Coming Sugar Factory American Brasserie, America’s favorite eatery and celebrity hotspot, expands with its newest location in the notable Resorts World New York in Queens, opening to the public August 2021. The 12,000-square-foot location is the 22nd location for the world-famous brand celebrating 10+ years serving the most decadent sweets and treats around the world.

Sugar Factory at Resorts World New York will be located at the porte cochère entrance to the resort. The 218-seat restaurant dining room is a contemporary rendition of an old Paris brasserie bar featuring hot air balloon banquets, café seating, floral lined walls, two large white illuminated canopy trees, and an impressive DJ booth. A private dining area with a stand alone cocktail bar will complete the room, with an additional 14 bar seats for guests to enjoy. Upon entrance, diners will be greeted by a life-size, instagrammable flower wall with neon wall art.

Food is terrible. Desserts awesome. Pricy. And the add a 20% service charge at the end. 17% for the staff and 3% for the restaurant. Make sense out of that ?????

Food was not good at all. One of the $40 drinks had a nutrition label from some type of item floating in it. When second drink came back it came back with no gummies inside. A spaghetti dish was asked for no cheese on top and came out with cheese on it. When the second dish came out it was missing the two big pieces of bread the first one had on it. The chicken fajita had dried out chicken flavors with absolutely no seasoning on it. The shrimp stir fry looked nothing like the description. It looked more like a salad than a stir fry and the shrimp barely existed. They were long thin swirly pieces mostly of batter. Total rip off for a $28.00 dish!! The s’mores milkshake presentation was beautiful but the glass itself for the shake is extremely small and thick double glassed. My son drank the whole shake with two big sips!! I was upset with having to keep asking our waiter to fix things!! Our waiter was very apologetic and patient being that none of the issues were his fault. I would NOT recommend Sugar Factory at ALL. The food was horrible. Extremely overpriced for the quality of the food served!!

The food is not that great and very overpriced. The server seemed either bored or shy. He wasn't very attentive. I had the grilled chicken sandwich which was very, very salty. The fries were good though. The very, very expensive milk shake my dining friend had was about 12oz for $13. Don't think we will ever return to this place again.
