    Very interesting menu offerings. I had a delicious cup of lobster bisque to start, followed by a very tasty and nicely dressed Caesar salad with white anchovies. My main course was the pumpkin ravioli which included four large ravioli and shrimp in a delicious pancetta and sage brown butter sauce. A delicious seasonal item. All the portions were more than ample and very satisfying. The waitress was knowledgeable, attentive and efficient. A great dining experience.

    Had a wonderful business lunch for 3. Guests told me the mahi mahi AND the fish and chips were wonderful. As for me, I ordered the buffalo chicken wrap and it was perfection! Service is outstanding and, as always, chef Abraham visited our table and made us feel like family. This place is a MUST for a business lunch!

    We are long time diners at Salum, and love Abraham and his entire team. But our recent meal was so good that we feel compelled to sing their praises once again. Our entrees (braised sea bass with mushrooms and pumpkin ravioli with sage brown butter and shrimp) were perfectly prepared and absolutely delicious, and some of the best food we've had anywhere recently in Dallas. Couple that with attentive service, great cocktails, and the quiet dining room and it was just a wonderful evening. Thanks much to all who treated us so well!

    Food was less than mediocre. The dress suggestion was "casual elegant" and there was nothing elegant about this restaurant. More of a cafe with open kitchen and noise. Very disappointing.

    If you are looking for a white table cloth restaurant with consistently delicious American style food, go to Salum. Most of the service staff have been there since before the pandemic. That says a lot about the management! Its location is accessible from all parts of the city.

    Salum is the place to go if you want unique foods, old favorites, and the best service ever. Everyone involved in this special restaurant goes out of her/his way to make the experience special! I do wish there would be more vegetarian options, but I can always find something that pleases me and does not involve meat.

    Salum was excellent as usual with the help of Abraham (the owner) and Rachel who was our server. We always have a nice experience because of good food, exceptional service and a nice ambiance. You can actually have a conversation with the people at your table due to an acceptable noise level which is difficult to find in most Dallas restaurants.

    Took my BF to dinner and it was such a nice, romantic atmosphere. The service was perfect and the food was incredibly delicious. Appetizers were out of this world! Cosmopolitan and chocolate martinis were the best I’ve had! Will go back for more..

    We had an amazing time here last evening. The entire staff was very thoughtful and curates a great experience for their guests. I highly recommend the Texas Goat Cheese to start. The Sea Bass was fantastic as well. They rotate some of their menu items monthly so there is always something new to try. Can't wait to come back soon and explore more of the menu. Probably my new favorite spot in Dallas!
