Website says happy hour all day- they don’t serve happy hour all day. We made reservations for 7 pm Friday and kitchen closed at 7 pm and restaurant closed at 8. Overall, not a great experience and won’t be going back. Food was good.

Made reservations at 6pm. Was running late, used the massage option saying we were late. And also tried to call. No answers. Got to the place at 6:20pm; place is empty. There were another group of 5 people waiting to be seated and said they’ve been there a while. After checking with the 2 patrons at the bar area, they told us that there is only one person working at this time. That person never made it out of the kitchen, so we walked out of there, unfortunately. This explains both the app message response and the phone call that did not get picked up. Restaurant needs to staffed better; if they know that there are events ahead of time. Needlessly to say, will not be coming back

Great food and atmosphere. Service was a little slow… so go early if you’re going to the Aronoff. However, it seemed like one guy was running the entire restaurant. Will try again.

To be honest, I was a little concerned with all the availability but we we're trying to book something close and at the right time for our show across the street. Although the menu was limited, the food was top notch and so was the service. My only complaint was that the level of music was excessively loud. It was the perfect location to walk right across the street to the Arnoff Center. I'd definitely return.

We brought our family here before a show at the Aronoff. We were served promptly and we appreciated the kids menu options. Our server was very accommodating with our kids. All of the food (including the kids chicken fingers) was very good. I’m sure the vibe would be different later in the evening but it was not very busy before we left at 7pm and we liked that it was quiet and we could easily hear one another.

The restaurant was beautiful but pretty empty. My boyfriend and I picked this spot bc of the speakeasy vibes it had online and the menu looked delicious. Got there and it was not that vibe. The food was good but did feel like a local sports bar. We sat at the bar (which we put in a reservation for) and the bartender was not friendly. In fact, I don’t think he checked on us once. We had to flag him down for a refill and the check. And there were maybe 3-4 other people in there.
