We are located between Dillards and Neiman Marcus. We are directly North of the Neiman Marcus Parking Garage. We are not attached to the mall, but we are located right outside of the mall entrance nearest the Apple store. Self Parking available in the garage behind us. The Shops at Willow Bend offers Valet parking near the mall entrance.

We arrived at Terra and the restaurant was cleared out, gone. Why were we able to make a reservation when they are no longer there? I tried to inform Open Table, but didn’t see a way to do it.

Terra is closed as of 12/10/24. Social media indicates it closed to open new Fort Worth location. Adds another question mark to future of Willow Bend mall.

Lentil soup was very poor. Salad was almost all lettuce with cheese on top. Service was very slow and not attentive. Food was ok overall.

Unfortunately, Terra has lost much of its flare since it first came to the scene. Went there tonight to take friends from out of town and it was disappointing. The server attending our table did not even speak English, and it was virtually impossible to communicate. Having to point to items in the menu, no ability to give clarity around the dishes, and on top of that, got the order wrong. The restaurant decor looks worn out and the cool vibe is completely gone. The quality of food has slipped. It was hit or miss with the pita bread. The hummus is not as good as it used to be,the Lamb for sure is not anywhere near what it used to be and neither was a saffron rice it all tasted stale I won’t be going back and I surely won’t be bringing friends or family.

Both the service and the food are great, loved to sit outside as it's a nice little corner, cant be more satisfied with the fact that I decided to try, and since first time, I've been back once and plan on coming back on a regular basis

The menu and prices don’t complement each other. We had the hummus which was good. The real disappointment was the shish tawook that lacked flavor and the chicken was super dry. Overall it was a disappointing experience.

Just passing thru Dallas and wanted to checkout a highly ranked restaurant on TripAdvisor. Thought Greek food would be a nice change. The food at Terra Med surpassed all expectations. First off, the portion size is HUGE. Pita comes with the entree, so don’t order extra bread unless you are carbo loading. If extra bread is your thing, get the za’tar flatbread (excuse their misspelling in the menu). The feta and olives is a meal in itself. Wasn’t blown away by the gyro (too dry), but the tzatziki was super fresh. The kefta kebobs with grilled vegetables was phenomenal!!! Be sure to have a glass of Ksara red from Lebanon. Who knew there was a mezze in Plano?

Food just wasn’t as good as it has in the past. Service was ok. Waiters should write down the order. Our waiter kept forgetting or got it wrong several times because he didn’t write anything down. Not sure why they do that - never gave someone a bigger tip because they didn’t have to write it down.
