    We went for the early seating at 6.30pm before the restaurant for really busy, so all our orders were delivered very quickly. The quality of the food and the presentation are amazing, staff are friendly. Took us a long time to get our desserts at the end when the restaurant was full towards the end, but the desserts are definitely worth the wait.

    Under the Covid, Shiro has strived to look after us very well. A Manager or Assistant Mgr named Ash from another shop took exceptional care of us. he is very friendly and helpful.

    this new site in PP is quite open and nice. Just 2 of us. We ordered 2 different set menus. They got my friend’s order wrong twice! Tempura batter was way below average. Service was below average till we showed displeasure with them getting the orders wrong. It’s a busy place in spite of the drawbacks.

    A bit expansive, but from the appetiser to dessert, everything is nice. If you want to try something new, perhaps you can order their crystal sushi. Anyway, the staff were very helpful. They tried their best to allocate the best seats to my friend and me. We really enjoyed the dinner and will come back if we have time.

    Fantastic service, sashimi was fresh. The waitress gave us extra mochi as she saw my son enjoyed it, how lovely was that and how attention to details with their services .

    Service was poor. Took ages to get servers' attention and when they did come over, they were perfunctory and not too polite. Also, they were not happy that our table could not fit all the food that we ordered, in which case, perhaps they should have sat us at a larger table for two. Service at Shiro used to be better; that evening was disappointing.

    nothing impressive. standard japanese menu which is available in most eateries. Seating is quite close to one another which is not so ideal given current pandemic restrictions. Not bad for jap food if you happen to be in the mall.

    Server attitude was horrible. She did not even want to give me the a la cart menu and even if I order from it, she made sure to tell me it will be such a long wait and deter me from ordering anything from it. Then I asked if I could take sushi from revolving belt and she said yes, but when I stood next to the belt, she gave me attitude for disturbing customers sitting on sushi bar. I will never come back.. this is not a cheap meal, yet I get 0 service .

    Enjoyed the service and the bento box. Kids loved the sushi conveyor belt. Nice that although we sat at a table we were welcome to approach the belt as kids loved choosing their own plates. Will visit again.

    Food is very good but the service is very slow / sporadic. My dishes finally came out after both of my kids and my wife’s food and they had already finished eating.

    We went for a light Japanese dinner and ordered bento and sushi. The sushi rice tasted just right and the seafood was reasonably fresh and of good quality. The only criticise to make was that the steamed egg could be better. Perhaps use mushroom broth instead of chicken broth and add just a hint of salt in it? Crabmeat tempura and yuzu ice cream was delicious :) Thanks for the lovely meal, will come back again
