You will notice our dining room walls adorned with Murals of Architecture from the area of Sullivan’s Quay around the 19th century, when Jack Sullivan, whom the area is named after, patrolled the streets selling beer and wine to the local saloonkeepers. More recently this area has become renowned for its excellent cuisine and draws culinary adventurers from all around the world.
In the case of our own Sullivan’s Quay here in beautiful Port Washington, we hope you will come in to unload the worries of the world, while allowing us to provide you with a fine dining experience and the most pleasant service to be found anywhere beyond the Emerald Isle.

Our first time having dinner at Sullivan's and it was delicious with wonderful service... we will be back for sure!
I think during the pandemic the kitchen is different. The quality of the food wasn't as expected . I might go back when things are ever back to normal.
I was there for lunch on a Sunday, and it was good. Not the best time to review a bar.
First time for eating at this establishment. Was very pleased with the menu selection, pricing, amount of food and the food was delicious. Very comfortable with their Covid-related precautions. Very comfortable atmosphere. The service was very attentive but not intrusive. Will certainly eat here again.
Excellent night out for dinner with my wife! Great food, great music, great service! Can’t wait to go back.
Great selection and delicious food. While I wouldn't say they have the most creative cocktails, they were good, and some of their bartenders can mix up something different.
Really good food options. They have the ingredients for good cocktails, just need to find the right bartender when she's there.
First visit was great and plant to go back but will always request the back room for intimacy and less noise... Great experience all around.
I love Sullivan's Quay. I brought my girlfriend for a birthday dinner and she loved it. I am sure she will go on her own for sure. Our waiter Shane was excellent. He took great care of us and made sure we had everything we needed. I will be back again soon!
Always an awesome time at Sullivan’s.
Wonderful dinner. Tuna tartare and linguini with lobster particularly good. The wait staff were very attentive. All good!
Always good food good service i been comping here for years never disappointed
Really like the salad options, though all the food is good. Cat, who was subbing as the bartender was great. She went above and beyond to make some great cocktails. Not surprising, great staff.
Good beer selection. Good food and service.
Great food, great place, nice staff. I simply love Irish. Their beer will never fail.
Excellent food and service
It was a really nice Christmas Eve dinner. Faye was our server and was terrific. A great, peaceful dinner.
Great food and our server Catherine was fantastic!
Great outdoor alley with delicious food, heaters that kept our group cozy and fantastic service. Masks and all other COVID measures were taken. We felt safe and truly enjoyed a great evening.
Typical date night. Great spot.
Sullivans is a great place for a good meal and good vibes.
Service, food and atmosphere was good. Great place for family dinner or any occasion. We were a party of 7 and everyone loved their food. Definitely will be back.
Fish and chips cooked to perfection and a cold magners. Sounds great anytime.
Had the best experience at Sullivans. We were scheduled to eat outdoors but it was raining so we ate inside. Everyone was spaced out and the service was outstanding. I ordered the steak and it was hugh. When one of the managers walked by she asked if it was good and I said yes but fatty. Sometimes a steak as alot of fat and that's not the restaurants fault. She immediately offered to make me a new one, I declined so she brought me over a dessert on the house. That's good business. Wish I had been treated that good at a different restaurant last week. I will be back again very soon.
I am uncomfortable writing this review as I like this place a lot. My friend had the shepherds pie (always a solid dish) and I ordered the pot roast short rib. While the mashed potatoes were delicious, the peas and carrots were undercooked and the piece of meat was awful....hard as a rock, fatty and very stringy. I never send thing a back from this place since I never have to and my friend didn’t want me to send my dish back. The chef should really be tasting these things before they are served. That being said, the service was very nice and the place was lovely as always. They kept social distancing rules which was great.
The service was very poor we had to wait for drinks. We asked for sweetener for the iced teas. We had to wait for silverware while our food was on the table. This continued right up to dessert I had to wait for a teaspoon. I am really disappointed this time and will wait a while before I go back.
Another lovely meal at Sullivan’s Quay. Delicious shepherds pie and my boyfriend had fish n chips and he said it was great. Service could have been a little better but it was Valentines Day weekend and it was really crowded. Great place but wish the menu was a little bigger. Love the cozy back room.
Always a good vibe with a menu which has something for everyone. Staff amazing!!!!
Two of the three entrees ordered were very good. The third was raw hamburger in a kids meal that had to be sent back multiple times to be cooked. When finally served as reasonably cooked (and the third attempt was still pink, while fortunately not raw) my son did not eat because it tasted very off. We just gave up on the hamburger. The server was reasonably gracious, although not apologetic. Additionally, and beyond disgusting, was the presence of a hair that was decidedly baked into the muffin from the bread basket, which I tried to eat after my entree. The feeling of that hair wrapped around my tongue still makes me cringe. When I told the server, she was reaction-less, to my surprise. These two mishaps are so unfortunate because the short rib entree and the chopped salad with grilled shrimp were both delightful.
People were nice but did not execute well. For example, brought appetizer and entre together. Never offered to take off check even though it was left over since did not want entre t get cold.
Enjoyable lunch. Didn’t rush us. Very attentive staff and great food.
Very good food and it's local ! Going to make it my local place to get food from now on...
Food was excellent, and the Guinness was better than the one I had in the Guinness Factory in Dublin!
Our second annual New Year’s Eve luncheon was fabulous!
Very good food. We asked for a quieter table and they were very accommodating. Not our first time and we will go back!
A really bad experience from start to finish. We asked for water. The waitress forgot and forgot and forgot. We asked for bread and the waitress forgot that as well. I asked to take home the remaining half of my steak and the waitress didn’t forget that - she threw it out and then blamed the entire series of mistakes on the busboy. No accommodation and no steak to take home. Especially frustrating since it was all on her and she was only too happy to throw a co- worker under the bus. Needless to say I won’t be going back.
Food never disappoints. Had chicken with Soba noodle salad . Excellent. Chicken tender with a bit of a crust. Appetizers very generous. Can easily be shared. Good bar staff.
Great neighborhood gem. Had the marinated skirt steak, enjoyed it thoroughly.
Good food pleasant server. Had mashed potatoes were cold but gave us hot ones right away.
