The food is outstanding. In my opinion, The lighting is a bit too dim and warm.

Some of the food was burnt and the chefs took their time to serve the dishes like roasted chicken for the chicken rice.

The barbecued chicken the Chef served me burnt pieces. None of them were actually friendly and seem agitated whenever you approached them.

A nice spread of local offerings (Indian, Malay and Chinese foods). Food is buffet style and was delicious - hot and freshly prepared. We liked most of the dishes we tried. A little disappointd with the desserts - was kind of flat in taste and presentation. Not enough explanation of the dessert items for non Singaporeans.

Go hungry to get your $$ worth as there are quite a number of dishes at each station to try.

Tasty food! Been here every time I visit Singapore. Good selection of food choice and fantastic staff. Just an FYI , if you love Asian food , this is a place to be. Ensure you have room for dessert after.

I am a visitor of Singapore. Three years ago I visited this restaurant and I found it amazing. Therefore, I booked the buffet dinner on Dec 25 this year. Overall, I am so disappointing this time. We paid $88 for adults and $48 for child. The selection of the food is not much. The oyster and the sushi are not fresh enough. The juice bar display so many choices, like coconut and watermelon. However, we cannot got those, we need to pay extra for it. There are a limit of selection of the drinks only. The most ridiculous is that when the restaurant put the music on, it only has Chinese songs which are in history. We thought it is christmas time, should use the christmas songs or it is an international hotel, should they use the English songs! Definitely not enough waiters, they are working very hard to clean up the tables and get us the water, however too busy for them to look after many tables at a time. Therefore, do not expect the guests are well serviced. Finally, if u want a hot tea or coffee, u also need to get it by yourself. But this is a 5 star hotels, and charge such price for the dinner, can I get serviced!
