for a wonderful experience, even in these trying times they are doing they best to ensure guests are happy, healthy, and safe! Thank you!!

Excellent cocktails followed by calamari that was done to perfection (so fresh!) and truly enjoyed the soft shell crab and fish sticks. Incredibly delicious French bread/ butter that was addictive to say the least. Can’t wait to go back. Would be happy to improve the rating for value if the pours on individual glasses of wine we’re not so skimpy:-)

The new/old met space is good. Same outdoor patio. A few more umbrellas to give all tables a sub/shade choice would be amazing. Happy the Met fries stayed put as they are the best. Happy to be back. Went for brunch and the Benedict is good. Looking forward to them investing in a bag of GF bread again soon!

Sat in their extended outside patio. Lots of traffic and noise from Newbury st. Others were requesting to move seats from there. We understand the city vibe especially during this time so we just dealt with it

We went there for an early dinner on a Thursday and were seated on the street at tables sectioned off by fencing. The drinks are good, although somewhat expensive. The menu was seafood, but there wasn’t much of a selection on this particular night. We ordered a foie gras toast, which was underwhelming, and cauliflower. I felt like the servers were not very attentive after we got our food and didn’t ask if there was something else we wanted or needed. I’m sure the seafood (mussels, oysters) are good, but we were just unimpressed with the ambiance and decided to go elsewhere for the main course and dessert.

Food is always outstanding at Saltie Girl. Favorites are the King Crab Roll, Steak Tartare and the cauliflower side. Did not care for the tuna flatbread or the snow crab toast. Outside seating was great, but had to wait 20 minutes past our reservation time. Still trying to figure outside seating out, I guess.

I ordered the lobster roll, 36 dollars. When spending this much on a lobster roll, you'd expect something more than just an average amount of lobster meat doused in butter on a roll with nothing else on it. This is an industry shame. The definition of good food shouldn't be just melting a stick of butter on a handful of lobster and shoving it into some bread. No taste, and the lobster had no sweet/succulent flavor. Nothing special. For 36 dollars I shouldn't be lead on to think it's more than just lobster, butter and bread, something I could very easily make at home! I can go down to John Hook down the street and get almost double the amount of lobster for 26 dollars. So why is it expensive? This a prime example of a restaurant that jacks its prices up because it's on Newbury St. but it gives you zero bang for your buck. I was very disappointed. On top of that, the staff seemed super busy, were rushing about and then they put music on for the background but the stereo was right next to our table and it was so loud we couldn't speak at a normal volume. Mind you, I couldn't even exchange the chips with the lobster roll for fries. I was very excited about this restaurant after reading it's online reviews, but after coming here I was very sad. I had brought two of my friends here as well and nothing was special about the clam chowder or burger. Just very average food at a far more than average price. A disappointment.

The food and service was amazing. We sat outside and the cars made it super loud which was the only downside to the experience. We have oysters torched salmon belly and lobster roll. Everything was absolutely delish!!
