Dishes are created that utilize an array of local organic produce, seasonal fruits and artisan cheeses, and pair perfectly with Burrowing Owl's award winning wines. The exclusive wine list includes a selection of Burrowing Owl's current vintages, and library wines that are no longer publicly available for sale. The service was outstanding. However the salmon was very over cooked and dry. Flavours of all other food was amazing. Will definitely recommend and will be back.

Food was very disappointing. Braised lamb shank was extremely dry. Salmon cake was tasteless. Crème brûlée could hardly be called that. Service was great!

We had a table right the next to the window with a gorgeous view of the valley. The restaurant was quiet and had a nice atmosphere. The service was great and the food was delicious. We come to Osoyoos/Oliver often and, so far, this is the best food we’ve eaten in this region. We will be coming back.
