   Made a reservation, it was confirmed and I showed up and there was a sign in the window saying it was closed until March 1 because they’re moving locations. Pretty inconsiderate to just leave your open table reservations up if you’re not actually open. Totally ruined my evening.

   Great location, food was AMAZING. Staff were so cool and friendly and attentive. We ate in, but there were tons of people in and out grabbing takeout. I definitely plan on returning.

   The food and the service were fantastic! However the dining area was freezing cold. They had a teeny space heater that barely made a difference. Every time someone opened the front door brought another blast of cold wind. My advice: order take out!

   I really really wanted to love Sophie’s BBQ. To start, the amount of food was massive! I’m not complaining about that. The ribs were fall off the bone tender, and the pulled pork was delicious. And the girl working the counter and bringing out the food was so nice and on her game! Prices on the website are different from what I was charged. It was FREEZING in the restaurant. The candied bacon Mac and cheese was just ehh and the coleslaw wasn’t the best I’ve ever had. Overall, I’d give Sophie’s a 5.5/10. It was decent and if you’re craving BBQ, this will satisfy your craving, but it wasn’t the best I’ve ever had.

   We always love the food and atmosphere at Sophie's! They have gluten free buns, which for me is a big deal! Plenty of food choices for all, and I love to watch its' many successes!

   Food presentation and customer service was good! But the ribs WERE NOT cooked all the way through, you really need to take your time with ribs no short cuts. The pulled pork lacked seasoning. I wish the food tasted as good as it looked.

    Excellent BBQ. We had the BBQ platter, and the pulled pork. Tender, juicy ribs. The sides are outstanding: cornbread, slaw, collard greens, but the baked beans are insanely good. And the service is very friendly. This restaurant was just awarded Best Of the Main Line 2022. It very much deserves that award.

    We had a very nice dinner there and enjoyed the friendly atmosphere. The food was good and the service was a ton of. Parking can be a little bit of a challenge, but overall a good experience.

    The food and service were equally excellent. I normally do Italian dining on Mother's Day; however, I decided to change up and was pleasantly surprise. I will venture to Sophie's again for the food.

    Great food and service. It’s a byob. There’s a store conveniently few doors over that sales libations. Great music. All around good spot and it’s barbecue is the best I’ve had since leaving Richmond, Va. Sophie’s BBQ is a highly recommended venue in my book. We will be sure to revisit! Lastly, make sure you try the Mac and Cheese! Not a regret! 🥄🥄🥄🥄🥄

    Omg I think I found the best beef brisket and ribs!!! Food was hands down incredible!!! Thank you Sophie’s for making the best ever bbq!! Beef brisket cheesesteak was phenomenal and ribs were delicious as well!! You guys have a customer for life!! Thank you

    Anniversary dinner in Wednesday night. Decor was great and felt cozy! Our server did a great job selling the food. Definitely lived up to the hype. The chicken sandwich, Mac & cheese, and wings are why I will be back!
