Had a reservation and was seated right away. The food and our waiter was the best. We were not rushed and enjoyed the different varieties of food. We all had something different, from fish to steak and not one complaint. Thank you.
The bathrooms are beyond dirty. The rest of the place is wonderful.
Food was very under par. Octopus tasted like fish not octopus. Caesar salad dressing was not restaurant quality. Alfredo fettuccine was very oily and inedible. Server never came by to ask how was the food. We ordered two drinks he only brought one.
Food was just ok. Wife’s chicken piccata was bland. And my gnocchi was doughy. Price of the food was good.
Waitress made a face when a person in my group asked for walnuts on the side in her shared salad due to food allergies.
Better options are available near by.
Great service, delicious food and wonderful atmosphere
Restaurant is very pretty. Food was very good however the service this visit was not the best. We've been at the restaurant before and had much better service.
Went for brunch Food was very good. Little nosy. We would go back.
The noise level is high. You need sound proofing. It is hard to hear people talking.
Excellent food service was wonderful and love the music. Added a nice touch to the ambiance.
Just didn’t particularly care for the food. The staff was very nice and accommodating but the food just wasn’t all that good.
Always wanted to come here since seeing on FB group. Food was ok but not great and served lukewarm. Service disjointed. Even given some leeway post pandemic , management needs to not over book and focus on service and food quality.
We have dined here many times before. Food is always good. This last time we had the absolute worst, rude & inattentive service we have ever experienced in a restaurant. Add to that, luke warm cappuccino even though we asked for it to be extra hot.
Horrendous wait time. Was told 30 min wait for appetizer before we even ordered and it turned into an hour. When they finally brought out the appetizer (hot antipasto) it was embarrassing. Something I could’ve cooked up in my kitchen in less then 15 min. Reservation was at 7, sat at 7:15, ordered at 7:30 and the app didn’t come out until 8:30. We didn’t even bother eating. Paid for drinks and left. We weren’t the only table upset. The other 3-4 tables around us were barking at management as well. Definitely overbooked and owners did not care. Will not be returning. Such a shame because the food is fairly decent, but can think of a handful of better choices now come to think of it.
The total experience was outstanding. Our server, Salvatore, was amazing!!
We celebrated a family occasion on this, our first time to Seventh Ave Cafe. The restaurant is lovely, the food is excellent and the service is flawless. It was a rainy night so there was no outdoor seating. We were in the front dining room with several large parties. The acoustics aren't the best so it was hard to hear each other talk over the noise from the larger groups. We will definitely return however, we will ask for a table/booth in the back dining room which seemed a bit quieter.
Great food. Carlos is an amazing server
Open Table doesn’t have their updated menu with prices. We were disappointed to have been mislead
Food was excellent! Chicken piccata and fried calamari, both tender and delicious!
The food was delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant. We had a wonderful night.
2.5 hours before the entrees arrived. Inattentive waiter. Owner admitted that he overbooked reservations. Provided a complimentary bottle of wine. The manager said there was nothing he could do “if you want to leave before the entrees are served you can”. Really!!! A table of 6 really did leave!
Despite all that, the quality of the dinner was very good.
Everything was fine except for the fact that I said it was our 31st wedding anniversary and it was not acknowledged. That was disappointing.
A fun, family oriented place. Very nice food. It is a proper restaurant!
Lovely afternoon visiting with cousins
Filet of sole with string beans was outstanding
Everything was delicious. Service was great!! Can’t wait to go back
I picked this restaurant after reading about it in a FB group. I've hear for a long time about how wonderful the food was, but never got around to going there. A day or so after Moher's Day, the owners wife posted about all of their "no-shows" and how hard they worked just to make everything right on that day. I felt so awful for them and took it as a sign that it was finally time to try it. The food was very good, the service was okay. I'd say the only thing that seemed off was when it was time to pay the bill. We paid cash and the other couple that we were with paid by credit card. The waitress did not bring a credit card receipt and when it was asked for, told us that the manager threw it away. Not acceptable, and raised red flags. The waitress thought it odd that we insisted that she bring it to the table. We thought that waitress a bit odd and quite frankly, she was a bit odd the whole evening.
I'd go back, but hope that someone else is waiting on my table.
The food was delicious and our waiter Alessandro was wonderful and made my mother smile!
Excellent service. Food was delicious as usual. Little noisy but guess that means the restaurant was busy !! Yeah
I love this place! Friendly and attentive service and spectacular cuisine!
Very relaxing and enjoyable. Delicious food
Great place. good food and great surroundings. Highly recommend
A very relaxed feel of this place – Loved sitting outside. Salads where excellent. Service was well-timed and friendly, wines were affordable.
Excellent, excellent, excellent. The food, service and ambiance are all superb. I actually dined here twice in a row this past week and my family returned to the restaurant without me. I don’t think I can nit-pick about anything at this place, they’re THAT good. I plan to return.
It’s date night worthy and good for a special occasion dinner.
I have never been to this establishment previously. I met my siblings there for dinner. We were pleasantly surprised. Our table was set by the window on a sunny day. The room was very pretty and brightly decorated and, our food was very tasty. Great service as well!
Food and service were ok.
Love this restaurant! The service is exceptional!!
Every thing wAs first class
Enjoyed my visit, food and value were great. Service was much better than our last visit. Will go back again !
