Sushi | Bar is an intimate Omakase that serves up a whimsy of its namesake fare in 17 courses. Hidden off of Espanola in the Esme hotel lies an intimate counter housing 12 prized seats where you will sit right up to the chef’s cutting boards. Relax and enjoy as the chefs prepare a playful reverie on modern nigiri and other delicacies from both land and sea in a free form interpretive take on the traditional sushi counter experience where you can expect unexpected riffs on beloved standards.

    Six stars. We come back often for a special night, and are never disappointed. The team is amazing - they make it a true experience. The food is unlike anything we've ever had. We love sushi and sashimi, but the incredibly innovative, globally influenced, and delicately presented (with personality from the chefs!) selections make this special and fun. We always meet nice people in the intimate sushi bar setting.

    unbelievable!!! the chefs make it such a personal and posh experience. The food is incredible and you get the history of where it came from and how they thought about preparing it. I’ll go every time I’m there.

    Fantastic experience. The sushi was very imaginative and delicious beyond words. The chefs and server were delightful conversationalists and very engaging. Highly recommended.
