   The food was great, the service was friendly and courteous, and the patio area was bright and spacious. Menu was short which was great as they don't try to overwhelm you with options. Everything on their menu has been delicious. The only drawback with eating in the patio is that you sometimes get pockets of propane gas smell from the table firepits.

   Everything was GREAT, including the very friendly and accommodating staff. Many interesting food choices, and very creative cocktail menu. My salad looked beautiful and tasted very fresh. The French Onion soup was fantastic, and my cousin really enjoyed his fish taco special. If we lived closer, we would come back more often. Thanks for a great lunch!!

   Patio seating was warm and energetic. Server was amazing and managed a late delivery before we could even offer our complaint. Menu was good selection and beers and cocktails offered lots for everyone to enjoy.

   When Taphouse 23 first opened, their menu was varied and pretty extensive; there was a lot to choose from, and we could try different things each time we went. For the past several years, however, they've scaled back on the menu variety, closed off the restaurant so that the only place they serve is on their drafty "patio", and they've been serving the same mediocre "Signature" dishes. As a result, and since there are so many more diversified restaurants in the area that are at the same price point, we rarely return to the Taphouse, doing so only out of neighborhood loyalty and in the hopes that things have improved. They have not.

    Stumbled on this place on the way to our friend’s house for NYE. Really cool place with great food and cocktails. Service was quick and friendly. Loved the cheese steak rolls and pizza! Wish it was closer to our house.

    Lively open atmosphere noisy/alive. Well done bar food, cold beer and a good selection of drinks. Exceedingly nice staff. Place is nicely laid out. Plenty of parking. Higher end sports bar feel, perfect for a group lunch or get together. Food and drink have dramatically improved over the past year or so.

    Not a great experience. We used to eat eat at Taphouse 23 about every 2 weeks. This experience will stop that. Got a terrible table. Asked to be moved to 1 of 2 empty hightops. Manager would not move us - tables were saved for his friends.

    Great spot to watch games. Cocktails are awesome! Lots of TVs and a huge screen on the wall. Pizzas are very good.

    First time customer. I'm sure that the porch is nice during the summer, but I was there on a cold fall night sitting next to the window. Not the best seat in the house. I understand that they may be under staffed, and the server was as attentive as he could be given the situation on a busy Friday night. Food/beer was good. We will stop back in the near future and give it a 2nd try. Overall C+/B-

    The food is usually good, and they will accommodate any modifications you need to make to what you'd like to order. The waitstaff is, overall, friendly, with a few exceptions, and our server, unfortunately, the last two times we were there, made us feel like he was just going through the motions because he had to. Not welcoming. Others are often friendly and pleasant. The cocktails are weak, so I've learned to just order wine or beer. Still, it's a good place to go if you just want to get out on a Friday or Saturday night for a bite to eat.

    Our first time visiting and it won’t be the last. They only had the “patio” open which is a cool covered space with a high ceiling and a bunch of TVs, glass roll-up garage doors which were closed and they had fans and A/C running so it was actually really comfortable. Service was fast and pleasant and the food was delicious if not a bit typical. The only complaint is the noise level which wasn’t bad since it wasn’t really busy, but I can image the space is pretty loud when it’s full. They could also use cushions on the chairs which are a bit uncomfortable after a while. Definitely going to go back when the restaurant is open which appears to have a more complete menu.

    We sat outside on their patio, and it was a very nice and comfortable outdoor space. They have a good selection of bar drinks. The menu was smaller than I recall from when we ate inside the restaurant in the past but we all liked the food we ordered. Their wood fired pizzas are very good as are their sandwiches and burger.

    We really enjoyed the food here, and our server was great. However, our one complaint is that other patrons from the bar were standing directly next to our table the ENTIRE time. So close than on multiple occasions, their elbows and backs were leaning on our table. They were loud and definitely drunk, which did not make our meal very enjoyable. We will be returning, but we will NOT be sitting on the patio again.

    It was ok. They brought out my husband food five minutes after they brought out mine. The waiter was hard to get ahold of and was not around much. Food was ok. It was crowded so I understand the delay. I like the place and would still go back. We have had very good experiences in the past.

    Once seated it took forever for someone to come to our table! The kept looking at us but would not even take our drink order! This was the second time this has happened. We got up and walked out. Always had a good time here in the past but recently it has really gone downhill.

    Great place to watch sports, food is delicious but a little expensive based on portion size. Going on a Saturday the service is beyond poor. Wait staff seemed a little distracted, never offered drink refills and check took almost 45 mins to arrive.
