Very good food and great service.
We ordered a specific drink, was told you were out of a key ingredient. We ordered a specific for two people at the table (1 each), was told you ran out of it for the evening. We were waiting on our main courses when we realized other tables were getting bread. We had to ask for it. As the payout, your only saving grace was my filet mignon. The chef did an excellent job on that. Otherwise, our dishes were mixed up. My wife's plate had my daughter's steak and vice versa even though the plates were readily identifiable by the completely different side dishes accompanying them. Given the level of restaurant you are supposed to be, I feel this is totally a management issue. Failure to ensure adequate supplies (our reservation was for 6 pm, hardly after the dinner rush as you opened at 4 for dinner), failure to ensure orders were priory plated, failure to ensure your wait staff knew what they were to supposed to offer us, etc.
Food and customer service were excellent
After being totally disrespected ,asked to leave Morton’s because I had a jacket on that represented black history month you should have seen the look on the guy’s face we made a reservation at Sullivan’s food and service was excellent will never go back to Morton’s again

Didn’t like the dress code they let a guy in with a hood on his head which he kept on the whole entire time he ate made me feel uncomfortable in that environment
Typically one of our favorite restaurants. Food was just not at its best. French onion soup had little flavor and was greasy. Seemed like they mixed up how we requested out steaks to be prepared. Forgot my Béarnaise sauce. We always look forward to dinner here so it was disappointing. Hopefully just an off night.

My husband and I were very excited to try Sullivan’s steakhouse for Valentines Day. We would not go back. I ordered the filet Oscar. My filet came out well done, no pink at all, when I ordered it medium. I would think a steakhouse would be able to cook a steak. So it took me at least 5 minutes to get the waiter’s attention and by the time I finally got to send it back, my husband was halfway done his dinner. He was done eating before my dinner came back out again. Pretty much ruined our Valentines dinner. I received no apology. They didn’t even acknowledge that we weren’t able to eat at the same time. I’m not the type that’s looking for a free meal but it would have been nice for them to offer a dessert or something as an apology. Nothing. It was clear they didn’t care. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
First time eating at Sullivan's. Everything about it was just good, but not great.....and honestly, I expected a little more given the cost. Arrived for our 4pm reservation and had to call at 4:08 because the front doors were still locked and several parties were also waiting for their early reservations. Salads were good and generously portioned. Desserts were good. Steaks were good, but given the high cost (easily double what most good restaurants charge for a steak when you factor in salads, sides are all a la carte), I would have expected a better quality of steak.....no fat marbling at all in the ribeye without the butter-tenderness a ribeye usually has. Nice atmosphere.

Service was horrible..took forever to get my drinks and appetizers and then even longer to get my main course. All the sides were terrible.
We had a great time! The food was awesome and cooked perfectly. The wait staff was attentive and made great recommendations for food, drinks and wine. Even though the restaurant was at capacity for Covid standards, we felt very safe and socially distanced from the other parties also enjoying Sullivan's hospitality. We look forward to going back real soon!!

Similar quality similar to a longhorn steakhouse, with the same service to match.
Great environment waiter could of been better
Food was good but the service was not good. Steaks dropped off but waited 10 minutes and asked to get steak knives and sauce again. They broke the cork and only had the 3rd choice of wine. Said they would only charge me the cost of the 1st bottle we asked for but the 3rd was cheaper. Asked for port wine selection and she said it was in the book but was not and when we told her she said they had no port. She seemed not to care.

For the price paid food was not up to par with the prices. Steaks were just ok and the desserts were stale.

Service was pretty good, the server was pretty attentive. The food, though, was just okay. The portions were fair, but it’s very overpriced in terms of culinary quality. Unfortunately, this is not a place I would visit again.

Everything is always wonderful at Sullivan’s both food and service! I was very disappointed that the famous Ahi Tuna appetizer is no longer available, that was one of the main reasons we come to Sullivan’s... so would desperately hope that they bring back the seared Ahi Tuna appetizer with the killer mustard sauce.
We have been going to Sullivans for past 10years usually to celebrate something...this was the first time we were not impressed with our food at all. $50 steak should melt in my mouth and it was nothing special. I mentioned it was my sons 18th birthday when we sat down - not a word. Our waitress was not friendly at all, actually seemed bothered by my daughters requests, and then took an extra $10 in her tip because we used gift cards. Will be looking for a new restaurant to celebrate special occasions

Very nice environment. Prices are a little high for such a limited menu but this is to be expected during the pandemic. The server was very polite but not as present as we would've liked him to be. The wait time was horrendous. Over 1 1/2 hours before we received our entrees. If not for the wait we would return.
Food was as expected. Would come back again. Also Shyheim was a great waiter 5 stars for him..

It’s was a nice atmosphere. My New York strip steak was very tough even though I ordered it medium well. Sides were delicious
First visit there . Waiter Jack was great. But there was a definite problem in the kitchen. We were sat right near it and I was concerned about it being to warm for us. But that was no problem. There was tho a lot of loud banging and dropping of things in the kitchen. At at one point I guess it was the head chef yelled at the workers they all should be fired !! Needless to say I was worried about my food that was coming out. I will be calling corporate this week
I have been a Sullivan’s customer for years. After easily 50 meals there this was an extreme disappointment

The hamburger was excellent the crab legs weren’t cracked right couldn’t eat the claw
The appetizers, ribeye, and Brussels sprouts were great. The waiter left more to be desired and the kitchen staff were loud and inappropriate. Although it was a birthday dinner, dessert wasn’t offered. The waiter just brought out the check.
Great food and great service! We don't come often because it's pricey. Good for an annual birthday celebration.
