STRIPSTEAK combines the vibrant flavors of a modern American steakhouse with a unique Asian influence, creating an unparalleled dining experience in the heart of Waikiki. Perched on the Grand Lanai of the International Market Place, guests enjoy a seasonally inspired menu featuring locally sourced ingredients, signature sides, and expertly crafted dishes by Chef Michael Mina, featuring all-natural Prime Certified Angus beef, American Wagyu beef and Japanese A5 Wagyu beef. Other signature offerings include “Instant Bacon” with Kurobuta pork belly, Seafood Platters, with king crab, lobster, oysters, and more. Not to be missed is Chef Mina's unique Triple Seared Japanese A5 wagyu served with yuzu kosho, ponzu and wasabi.

Everything was wonderful as usual. Every time I have family visiting Hawaii I take them here. We have also been doing our Thanksgiving dinners here. Everything is always great. I love that. The menu changes up every once in a while the service was also stellar.

Excellent experience from start to finish. We ordered the truffle Caesar salad, bacon wrapped scallops, ribeye, asparagus, short rib fried rice, and an Old Fashioned. Everything was well prepared and full of flavor, with the ribeye being the highlight for us. The service was outstanding, attentive, professional, and welcoming throughout the meal. One of our favorite dinners in Hawaii and definitely a restaurant we would return to.

We celebrated our anniversary there and was impressed that we received an order of fries with dipping sauces (compliments of the chef) and a slice of strawberry cake for dessert. I appreciated how they were able to accommodate my daughter and make a kids mac and cheese since she didn't want the one on the menu with black truffle in it. I did think the A5 Wagyu appetizer was pricey for the amount of meat you actually get though.

We sat at the bar. Bartenders, hostess, and cocktail was great. steak was overcooked and under rested and sliced. bummer cause I could tell the quality of the meat was good but it was well done - too bad.

This is a little pricey but well worth it! The food is always top notch and the service equally so without being "stuffy". Questions are welcomed and answered easily. Miss the pork belly bacon appetizer ALOT but everything else is just as good!
