Overall good restaurant, great service, and amazing food. There only complaint I have is that the restaurant is too dark.
The noise from traffic on Rt. 175 was deafening at times.
Average food made better by Hannah, who was an exceptional server!
Hannah treated us well, with great suggestions( we tried the shrimp and grits) which were EXCELLENT!
She took good care of us and made our night extra special!
Tomas stopped by to check on us which was a nice touch.
Staff works really well together and it really shows!
Thanks for a fun night.great meal/fabulous dining experience!
Excellent service and food as always.
Delicious food, nice covered outside dining although the road noise is a bit load. Great service!
Superb as usual
Great food and service as usual. Specials of crab soup and shrimp and grits were the bummmm!
Great experience for a celebration !
Outstanding in all respects. From our arrival to our departure, everything was first-rate. The hostess gave us a friendly greeting, the server (Lisa) was cheerful, engaging, and top-notch, and the meal was delightful. The ambiance of the restaurant was just what we wanted for a relaxing lunch. A truly extraordinary dining experience!
Our server went above and beyond. Also the branzinni was delicious. The watermelon salad was perfect. .
First time in over a year due to covid. As in the past, food was delicious and service was excellent. Good to be back.
My favorite spot!
We ate at a social-distanced table on the back patio. The food was delicious, but the service just a little slow. It seemed our server had too many tables to cater to. A sign of the times... Still, she did well, and in was an enjoyable way to spend our anniversary celebration.
We didn’t realize the Sunday brunch menu was no longer an option. They did have Steak and eggs option which we both had. The basil tomato soup appetizer was delicious. My husband had the special watermelon salad which he may not have selected had he known it was $16. Definitely not worth that price. Like most places these days, they are understaffed. So much so it took a long time before our used appetizer dishes were removed. In fact, they were still on the table when our entrees arrived. I ordered a glass of wine with my meal but had to ask for it again and was almost finished with my meal before it arrived. To her credit, the server did not charge us for the wine. The entrees were excellent. The steak and eggs cooked perfectly. We asked for dessert to go. I’m sure with more staff, the restaurant will be back to its usual quality service.
Pricey but good. Must try the key lime pie for dessert!
I visit Rockville ofen, but not Columbia. Both are very nice. Food is excellent.
You should probably tell your customers that you have changed the policy on pricing and the number of side dishes...
Stanford Grill never disappoints!
Excellent service and great food. A little on the noisy side, but perfect otherwise.
Very enjoyable, as always. Thank You Bobby R. Alexander
As usual, service was great and food was delicious! I’m glad we chose to celebrate my husband’s birthday here.
Great service and food. Was a bit too dark inside, though.
Food was excellent accompanied by very attentive service. It is my favorite Columbia restaurant and I have never been disappointed in the food or service.
One of our favorite places to eat, the food is great and the service is outstanding.
Ambience, food, service, lack of surrounding chatter were perfect for our first date!
The food is great, but the service sinks! I have eaten there many times, but today was the worse service ever!
Always look forward to eating at Stanford. Meal and service were spot on!!!
This is one of my favorite dining choices. The food is excellently prepared. The wait time for the meal being served was short. The disposition of the servers and wait staff was polite and professional.
Amazing food and service, I would recommend Stanford Grill to all
The radio (music) was to loud. Lighting to dark for old folks like me to read menu. When waiters bought food didn't know who ordered what. Food what delicious but pricey.
Great food and service and value for the large portions.
The food was absolutely amazing! This was our second time dining here and we both tried something different. The rainbow trout with the lemon butter sauce… absolutely awesome! We will definitely be returning again!
We've eaten here a lot and until last night our only real complaint was the crazy amount of pepper used in the dishes.
Due to Covid, we requested eating in the covered patio adjacent to the main dining area. We had eaten there once before and it was fine - fewer tables, more spacing.
This time, for some reason, the noise was unbearably bad. The room does not have the amount of sound-absorbing surfaces as the main dining room. We ended up taking seats in the main dining area half-way though the meal. The sound problem was over but the evening had an unpleasant aftertaste.
Waitress made the evening enjoyable!
Great place for a healthy hood meal. We sat outside which was really like being semi-outside. Nice and shady and not too hot. Very well socially distanced setup. All of us ordered fish which was delicious. Server was very nice and accommodating. Would recommend. You can’t go wrong!
Great food with a intimate setting..
Food was good just very small selection on the menu
Six of us went for dinner on a Saturday evening. Great variety of drinks and a menu for everyone's taste. Two ordered ribs, one had their famous chicken, one had the Rockfish special, and two of us ordered a salad - one rotisserie chicken and one steak. Everyone raved about their meal. Service was impeccable and we all left very happy. This is one of our favorite restaurants, either with friends or just date night with my spouse.
We loved the wonderfully prepared food and portions were generous, which I like to see. I thought the mashed potatoes were the best that I have had, in addition to the Key Lime Pie. We ate outside, which was very nice. We will be back!
