Great place to have a relaxing, delicious meal. Great staff as well.
Outstanding fresh pasta!
Two couples came from Connecticut to the immersive Van Gogh on East Side and then dinner here. The Van Gogh was a disappointment but not Sarafina .
We were early and decided to eat inside. Happy to show my proof of vaccination.
The waitress was great. We ordered martinis and forgot to say very dry and she took them away and replaced them! Her food suggestions were spot on. We enjoyed everything we ate.
I’d eat there again in a minute. Might make a special trip.
Very disappointed that they did not honor their restaurant week menu. Why advertise on the restaurant week nyc website AND their own website about their restaurant week menu BUT NOT HONOR IN PERSON?!
Establishment that is so dishonest like this- how can you have confidence and faith that when you bring your guests you are getting what you are expecting? Will not be returning- ever.
Overall, I enjoyed this restaurant. The menu is a little pricey, but the food is good. I had the penne arrabbiata & added shrimp. The waitress(es) were a little distracted. More than once, I had to ask for something twice, but everyone was extremely nice. I’d definitely say it’s worth a try.
I don’t know the name of the server but her attitude level was beyond disgusting.
Drinks and food were amazing but from the moment we got there she started with attitude.
We had a reservation for 8 people and she was giving us a hard time, later more attitude and later we asked about restaurant week and she just said “no we don’t” and handed the menus. Almost throwing it at us.
We would not go back there just because of her.
Pasta dishes were amazing! Can’t wait to go back!
The staff at Serafina was wonderful, they accommodated myself and my girlfriend an hour ahead of our reservation. We ordered the burrata and arugula salad-both outstanding, and the cacio e pepe was one of the best I’ve had.
I went to Serafina with my friend for restaurant week, unfortunately they were not participating and the website was not updated with this info. My friend and I decided whatever because we were hungry. It ended up being great food, great vibes, the waitress was super friendly and kind! Definitely would come again.
The waiter at Serafina Ludlow was one of the best waiters I have ever seen in NYC! He was literally running the whole front of the bar/restaurant show by himself (Except the fantastic cooks in the back kitchen!). He was thorough, kind, handsome, quick, and informative! I loved the shrimp farfalle dish and your arugula salad is amazing!
Pretty annoying that I went there specifically for the restaurant week menu and when I asked for it I was told “what’s restaurant week?”. Not a huge deal, food is already reactively cheap. Just kind of annoying that they advertise it on the website then look at me like I’m stupid lol. Probably won’t go back. Oh well, live and learn.
Broken air conditioning ruined the evening
Not sure if this is considered a chain- but the food is so delicious!! We needed a sure bet for multiple picky eaters and in a location in the city that was unfamiliar. The location, scene and menu did not disappoint.
Service was amazing and food was delicious. Cannot wait to go back.
Each Serafina restaurant has its own vibe. We particularly enjoyed the attentive service at this location.
Excellent food and service
It was great except our reservation was for outdoor dining and there was no table available. They put a little table out and the 3of us squeezed in. It was ok and we were mellow about it but no what we expected and disappointing. Otherwise all was great. Service was great and food was amazing,
Everything was delicious and the service was fantastic
Very good food and service, would definitely go again.
It’s serafina but downtown vibe, outdoor is done well.
Loved our server, Ericka.
Service way too slow and food not nearly as good as other locations we've been to.
Service was slow at the beginning. They didn’t have the cocktail I initially ordered but at the end we were gifted two cocktails.
Very nice for Valentine's Day! Service was quick and the staff was friendly.
We really enjoyed our time at Serafina! Very simple menu, classic Italian options.
Always love the food and has great menu options! Little cold dining outdoors as a two-person party. The four person parties had more of a heated area.
It was great!!!
This location is my favorite location. Their strawberry martinis are very well crafted and their staff is amazing. Everything on the menu is a hit but I suggest the Bresaola! They also have outdoor heaters for their outdoor seating option. Perfect perfect perfect.
It was such a more younger modern vibe compared to the meat packing location which I loved. Food and service was amazing, I will be going back
The food was meh, the service was good. I prefer the meatpacking location.
Will never dine here again. The waiter-waitress took almost 15 minutes to even take our order. The table was dirty . They were slow and not welcoming at all
Nice casual place..
We sat outside and enjoyed it.
We went on a Thursday night, and we were able to get in right away for our reservation. They had an amazing Jalapeno margarita and we had a few of those. The server was attentive, but not too overbearing and made some great recommendations for an appetizer. I will definitely return since the food and service was so great.
Drinks were amazing! There’s a small list of happy hour drinks until 7pm. Food was great—I got the rigatoni.
Food was great, everything came out fast, fresh and delicious!!
The staff was absolutely amazing!!!Would recommend 10/10
It was great
I celebrated my friends birthday there. We had a great time the food and service were great. The weather was great and we all did it with 6 feet of separation following covid standards.
The service at this Serafina is always amazing.
Food was amazing, the staff was very attentive. Nice evening out
