Unfortunately, when we got to our reservation at 7:15PM, Sandbox was closed. It was New Year's Eve and we were extremely disappointed as we didn't a plan B. We even tried calling but, never got an answer.

They were closed, the least they could have done was not accept reservations on open table if they weren’t going to be open.

We made reservations for Thursday night — and when we arrived the restaurant was closed. So… maybe it’s great but don’t make reservations through open table because that doesn’t work!

I booked reservations at this restaurant for me and my fiancé and when we arrived they denied us entry saying they were closed but there were people just being seated and served as we were walking up.
