    We loved the ambiance and the food tasted amazing! The only complaint my husband and I have was when we got the bill… I was shocked to see the per cost of each glass of wine I ordered was $37. Per glass!? We ordered 2 glasses of that wine. Next time as a good and considerate waiter or waitress should really advise the client of the cost of the wine he is she recommends, no? Even if they truly believe the client could be loaded with cash… we find it presumptuous and we feel taken advantage of…it will be a long time before we step foot into any other STK restaurants now…. I’m sorry to have to tell you this… I’m so disappointed…..

    The most disgusting & disappointing experience! We’ve dined at this specific location 6 times (every trip to south beach) & several times at our new Dallas location & always had wonderful experiences. This time was incredibly disappointing. For starters- they tried to seat 2 couples w/ 6ft+ men at a tiny booth for 3 ppl and a pull up chair. I requested a table for 4 instead & the hostess had an attitude. Our reso was for 8:30. We received our first round of drinks after 9pm. The menu boasts Happy hour at 10pm, when asked about this we were told “it doesn’t apply on a holiday weekend”. Then why was it on the menu we were given? We ordered oysters. They never arrived. We had to ask about a status to then be told “oh sorry we ran out” We ordered the $245 seafood platter special w/2 lobster tails, crab legs & shrimp. The platter artived w/ONE overcooked lobster tail. We asked where the other one was to which our server chris went to the kitchen to correct. We also ordered the 14oz bone in filet & the 18oz cowgirl filet-both medium. They both came out well-done. I could tell as soon as they set them on the table they were way overcooked. Told Chris our server who stalled & was making excuses saying “well they are a little less pink than ordered” NO sir- they are brown w/no pink whatsoever & we are not eating them. After 10min of Chris going back & forth, we asked for a manager & had to raise our voices for him to remove the food we were not eating w/no solution. It took 20minutes for the “manager” to finish eating his own steak to come to our table. He was incredibly unprofessional, did not once apologize or offer a solution to our numerous concerns & even stated the oysters was a miscommunication bc they did still have some in the back. WTH?! Awful. At this point it was 11pm & all we had eaten was salad. We left and went to Havana 1957 for another great meal w/exceptional customer service. STK lost out on a $900 tab & 4 loyal customers. Never returning!!

    STK was probably the best restaurant I have ever been to in my entire life. Definitely worth the price. My boyfriend and I went for his birthday and got the “Date Night Menu.” Everything was perfect. I don’t eat red meat, and his 14 oz steak was absolutely superb. I recommend this restaurant to everyone in Miami. The service was so quick as well. The chocolate cake was to die for. Overall, 10/10. No steak I ever eat again will compare to the one I tried here.

    Everything is fine, but when you pay the waiter brings you the bill with the maximum tip included without asking you for it, this is not right since the tip is suggested and the customer must make the decision of the amount. Caution should be taken in this.

    I “flew solo” to Miami two years ago and ate at STK. I’d had such a good experience that I thought I’d try it again this time while flying solo again. From my experience of waiting tables and bartending, “one tops” were never my favorites. While I’d provide the same kind of attention and enthusiasm I’d given to a 6-top, and it’s true that I would’ve never been able to get the guest check of 1 as high as I could to a check for 6…which impacted income…plus there was this 1-top regular professorly-type guy who’d read his book and pretend his server didn’t even exist…so there were a lot of variables at play that didn’t exactly create an enjoyable server/1-top “relationship”… So back to my STK experience last night…Juan waited on me. I sat at table 404– I think. By the check name, I’m identified as “Lady,” if that helps mgmt at STK and Juan know who’s writing this epically and unnecessarily lengthy review hahaha… Turns out…Juan was my waiter two years ago, too. Near the end of my dining experience, we chatted a little bit…connected some dots…and realized we remembered each other. And that is soooo cool…to be so engaged in your job and to be so in tune with the patron sitting at the table…that you REMEMBER “Lady” two years later…To be a 1-top and for Juan to have provided such excellent service in 2021 that I went back in 2023 and had ANOTHER pleasant dining experience…let alone that my guest check — for a 1-top— was $172! That’s outstanding, managerially-speaking!!! And Juan didn’t do anything “special”… he didn’t “try too hard” or have some “schpeal” intended to “upsell” me. He was just nice. He was just himself. If I understood him correctly, Juan said he’s been with STK for 18 years. That’s incredible…and that he CLEARLY still enjoys the “work” of relating to others and providing them with excellent care and service— an employee like that is hard to find and sometimes hard to keep. Thank you, Juan. You’re an amazing human being. — “Lady” 🤓

    My wife and I tried this restaurant on our vacation to Florida. The venue is nice and classy. Wife and I both ordered steaks. My wife ordered Medium Well and I ordered Medium cooked. Both of our steaks came well done. The food was sent back and new correct orders came later. The mashed potatoes were mediocre. To our surprise, the chef did not come out to explain and apologize for the error, which we were shocked about. At the end, when I gave my poor review of the restaurant to our server, Louis, he said sorry and quickly went off to the next table. I still paid 20% tip to him because I understand inflation has made life a little difficult for all, but STK Miami has definitely lost our future business. The food, the restaurant and the tip were not worth the bill. You expect better food & service with such prices. I would not suggest a meal at this restaurant. My experience at STK Chicago was better.

    Several tables not just including us, sent our foot back or left even after it came out. Waiter in the section was terrible but also something had to be up. Crazy bad and usually, at least at the other locations, I’ve had a great experience!
